The rooms were okay. The area was pretty messy though. The hotel room said "pool view". To my surprise the pool was cemented close. Right next to my room was a row of headboards from older beds. The location of the hotel wasn't bad; however, the hotel itself was very dirty. I will definitely choose a different hotel for my next trip.

We had to ask for three refridgerator and it took them along time to come back to grab each one because each one did not work. Most their workers were very rude.

No bath towels, had to call front desk to ask for some, then he told me to go pick them up, keep in mind it was around midnight and the office was across the street. I had to call the front desk a second time because there was no hot water shortly after the first time the phone rang for about 1 minute and no one answered. After letting the water run for about 10-15 minutes the water started to get warm. Woke up in the morning with a cockroach in the bathroom. Will never stay here again.

it was ok...nothing special abt the place. I requested big king sized pillows 6 to be exact and I was told they didn't have any. so I slept on tiny travel sized pillows very uncomfortable. the location was good but the general feeling of the place was not good. a big fence was around the place and it was more like a prison then a hotel. plus they didn't accept cash, I preferred using cash. My guest and I had booked the room,he had to go home and get his birth certificate because he didn't have a drivers license and the clerk wouldn't let him stay in our room... they have rules and regulations of the place like you cant stay more then 21 days and then after being there 21 days you have to leave and come back,you cant have guests and other things.. it was right on for the money yeah REAL cheap but some of things were kinda old and beaten down,. in one room I stayed in they took the stove out.. it was a apartment type kitchen where you could have meals and such. but they provide no silverware,no plates and pots and pans glasses or dishes to eat on or to cook from. I really wouldn't request staying there, I know there are pixs of the place but they lie. I would suggest the days inn right down the street with in walking distance. I booked the room for us because it was Cheap, and I didn't have a whole lot of money to spend...

Good price for the room, which is actually big with a mini kitchen. Will def. Go again.

Room smelled, Service was ok, Pool filled in with cement, old sinks next to where pool was. Would not leave the hotel at dark, too much noise from neighbors and street. I treasure my life.

It was horrible, dirty, it was like a slum house. To top it off, they did not even clean my room, I asked for extra pellows and they said they didnt have any.

All was well and worth it 100%

This is the most useless hotel I have ever seen. I left my medication in the room and the room cleaner threw it away, I went to report at the front desk and she asked the lady that cleaned my room and the lady told her that she had threw it in trash, the next thing is that the lady at the front desk told me to go and look for it inside the trash been if it is important to me. The so called manager was not even behave as if they care. I regreted ever lodged in this hotel. Poor customers service, the rooms are not good at all.

Good location of the hotel considering i was in San Diego all day and all night. What i disliked about this hotel was that they had me waiting an hour and a half for my room. Check in time was at 3pm, i checked in a little early i guess 255pm. But i didnt go inside my room until 430pm.! Loved my stay there just didnt like my wait time to.go inside my room.

it's the most scariest place and dirty motel. I was very unsatisfied. i will never stay there again in my life.

We didn't get the room type we wanted at check in when we went back to the hotel to change rooms we still had to settle for what they had. This time no stove, the hair dryer wasn't working and we only got a few channels on the tv. My boyfriend needed a certain channel for his work which we knew they had and we went to the office 2x and got 2 different stories why we didn't get the channels. The third time we had to be more stern and finally they came in and reprogrammed the tv it worked but no one came back to fix the dryer. The housekeepers were very awesome and accommodating. Next time we will stay at a different hotel for less and expect less.

we're a young couple that stayed here after an EDM event at Cricket Wireless Ampitheatre. room had plenty of space, a kitchen area, couch, and most importantly, it was clean. liked the 2 room suite style. blinds in the room were a bit busted up but maintenance immediately came and made it work at least for our stay. we enjoyed coming back to this hotel to relax after partying so if thats all you need i'd recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Just a few maintenance issues but nothing that we couldn't deal with. We are planning to book again in the same hotel in a few months.

My stay at this specific hotel was a nightmare. My first room had holes and tears in the privacy curtains and half of the lighting was inoperable. After addressing my issues with the employee working behind the front desk, I was told that someone would bring me a room key to an upgraded room in approximately 20 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later, I went to the front desk and was told it would be an additional 20 minutes until my room was ready. The hotel employee came to my room 20 minutes later to tell me my room was ready (without the room key). My new room had water leaking from the garbage disposal, bugs and was missing bath towels, which was promised to me after doing a walk through inspection of the room. I never received the bath towels. After staying there for two miserable days I asked for a refund on the remaining two days of my stay. I was told that it was up to Hotels.com to give this to me. I would sincerely hope that you can see that this cost should be refunded.

Not good. Sounds like a nice place but in reality it is a weekly rental, monthly rental site. A little scary and you don't sleep well wondering if your car will be there when you wake up. Rooms are not clean.

Jeg havde 2 overnatninger der. En af de skumle af ellers flotte San Diego. Det var ikke slum eller noget, men MEGET "beat-up". Stedet var fint til et par overnatninger, men kommer du der efter mere end det, så er det ikke det værd!

Hotellet er yderst slidt, trænger til en renovering af den store slags. Det eneste positive ved dette hotel, er prisen og trådløst internet. Alt andet kan ikke anbefales.

OFRECÍAN MICROONDAS Y CAJA DE SEGURIDAD Y NO HABÍA, TODOS LOS MUEBLES MUY DETERIORADOS Y VIEJOS. OFRECÍAN DESAYUNO Y SOLO ERA CAFÉ Y GALLETAS EN LA RECEPCIÓN SIN UNA MESA PARA SENTARTE, LA LIMPIEZA DEL CUARTO NO ES BUENA, EL PRECIO ME PARECE ALTO PARA EL SERVICIO QUE RECIBÍ Y NO ERA LO QUE PROMETÍAN EN LA DESCRIPCIÓN NI LO QUE YO ESPERABA DEL HOTEL.

una parte del hotel esta en remodelacion, hay una area donde colectan lo viejo frente habitaciones y se ve feo. la ubicacion del hotel es regular, calle y media de la estacion del trolley.

adorei o quarto, parece uma mini apartamento, todo equipado cozinha geladeira grande, fogao microonda, sala de tv quarto, adorei muito, aconchegante, estacionamento gratis, preco muitobom, perto do outlets, adorei recomendo a todos

...trotz der relativen Ferne zur Innenstadt. Allerdings ist das nicht weiter schlimm, da es ca. 2 min von der nächsten Trolleystation der Blue Line entfernt ist, welche direkt ins Stadtinnere fährt. Das Hotel ist sicherlich keine Spitzenklasse, was bei diesem Preis auch nicht zu erwarten ist, aber es bietet ausreichenden Komfort. Ich würde wieder einchecken, falls ich noch mal nach San Diego kommen sollte.
