Modern hotel with good admenities ! Good location, near to Sannomiya station and shopping malls... Lots of restaurants nearby !! Good place to stay if you want visit Arima Hotspring !!

Located steps from Sannomiya station, the b Kobe was perfectly located with large rooms and modern bathroom. There were also laundry, machines available. Wish there was wireless throughout the hotel not just in lobby.

The room worked just fine, and the location is excellent. I think the place is a bit more dated then the pictures.

Liked the stay, since it is centrally located and room are nice and clean.

The room is too hot due to central air-con. However exchanged new room is good. Very good service

The room is larger than the other hotels in Japan. It is very close to subway station, so we are very easy to our destination, arima-onsen. There are many restaurants in the nearby, so we don't worry about the activities in the night.

Everything about the B Hotel in Sannomiya is superlative. It is a new property, it's very high tech, it's close to everything... and it's a good value. Only two small negatives... some of the front desk staff could not speak English that well (but not all) and although VERY close to the train station, it is still some distance to carry a bag if you have heavy baggage. Otherwise... what a great place!!

Hotel was in a great location for sightseeing, restaraunts, entertainment, and transport. Skip the breakfast. The staff was aloof and could have been more welcoming. This is a very modern hotel and I would stay here again; just eat elsewhere.

The b Kobe locates close to JR station which is very easy to find. There are many good restaurants and cafe nearby. The hotel itself is kinda new and the interior design is very comfortable. Room is relatively large which is quite unexpected. Overall, I'm very please with this hotel and sure will book this one if I go to Kobe or the same group if travel in JP.

I stay at the b Kobe for 3 nights. Very good location with modern style room. I like the bathroom very much! Even the room is small but user friendly. Well plan design. And I love the free flow of coffee that serve by on hotel lobby there. Feel very cozy and sincerelity. And the coffee very nice too. Somemore it provide free wifi at lobby area. For this reasonable rate with the good design room. I think it very hard to find in japan. Highly recommended!

A very clean, well laid out hotel in a good location. For a foreigner in Japan, I found the hotel to be a very good size (both the room and bathroom!) with nice and clean furniture; bathrooms are very very nice. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at the B and would again if visiting the Kobe area again. I've stayed at hotels on both end of ends of the spectrum in Japan (small business hotels to 5 star) and I think the B is in the middle+ area. You can also watch BBC in english with the second audio programming! :)

We booked a superior room which was excellent & the cost was very reasonble. Bathroom was fantastic! It was not a typical small self contained capsule type bathroom that you get in Japan. It was very spacious, likewise with the room. Very close to the train station & plenty of restuarants & shops in the area. Would highly recommend to stay here.

The room is extremely small than any other hotel which i had stay before at Japan, one thing i do not like is the window of the room cannot open it makes me feel uncomfortable as i think the air conditioner is not working well.

The room ventilation was too poor that I thought I was sleeping in a closet. Staff was nice with sufficient level of English but they couldn't help me at all.

Great Hotel Spacious room - by Japanese hotel standards anyway. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. 24 hr. coffee availaible in the lobby. Good breakfast buffet with Western options. Close to many great resturaunts, and shopping. Less than 5 minute walk to subway or JR's sannomiya station with easy "special rapid" service to Osaka or Kyoto.

Nice location, walking distance between Sannomiya station and Kitanocho. Room is not very big but relatively clean. A good choice for a short stay in Kobe.

Great location. The price is very reasonable. But the room is very very small. But I guss u can't really complain about that. Because that's downtown Kobe. but we order 2 double bed. The room is so small. We have to use the other bed for luggage Otherwise. I can't go out. That's kind of funny. The staff is very helpful. Everyone can speak English. Next time I will book there again

I picked the hotel, based on the reviews and price. What a great hotel. The rooms are not large, but this is Japan, however they are not small. The staff are great and speak sufficient English to help with inquiries. The room was spotless. Toiletries are supplied including 2 razours. I was told that we could not have a double bed, but the beds are ample for 2, being 123 cm width, the only issue was that the fridge did not have a temperature control. The rooms have two windows, but with the blinds down, are so dark that you would only kinow it is daylight by looking at the time. The Sannomiyia Train Station is a five minute walk away, even with luggage. There are so many restraunts nearby, you are spoilt with choices. Now I understand the comments in reviews about the hower/toilet.

