يبعد هذا الفندق عن المطار بمسافة تستغرق أقل من 5 دقائق بالسيارة، وبمسافة تستغرق عشر دقائق من منطقة تسوق فيجاس/أطلنطا، وتحيط به السينمات/المراكز التجارية

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is located about a 5 minute taxi ride from the airport and the Metro station is just around the corner. A daily Metro pass is very cheap and a good way to see Dubai. The room was large with numerous closets in a hallway by the washroom. There is no wireless in the room, however free internet (slow) on the TV. Wireless is available in the public areas and is free if you buy a coffee or snack. The fridge was not working on arrival, however was quickly replaced. The washroom contains a shower enclosure and a spa tub with shower. I will certainly stay at this site again.

the water heater was not working! They checked it and told us that it was ok.(Just rem to put the keycard into the slot, we were advised) When it failed to work, they refused to let us change rooms because it was full. We decided to upgrade to a suite paying a higher price! We returned to our suite at 6pm and guess what? The room was not made up!! We were quite upset and the front desk asked if we put the DO NOT Disturb sign at the room. I said NO and the service staff appeared 5 minutes later to clean up the room while we waited. The duty manager then called to ask if we would like to make an appointment to make up the room???? It's crazy!!! P.s No newspaper delivered even though we upgraded. The rest of the suites on the same floor had newspapers.

It is on a busy srreet but just a short walk to the Metro and the Deira City Mall which is a fantastic shopping centre.The staff are very friendly and it is also close to the Creek and then a short walk to the Souks There is also a nice swimming pool area and we used it just to rest and read for a while---- ideal after a long flight.

Good points: Big room and good price. Bad Points: Room was not the cleanest, the Reception staff were unhelpful when I complained they had put me in a Smoking room instead of the Non-Smoking room I had booked. There are no facilities in the Hotel other than the outdoor pool but it is only open to women in the morning and men in the afternoon.so you had better have plans to go out somewhere.

Worst place I ever have stayed at.

Friendly service minded staff. Just make sure the shuttle to the beach waits for you!

Copthorne in Dubai is absolutely the place to go when you are stuck in Dubai in excess of 7 hours and you haven't slept in the last 24-36 hours. It is convenient to the airport, clean comfortable and reliable. The staff is excellent, polite and efficient!

Very big rooms,more an apartment,even with balcony.

We were accommodated from the moment we entered copthorne to when we left. The managers very kindly let us check in early after a long flight because of our 2 year old daughter. We were exceptionally surprised at size of the room and the facilities in it. The bed was huge and comfortable with ample space for 2 adults and a child. Even though we hadn’t asked for a microwave we were provided with one in the kitchen area which also had a fridge and a sink, which most hotels do not provide. For us this was perfect as it allowed us to store, heat and was our child milk. The staff was very friendly and always made a point of greeting you as you entered and left the hotel. After a day the door staff knew our daughters name and bothered to interact with her. What made us even more at ease is that our daughter loved the separate sitting area and the spacious balcony. The hotel is ideally located to all the attraction sites and eating out was never a problem. We would definitely be returning to the hotel again. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Det er svært for europæer at forstå, hvorfor europæiske mænd og kvinder ikke må bruge swimmingpoolen på samme tid!

Positivt: Ligger nära till allt ”Deira City Centre” Shopping Mall, Metro, bara en 5-minuters bilresa från Dubais internationella flygplats, bredband finns tillgängligt i hotellrummen och är gratis. Negativt: Röklukt i rummen! om du är för känslig för det så BÖR du BETONA det i ett tidigare mail till hotellet. Sightseeing/ tips om sevärdheter: Det är värt att satsa ett par dagar på området runt om kring ”Burj Khalife (vatten showen) och "Dubai mall" som ligger precis intill tornet, där kan du se ett o annat eller shoppa loss om du känner för det!

Hotellet levede op til forventningerne og det var et super godt hotel

Hotellet har basseng,treningsrom, som kun er for damer og herrer på adskilte dispunkter. Så dette kan ikke benyttes av par/familie samtidig ! Det er beskrevet balkong på alle 188 rom, dette stemmer ikke, det er heller ingen wifi annet i lobby. Wifi koster 20AED pr.time. Frokostbuffet koster 65AED pr.person. Bra frakost, men billigere og bedre på kjøpesenteret Deira som ligger kun 5 min gå avstand unna. Så Hotels.com sin beskrivelse stemmer ikke med fakta ! Bortsett fra det, ligger hotellet sentralt fra Deira kjøpesenter, og t-bane. Kort veg til flyplass også. Men tror jeg ville valgt noe mer sentralt hotel, for å opplvere Dubai til fots.

Bonsoir, Les employes de service etaient très acceuillants pour ma part celui qui etait a l'acceuil la journee etait desagrable, ne disait meme pas bonjour, je ne vais pas lui apprendre la politesse quand meme !!!! du coup je me suis sentie très mal a l'aise alors que j'ai paye ma place a lhotel!!! c'est dommage car tout le reste etait gentille!! PS : le petit dejeuner est a revoir !!!!!!!!!!!!!
