Crown Regency Residence Davao - دافاو

After having made reservations prior to my arrival, I was escorted to a room in the older section of the hotel, I mean very old, mildew odor and tiny bathroom. No refridg ..so I demanded a better room. Overkilled, with the presidential sutie...nice room, too much for a single traveler but even there, the bathroom was tiny and no shelves to place your toiletries in..a pet peeve. Positive: the staff was great and eager to accommodate. wifi in the rooms worked well and the free breakfast buffet was good.

One of the main reasons I cosed this hotel because the rate is reasonable; it has a fitness center and is far away from the main traffic areas. I enjoyed my stay. My room (146) was very quiet, An English local newspaper was delivered early morning daily; the hotel crew members were friendly and has a satisfactory breakfast buffett. I was only concerned about walking alone from J. P. Cabaguio Avenue after getting off the jeepney going into the hotel because it's about 100 meters away. It can be a safety matter since no security guard is stationed at the corner. Other than that, I liked everything.

the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful the room was clean tv has espn and star sports so i could watch the premier league games they didnt seem to have hot water but thats no problem for me and the food was great overall a good hotel :)

I would recommend this hotel to anyone ALL Staff members go out of there way to make your stay good, very clean hotel inside & out Keep in mind when you go to Crown Regency Residence this is not a new hotel but still very good Only recommendation I would ask for more rooms with King/Queen Beds I will return again soon Maraming Salamat to all staff at Crown Regency Residence for a great stay

The gym needs a little maintenance and it would be nice if the shower had a curb to keep the rest of the floor dry. The staff was excellant especially Leslie at the front desk reception and Tin Tin at the spa! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great place.

Hotel is reasonably price for the size of the room you get. My room was 2 floors with a kitchen living room downstairs 1/2 bath and bedroom bath upstairs. The hot water does not get that hot so should use it during the off hours. The free breakfast is a pretty decent buffet. The hotel is walking distance from Plaza Roman entertainment building.

Although the hotel staff are very courteous & helpful, the hotel itself is not worth the money I paid for. I would not recommend it to a friend.

When we checked in their internet was not working! They said they supposedly sent maintenance to fix it three times with no results! Our door was broken causing us to have to wait three to five minutes to enter our room and caused us to be locked into our room for ten minutes. The soup in their kitchen, which is a dump, made my fiance very sick!! When I tried to complain to the manager, there was none on duty until the next morning. They tried to resolve the problem by putting us in a suite apartment that was supposedly very expensive and nice...come to find out the shower was broken in that one too!! Their Gym was also almost completely broken, with only the treadmill working properly, while the stair climber, the two bycicles and their apolo weight machines completely broken!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

The Crowh Hotel in Davao has all the facilities I need and more. The staff are friendly, efficient and ready when needed although I found little need to call on them. The breakfast buffet was ideal to start the day.

The shower are in the bathroom was like it was taken from a dorm and added a toliet and a sink. There was almost no wather pressure in the sink and no hot water. I shaved in cold water. The shower was part of the bathroom and the shower head was lock in one position. The stafe was nice and sometimes helpful. The breakfest buffet was short on choices and the access to internet was spotty at best

I was very dissapointed with this accomodation.The staff were excellent but that is about the nicest comment i have apart from the massage being good.The toilets were falling apart and the bathroom sink in my room was rusty and virtually hanging of the wall.Just a couple of wooden slats for windows to get air and light in is not good.Also the buffet breakfasts were Asian food only apart from some eggs.I definately would not reccomend this hotel for a visit.Fred

THIS HOTEL WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT. THE STAFF WAS FINE, BUT THE ROOM WAS PRIMATIVE. IT DID NOT HAVE HOT WATER PLUMBED TO THE SINK. THERE WAS NO TUB OR SHOWER STALL. THE SHOWER JUST SPRAYED OUT INTO THE BATHROOM FLOOR AND WATER GOT ON EVERYTHING. THERE WAS ALSO SOME STREET NOISE. I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

At times I had to contact the front desk over maintenence problems but they were very helpful and fixed the problems promply and the staff were very nice and helpful.

I will not stay in this hotel. kitchen not fully equipped, they charge a fee to request for a bowl in which supposed to be a part of complete dinner set (for 4). I booked primier and family suites for 3 days. They don't empty trash cans on a daily basis. I hated when they looked for 1 of their comforter from us that was missing, only to found out one of their HRM intern removed it from our room to laundry. My family had a very bad experience!

Nicht neu aber guter Zustand, sehr schöner Innenhof Pool, sehr groß, mit Whirlpool Büffetfrühstück, mit heißen Speisen, großer Kühlchrank mit Micro und Küche sehr freundliches Personal, Internet fuktioniert zu 99% mit gutem Empang, kostenfrei

I was last time at Crown Regency 2009 and compared to this stay, what is happen to hotel service? At 2009 all workers was friendly and smiling but now they not even to say hello. Dont go to day spa. From my wallet they stole 5000 pesos during the massage.

お手頃な額で宿泊できたし、3名宿泊でファミリールームを用意してくれたので、非常に広い部屋で過ごしやすかった。テレビは日本のＮＨＫも受信しており、快適であった。 シャワー等の水圧もよく、大きな不満はなかったが、朝食のバリエーションが乏しく、味もそれほどではなかったので、残念な点ではあった。 ホテルのロケーションは、空港からタクシーで15分程度、街の中心部やいくつかの大きなモールも10分から15分程度、料金も150ペソを超えることがなく、非常にアクセスは良かった。 また機会があれば利用してみたいと思う。