We only got to reach B Kobe after 40 minutes of search. We were directed wrongly by train station officer when we reached Sannomiya station. Very few passers-by understood Eng. That was the problem. Checked-in was swift. We expected 2 rooms with 3 occupancy in each. Got 2 rooms on the 5th floor, about 3-4 doors away. Our room had 2 beds and a pull-out mattress. My mum's room only had 2 beds so I had to put up with 2 kids instead of 1. Front desk could have given us breakfast vouchers (the packaged we paid for) but didn't. We had to inform the breakfast area staff our room numbers when we went in and out with kids. Spread was not fantastic, by 9am, nothing much were left. I would encourage visitors to get Kobe maps from Tourist Information Centre, I thought it was located somewhere near Sannomiya station (but we could find it)...too busy a station. Room was okay, amenities were sufficient. Toiletries were great esp the hair rinse...my daughter's favorite. I really hope that the bathroom could be locked. My kids could just slide the door open and "free show"! The bathroom was long, WC was fully automated that my kids found it so amusing. The bath area was separated by a foldable door. Water spray was good and there was a resting seat in it. Based on the Jap worded Kobe map (simplified version) given by the hotel staff, we had difficulty moving around. Be watchful over "green" and "red" buses. Better check with the bus driver before boarding. On 1st attempt, we didn't. We had to pay 800 yen for travelling just 1 bus-stop away cos we took a wrong bus. This should not be the case!! Adult 200yen, Child 100yen, toddler free... throughout their transport system. We only managed to visit Kobe Nunobiki Herb Gardens & Ropeway and then the Oji Zoo to see pandas. We could have gone to Mount Rokko and Kobe Port Tower but too troublesome to ask around. The cable car ride up to Mount Nunobiki was pleasant. At Oji Zoo, we only saw a panda instead of 2, in a glass panel. NO FLA

Clean and very comfortable hotel. Located on a very busy street, but room quiet...found a lovely foot onsen across the street and down an alley where we also found the Don Don, and cooked Kobe beef on a little charcoal grill. Great fun. Good coffee available in the lobby. When we came out of the subway station and looked right, we could see the sign for a spa on the opposite side of the street... the b kobe is just about directly across from it.

we only stayed one night in b kobe. it was a very clean hotel, small but lovely rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. internet use for free was another plus. fantastic kobe-beef restaurants just around the corner. we would definitely stay here again.

rooms: a little cramped as in most Japanese hotel rooms but fine for a single person. comfortable beds and bedding. Very nice spacious bathroom, excellent shower, way better than average for Japanese hotel standards. Very quiet and peaceful in the room even though there is a lot of action in the surrounding neighborhood. Easily accessed from Sannomiya station. Excellent quality coffee machine in the lobby. Internet access is hardwired and available in room, but no wireless access available. Breakfast: ok, but the quality of the food does not match the quality of the hotel.

The hotel has a great location--it's very close to the JR, Hankyu and Hanshin Sannomiya stations. Sannomiya is one of the major centers for Kobe, so there is a wide variety of restaurants and shopping in the area. The hotel is next to the Tokyu Hands department store and a short walk from the stop for the airport limousine bus to Osaka-Itami or Kansai International Airports. My only complaint about the hotel is that the rooms are small, even by Japanese standards. It's difficult to find space to open your suitcase.

The hotel is located in the heart of Kobe Sannomiya and it is very close to shopping centers and train stations. Actually the subway station is right next door. Nice restaurants of your choice are in the neighbourhood and very lively in the night. The hotel staff were ok, but could have been better. They were not very friendly and warm, rather businesslike. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room was small, but the bathroom was veryfunctional with nice big shower head and automatic toilet. Very nice coffee at the reception area. There is a nice hair salon right outside/next door in the same building. We enjoyed staying there.

