What a great experience staying here! Location is perfect, staff was great (and spoke very good english)... will definitely stay there again next time we are in BA.

This boutique hotel is in Soho Area. Great location for shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel room is quite small, but love about jet bath.

The rooms are very hot and the temperature cannot be controlled. A good hotel, the only letdown is the ugly bar staff

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were very well looked after. A friendly greeting as we were getting out of the taxi was the prelude to an absolutely perfect stay. The staff were so friendly and helped with everything from giving advice on where to go and where to eat, to booking taxis and restaurants. The location, in the trendy, lively area of Palermo is excellent for walking to a number of great restaurants or just hanging out in the trendy cafe's or bars. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at Mine Hotel and will stay there again the next time we are in Buenos Aires. The staff are incredible: their restaurant recommendations were excellent and they made reservations for us at several places. The decor is comfortable and modern, with a cozy sitting room and lovely cafe-restaurant filled with light. The breakfasts are delicious, too. Location is ideal: very close to the best shops and restaurants in Palermo Soho. Our room was very quiet and we got a lot of sleep and rest.

If you're ok with a slightly small room, the location and front desk staff are fantastic. Decor is great as well!

Fantastic boutique hotel in a great areas.(15 mins walk to Subtle) I absolutely loved this small hotel,.extremely comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to provide excellent service and all speak perfect English. Breakfast very good. Rooms very comfortable & very clean. We picked this from recommendations on hotels.com & tripadvisor - a superb boutique hotel in one of Buenos Aires's most stylish areas. We absolutely loved this hotel. Only 20 rooms, but the decor and furnishings are both modern and extremely comfortable. The staff are brilliant - really helpful, and all speak perfect English. The location is brilliant, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby, which the hotel will happily book for you. Breakfast is included, and is a simple, but very good 'continental' breakfast, but they will also do cooked omlettes, etc. Highly recommended (oh, and the beds are very comfortable too!).

Urban chic in an the up and coming neighborhood of BA---Palermo Soho. Neat shops -good food surround you. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful' Staying here made our Argentinian experience a positive one

Wonderful area and hotel.

The natural and decorative elements and light in the hotel common rooms and in my hotel room was very embracing and made being in the hotel itself very cozy and comfortable. The amenities in the room (and especially the wonderful jacuzzi bathtub), allowed for relaxation and rejuvenation at the beginning and the end of a busy day. Location was fantastic. Great shops, boutiques and restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries in the immediate area...even parks. Love the neighborhood which although not far from the center does not have the impersonal feel of a city center, but rather allowed me to envision living in Buenos Aires.

Is always more than what you expect!! They are helpful and friendly. Perfect place to stay also if you are on business, is so close to shops and plazas that is easy to take a quick break and enjoy a little, hotel’s restaurant is great too high quality food and the included breakfast is awesome. You will come back again and again just like me : )

I would definitely recommend this hotel. I can't say enough good things about the staff--how pleasant and helpful they were. The "superior" room was very comfortable (but don't book the small room--it's extremely small). Our room faced the street and there was some street noise, but it didn't distract or annoy. The location was great. Lots to walk to, and just a short cab ride to attractions throughout the city. I would definitely stay here again.

After reading many reviews about the Mine Hotel, I was hopeful that it would be as good as it sounded. I'm pleased to say that it exceeded every expectation I had. The neighborhood is fabulous: Palermo SoHo has lovely shops and restaurants and isn't far from many of BA's sights. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast every day was lovely, with cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, juices and excellent coffee. The price was reasonable as well. All in all, one of the best boutique hotels I've come across. I'd look no further if you're planning a trip to BA.

We were treated as family from day 1 of our 6 day stay. The front desk was always staffed with personnel who spoke fluent English and could guide us. They arranged tickets, taxis, maps, etc. And the included breakfast was excellent. We travel to many countries, and were so pleasantly surprised by this S.A. "jewel".

We chose this hotel after tons of research on my part. The first and most important element was location. For us this is the best area to base oneself for a visit to Buenos Aires. Why? Because there is plenty to do in the immediate area both day & night and it feels more safe than the other areas I was able to check out. So keep in mind this city may not be like home, you have to be on your guard, but in this area there is activity all day and much of the evenings. On the other hand San Telmo, which is a lively place in the day is very deserted at night, no matter what street you are on. At check in the desk agent gave us a very complete description of the area and what the hotel has for us. She was very friendly and it was a great way to start our visit. Our room was lovely. The rooms can be a bit small when you choose the lower price options, but again I believe this is standard for this part of town. Our first room faced the pool and the view was nice. At night there might be people drinking and talking by the pool but it seemed to stop around 11 so our sleep was not disturbed. We never heard conversations outside the door or noise from other rooms. We left town and came back after a trip to the falls, our second room faced the street and was a little bigger. Street noise was not a problem - at least while we were there. We thought that everyone at the Mine was warm and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile and welcome when we came back from our day. The breakfast was delicious, homemade breads, cereals, meat & cheese and a fantastic fruit salad. I'm sure I'm forgetting something. The is a free internet station in the lobby. We had our old laptop too and the staff lent us an adapter. The other times that we ate at the hotel the food was very good and well priced. In the category or above and beyond, I fractured my foot one night while out on the town. I returned limping to my room and the staff brought ice, extra pillows and Tylenol. They also gave us p

Mine Hotel is located in the heart of Palermo Soho. Service and complimentary breakfast were excellent. We stayed in the basic room, which was just okay compared to the lobby and the rest of the hotel. Overall, great place to stay.

