Just behind Carl's Jr for those "food emergencies". Wonderful hot breakfast. Clean and modern, but staff is a bit disorganized. Perhaps the front desk staff should actually go to the airport rather than reading off a script. All the desk person needed to do was tell be to turn left and the van was waiting in front of DEPARTURES DOOR#2 rather than keep me on my cell phone for 10 minutes while I paid outrageous international roaming fees! Had to change rooms because air-conditioning didn't work.

This hotel was great. It was very clean and nice. Very good price and the breakfast was beyond delicious. Really enjoyed my stay here. Also there is a free shuttle to airport. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fairfield Inn Monterrey is a great, conveniet hotel. The staff was excellent. The room, small but clean. Front desk help was awesome, kind and friendly. Spoke great English!!

Great staff, cordial and attentive. Price is half the other hotels nearby and just as nice, slightly less plush but very good value. I will use them again.

Comfortable Place for the value of Money!

This hotel had friendly staff and convenient location to the airport.

Being part of Marriot franchise, it was disappointing to see the way hotel was maintained. May be it depends on which city it is located at. It was disappointing to see there was no bath-tub as such. I booked this two bed room (price was same as 1 bedroom) hoping that bath room will be bigger, but it was disappointing to see it was even worst. I am not a frequent traveller, but personally prefer to have a more comfortable room and this wasn't satisfying. Looks like they dont run the AC all the time in the lobbby/elivator, it was hot even just when i entered the room.

The staff is very friendly. As a Mexican living outside my country, I found the Buffett very nice, an my husband was pleased with it too. I traveled with a child, and also was comfortable for him

The hotel, make me feel safe is very close to the airport, I stayed with my children, I would choose this place again.

We had a layover in Monterrey, and had to spend a night at a hotel. We chose the Fairfield because of the proximity to the airport. My wife and I had concerns over the security, but once we got there we felt safe. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. They serve a very good full breakfast with lots of variety. Overall our stay exceeded expectations. We would stay there again. Highly recommend it. Also, there were 2-3 good restaurants right across the hotel.

We checked in a day early and paid for that night, food was decent (although it was my personal favorite) for the family, location was great and close to where we needed to be (hospital we were visiting was less than 1/4 mile away) near american food restaurants if you dont want to travel too far to get some real authentic mexican foods, and hotel staff was very helpful in the end... now as for the bad... DO NOT STAY IN A SMOKING ROOM... as it turns out there was a new addition to the hotel and all beds in the smoking rooms are very uncomfortable the television (total of 2 hours watched) was a small 14". We constantly had to call for towels. The sheets were changed every other day (5 night stay) but the comforter was just merely rotated and switched between beds. After 4 nights, we could not stand the beds any longer, so we asked to be moved. The room we were moved to was beyond belief. It was much larger. The beds, closet, television (32"), and desk were all larger than our previous room but yet both were same rate (??). The beds compared to the previous beds were extrememly comfortable. After asking around (the cleaning crew) we were told that we were moved to the new addition of the hotel and that management should have let us know the differences in comfort of rooms at check-in. Needless to say we will not be staying at this hotel ever again nor recommend it to anyone unless you are on a budget and even at that, request a room on the first floor in the newest part of the hotel.

This hotel is convenient to the airport for anyone needing to depart on a very early morning flight. Convenient to many fast food type places, walking distance, and the manager's happy hour was simple but the staff was extremely friendly and bi-lingual.

The room was very clean and well maintained, but on the small side. Excellent breakfast buffet included. Overall, I would recommend this to other travelers.

The single queen room was great for a business traveler, comfortable and functional. The staff though this time seemed more worried about their convenience than mine. Too bad for such a comfortable hotel!

i arrived on tuesday morning and left friday. the hotel is great, clean, modern. staff is friendly. the rooms are very good. it had cable.....some in spanish and in english., showers worked. there is a 7-11 and a carls jr and a sports bar next door. the hotel is very close to the airport. the hotel is very quiet. thier was security (staff) present and i felt safe. the room had everything u needed. but if ur looking for somthing close to the downtown its about 12 miles from airport...they are many hotels downtown....mixed new and old hotels. it cost about 100 pesos to get to downtown. one dollar equals 12 pesos...check worth of dollar to the peso. if u go to downtown i recomend santa lucia...river walk.. beuatiful... very long and coonnects to 2 other parks..very safe...great for family, chipinque..a huge park mountain...great for family, exercising and cola de cabllo...another park...about 1 mile in at the end thier is a huge casacde water fall. great family outing. 7-11 has a atm if u want to take out money. thier is about 7 to 8 hotels close to the airport...mostly new.. great contental breakfast, my room had great ac, shuttle is offered to airport. taxis are avialable just ask front desk, a taxi is in minutes!!.. thier was cable on the lobby... cnn was on in english. i would recommend this hotel. some staff was billingual. the hotel gets 2 thumbs up! thanxs!

The room was very comfortable, but the only way to watch TV was lyin gon the bed. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance, and the short trip to the airport was convenient.

There was a young man working the evening shift who was very warm and accommodating, trying to meet whatever needs we had. The airport shuttle was very convenient, and also took us to a seemingly quite authentic Mexican restaurant with very good food some distance from the hotel, then picked us afterwards. Service was great. Room smelled a bit musty, but may just not have been used in a while.

An all-around great place to stay.

me encantó mi estancia,solo fue una noche pero la habitacion estaba muy limpia,el personal muy amable,nos hicieron favor de dejarnos por la mañana en el aeropuerto el cual esta cerca del hotel,hay unos restaurantes cerca donde uno puede ir ya sea a comer o cenar o simplemente a caminar un rato, la habitacion con una recamara matrimonial es demasiado pequeña pero si es para una sola noche esta perfecta,las almohadas son sensacionales super comodas.lo recomiendo y me volveria a hospedar nuevamente!!!

Muy buen hotel, aunque queda un poco retirado de las atracciones de monterrey, pero es facil llegar ya que queda en avenida principal

es un hotel a muy buen preccio,comodo y limpio. lo unico que le falta es una cafeteria pues el centro esta muy retirado y en la plaza de enfrente hay poca variedad de cdomida

la senorita que me atendio estubo muy linda y profesional, pero el desayuno no me gustò mucho. En general buena impresion.

Precio excelente, la atención de el personal es muy amable. Las Habitaciones están muy limpias, el desayuno muy rico y variado. Muy recomendable, a minutos de los principales parques industriales de Apodaca. Facil acceso al aeropuerto y a autopistas.

Muy buen hotel, las habitaciones son cómodas pero pequeñas. El desayuno es fantástico. Solamente coordinen bien su traado del aeropuerto al hotel ya que no cuentan con camioneta propia y la comparten con otro hotel

Aunque estuve muy poco tiempo en el hotel ya que era de solo un dia estuvo muy comodo, lo recomendaria.

Solamente les recomendaria que pusieran la misma cantidad de toallas (cuerpo, facial y pies), con el mismo numero de personas que se hospedan en el mismo cuarto, y lo demas esta excelente. Estan mejor que otros que estan en esa zona. Muchas gracias

hotel comodo , accesible y economico

Desde el momento que uno llega la atencion de los empleados y la rapidez en ubicarlo en la habitacion es una experiencia agradable familiar, que no siente uno la diferencia de estar en su hogar o en este hotel, durante la estancia la amabilidad de los empleados y una excelente despedida por que siempre estan ahi para apoyarnos como huespedes