Nice hotel, perfect location for a late day arrival into Kobe airport. Easy to get to and lots of night life activity. Standard Japanese rooms, very clean, safe, quiet and dark even with all the night life right outside. Fastest check-in and check-out ever, less than 20 seconds in both cases.

We just stayed for 2 nights here, but it served our purposes well. The staff was helpful, the room was clean and spacious, had free wired internet access in room, and a spacious bathroom. We were about 5 minutes away from the Sannomiya train station, and could easily meet the airport bus that took us to Itami airport early one morning. The breakfast was not the best food, but was convenient and at 1000 yen, not a bad deal.

great location. always bustling..with food outlets, discount shops, departmental stores. love the self service coffee machine at hotel lobby....aromatic cup of coffee to warm up the body after a day out in the cold.

家族との旅行に利用しました。立地は申し分ないです。浴槽はありませんが、冬以外なら問題ないと思います。お部屋も全体的に綺麗な印象でした。

エクストラベッドを追加してもらって３人で泊まりましたが、浴室、トイレ、洗面所の配置が良く考えられていて快適でした。一階のイタリアンレストランでの朝食も種類が多く美味しかったです。チェックアウト後、同じく一階のタイ料理で昼食をとりましたがここも美味しかったです。

朝食のクオリティが低いが他は申し分なし。

The heating system is too hot and windowsare not designed to be opened. Other than these, the hotel is good.

神戶的the b kobe地點真是好到不行，地鐵站、觀光景點、購物、美食，每一樣都步行不超過10分鐘就可以到。隔壁有一家什麼都賣的店，還24小時營業，東西又便宜，實在是沒有比the b kobe地理位置更讚的飯店了。 此外，房間也很舒適，設計也很新穎，真的是很不錯的飯店，值得推薦。

Nice hotel!

급하게 에약해서 프론트 담당자가 아직 팩스가 들어오지 않았다고 하여 잠시 기다리다가 일단 먼저 방에 들어가라고 하면서 조식표를 챙겨주었음 본인은 조식이 포함된 것으로 알고 예약하였고 호텔측에 그렇게 말하여 조식표를 받았었음 다음날 아침 조식이 포함되지 않았다는 말을 듣고 당황하였으나 프론트에서 그냘 조식을 해결해주어서 고마웠음 전반적으로 호텔은 깨끗함

호탤도 깔끔하고 화장실도 크고 슬리퍼도 일회용이라 전체적으로 깔끔하다는 이미지를 받았습니다. 호탤스테프들도 모두 친절하고 기분좋은 숙박이였습니다.

生田神社近くの快適なビジネスホテルでした。ツインのベッドも広めで、空の冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポット、煎茶とハーブのティーバッグ。ワンピース前ボタンタイプのナイトウェアと必要なアメニティは大体揃ってました。女性２人だったので、フロントでコットンと綿棒、ヘアゴム、シャワーキャップを別途頂きました。また、アイロンと加湿器も借りました。ユニットのバス・トイレは広くないし、窓からの景色も向こうのビルが見えるので良くないけど、都市部の駅近でこのお値段なら絶対お得です。以前別のリッチなホテルに泊まったけど、主要部から遠くてタクシー移動するしかなかったけど、ザ・ビー神戸はライブハウスの後にしむら珈琲でお茶をして歩いて帰って来れました。次回神戸に泊まる時もここにします。

公共機関で行動するにはとてもいいが、 車で動くにはとても不便。 駐車場の案内も不十分でした。

朝食付きプランで一泊しました。同じビルの中にヨガ・スタジオ、美容サロンなどがあり、女性一人でも泊まりやすい雰囲気のホテルです。残念だったのは、1階にあるレストランでの朝食ビュッフェ。品揃えも味も悪くはないのですが、目の前にある料理のトレーが空になっていても、気付かずに同僚とのおしゃべりに夢中になっている厨房スタッフ。下膳の際にテーブル脇の床に飲み物をこぼしているのに、「すぐ戻ります」と言いつつ、そのまま忘れて拭きにこないフロアスタッフなど、サービスの質に問題があるような気がしました。