Just spent a week at the Hotel Mine in Buenos Aires and do not know how our experience could have been any better! The hotel staff treated us like family and went out of their way to be sure we had a great time in a new city to us. The hotel itself is relatively new and very comfortable and tastefully appointed. Their recommendations on tours, restaurants and other activities were right on the money. We got to do exactly what we had planned and had a wonderful time. I ran out of pesos and when I appeared not to fully understand how to get to or use an ATM in their country, one of the front desk clerks volunteered to walk the three blocks with me, and provide any help I might need. Typical of everything they did for us.

What a great find. Beautiful hotel. Really great service. Excellent neighborhood. A bargain at twice the price.

after staying mostly in hostels, spending two nights here at the end of our trip was fantastic. the hotel itself is very modern, stylish and clean. we also liked the hotels size and location, as walking around the district of palermo where the hotel is based you will find dozens of small, and very good restaurants. the service we recieved at the hotel was also something i had never experienced before. it was fantastic, with the staff being extremely helpful. i suppose the only negative point for us was the expense, but then you do get what you pay for

O hotel é novo, os quartos confortáveis, esta localizado no melhor ponto do Palermo Soho e o atendimento é muito bom. Passei ótimos três dias com minha esposa no hotel e certamente voltarei.

Hotel pequeno, muito bem localizado em Palermo. Fiquei com meu marido na suíte superior (a mais simples é a Classic) e confesso que me decepcionei um pouco com o tamanho do quarto, nas fotos do site ele parece bem maior.

Je recommande cet établissement sans aucune hésitations. Distinction, raffinement avec un personel hotellier très professionnel et bons petits déjeuner. Seul petit détail agaçant; il est un peu gênant de se baigner dans une piscine adjacente à la salle à manger. Sinon c'est une note parfaite.

Very well located the hotel has a wonderfull decoration and has everything you need for a great stay in BA for a couple.

Localizado no coração de Palermo Soho, a poucas quadras de lojas de grife e lojas locais, ótimos restaurantes (ao lado do famoso La Cabrera), ao lado da sorveteria Freddo, e perto de bares super animados. Bairro arborizado, cool, e super seguro para caminhar a qualquer hora. Hotel muito bem decorado, atendimento excelente, café da manhã muito bom. Situated in Palermo Soho district, walking distance from many restaurants, stores and cafes. Safe place to walk over the night. Close to the famous restaurant La Cabrera and Freddo Ice Cream. Great service, beautiful decor, excellent breakfast.

O hotel é muito bom. Ótimo quarto, grande e confortável (ficamos no quarto superior). O serviço é excelente assim como o café da manhã. O único porém, é que o hotel não fica próximo do metrô (20 -25 minutos andando), mas fica próximo da melhor área de Palermo Soho com bares, restaurantes e lojas, onde você pode fazer tudo a pé.

Muy buen hotel, excelentemente ubicado y mejor atendido.

Ubicado en Gorití, dentro de Palermo. Esta situado en el Soho de la gastronomía de Buenos Aires. La selección de restaurantes , bares y diversión de la zona es extensa y los restaurantes excelentes. El hotel boutique Mine es muy Zen en su decoración y de muy buen gusto; cuenta con un personal en la recepción excelente y le proporciona al huesped a su llegada toda la información necesaria para poder movilizarse en la zona, desayuno incluído de muy buena calidad y jugos naturales y una maquina con servicio de internet a disposición del cliente. Si piensa viajar dentro de Argentina, las aerolineas locales solo permiten una maleta de mano, pero el hotel gustosamente le ofrece sin ningún costo poder guardarle las maletas en su bodega y le entregan una boleta para que la pueda reclamar a su regreso sin largas esperas. Alejado del bullicio de la ciudad pero al mismo tiempo cerca de todo. Es el lugar ideal para aquellas personas que disfrutan de la tranquilidad, pero al mismo tiempo desean salir a divertirse sin tener que tomar un taxi ya que es una zona muy segura. Si le gusta las compras a muy pocas cuadras encontrara la avenida Cordoba que es donde se encuentran las tiendas de descuentos. Si toma un taxi puede llegar rápidamente a otros sitios de interes como Recoleta, Avenida Alvear o Puerto Madero y el costo de transporte es muy barato.

Um hotel adorável...quarto de bom tamanho, com o essencial mas tudo de muito bom gosto. Café da manhã muito bom, área do café, lobby e jardim externo muito agradável.

O Hotel é muito agradável. Talvez o único defeito é o isolamento acústico dos quartos que não é perfeito o que deixa o hotel um pouquinho barulhento. Staf nota 1000. Recomendo fortemente.
