Novotel standards were met yet again. Was really pleased to have access to the gym facilities. the hotel was clean and very comfortable, but the only down side was the surrounding neighbourhood. that aside, we were really pleased with our stay.

, room is clean and big. a bit far away from sightseeing. Too many understructure sites around the hotel. The staffs are not nice and show blackface to us.

Great and practical location. The staff were very nice.

I have a little remark, i haveb reserve for my employee Mirella Eklimos and the rates was including breakfast and taxes and services but to our surprise it was not, knowing that on other sites everything mentioned you can count on it different than this site.

I stayed 2 nights when on business. I found the hotel staff rude and not fit to be running the front desk. I asked for an extra complimentary tiny milk pod and some extra sugar and I was told to contact the room service for that fr my room despite going all the way down to the reception. I was also told that there will be a charge for that !!!!! I found this absolutely ridiculous !!! Furtheremore, do not use the Internet cable from your room, you will charged for it despite any notice!!! You are warned !!!! I will never stay there again .

Very clean hotel compared to surrounding city. Could not get used to the smell of patrons smoking indoors in lounge beside the restaurant. We arrived late and were told to order immediately if we wanted to eat. The food came out quickly but lacked any taste. The safe in our room did not work and were told someone would be up to fix it - however it was not done during our stay there! We did have a random lady open our door but she apologised and left when she realised someone was in the room. If you have to stay in Casablanca then stay here as at least it is clean. Keep your valuables on you and lock your suitcase when you are not in the room. It would be advantageous if you spoke french here.

Good hotel, friendly service, multilingual staff. Location is very chaotic even by Casablanca level. Good for staying a night or two.

The Novotel is all that you would expect from a top French hotel chain. Very clean, efficient, friendly staff and excellent french style breakfast. The lounge is comfortable and the music is of course french lounge.. I would recommend this hotel for casual and business travelers without reservation. The location, breakfast cost and lack of a decent business center are the only drawbacks.

This hotel is perfect for a short business journey, with the usual quality standard of Novotel and with a great location next to the train station (for transfer to Airport or a journey to Rabat, Tanger or other). It's also next to the old city and the horbor. I go there 6-7 times a year.

Enjoyed my stay . Staff were professional and friendly , English speaking and used to foreign guests . The area outside the hotel was very run down. Casablanca seems to be under masses of construction and in general the area was very rough . This is not unusual for morocco, but there are nicer areas of Casablanca . The lobby area was great , and lots of other Australians there . I travelled with my Moroccan husband , we had to show our wedding certificate on checking in, I am used to this after 4 years , not sure if other guests had to do the same , just FYI might want to bring a copy .

Great for business, this novotel has a great lobby, lounge, bar, and restaurant for setting up and making deals. WiFi in the lobby and rest. Area was strong as well. Room was smartly designed, was clean and well kept, and safe. Our room had poor hot water pressure, though I only stayed in one of the rooms, so I cannot comment on rooms that I did not stay in. The staff was very helpful and the location was very close to the country-wide bus company station. Overall it was pretty good, clean and could be used as a refuge from the hot and dusty Casablanca streets.

the hotel is of a good standard and very clean the staff are helpfull and help make your stay a pleasant one. The location is ideal for easy access and only a few minutes walk from the Medina. One downside is the hotel guest policy that prohibits any local people visiting your room which i have never found anywhere in the world?

The Novotel is an excellent business hotel due to its proximity to downtown Casablanca and the Casablanca Port train station. The rooms are extremely nice and modern. The internet in the rooms is extremely slow, but moves very quickly in the lobby. Service is excellent in the bar/restaurant, though prices are a bit high. If you want to do some sightseeing it is across the street from the tourist bazaar and the Medina. It's a short cab ride to the Hassan II Mosque. The prices are a great value for the quality of the hotel... though you will be sacrificing an authentic Moroccan experience.

Was in an unsavoury part of the city, we did not feel safe venturing out. There was no bar fridge in room Girls on reception were not friendly or helpful. City map given to us was illegible. We were very disappointed with our stay here - not the usual Novotel standard. However the restaurant was quite good.

This is a good Novotel - clean fresh rooms (make sure to request a room facing the ocean), high-quality toiletries, expedient service, and a hip laid-back bar and restaurant area. Great security. English Speaking Staff. Nice Amenities. Highly Recommended!

The hotel was much better than what I expected. Clean room, fast check in, very kind bell boy.Room was excellent for a 4 star hotel.All what I needed for my stay this hotel offered to me.The breakfast was not included in my rate but the hotel location is excellent and was easy to find lots of coffee shops that was much much cheaper than to pay the hotel breakfast. I recomend it and I will stay again here on my next trip to casablanca. Just keep the good price for value !

Generally pleased with all aspects of the stay, except I'd been given a room with a wetroom-style bathroom which didn't drain properly, so the floor was always wet. The hotel was fully booked and no alternative room could be given. Free wifi was available only at reception, and in-room broadband charges were not good value for a few hours' use.

Other than the problems noted above we found the bar attendants not very effecient - also the bar closes at 11:30 and residents cannot be served after that time (apart from room service). Our dining experience was good apart from trying to eat under discoteque style lighting (constantly changing colors). Otherewise the hotel is well located and modern. Parking is a MAJOR issue but there is construction going on in the immediate surrounding environment (New Sofitel) so things should get better in the future. A bit overpriced considering the comparison against higher catagory hotels close-by.

Disappointing. I will not stay there again if i can avoid it. It is too overpriced, carpets need changing, not great facilities, TV was not working, service was average. The only good thing is the location if you need to take a train to Rabat or Marakech; the station is 5minutes walk. The medina is also nearby. But the surroundings of a train station are usually not very luxurious, in any City.

The hotel is a bit worn (e.g. carpets, furniture) bet perfectly clean. The restaurant is pretty good but overpriced. Free WiFi in the lobby. Too noisy with the windows open due to the construction in the area. Free parking.

The Novotel did not fail to meet expectations of an international chain hotel of 4 stars - which is not necessarily the case for other comparable hotels in Morocco it would seem. The location is convenient for those arriving at or leaving from Casa Port train station - literally 100 metres away. Service, ambience was exactly as one would expect - good business hotel.

Hotellet ligger lige ved foden af havnen og er meget centralt. Vær opmærksom på der er et Ibis Hotel lige ved siden af som måske egner sig til de mere prisbevidste. Der er en god resturant på hotellet og meget venlig betjening generelt men ikke synderlig hjælpsom. Jeg vil dog klart anbefale hotellet som et godt business hotel. Jeg var kun i Casablance en nat så min bedømmelse skal læses på den baggrund.

Une taxe de 2€ par personne et par nuit est demandée à l'arrivée de l'hotel sans que cette taxe ne soit mentionnée lors de la réservation sur le site "Hotels.com". De même le wifi est gratuit à la réception mais l'accès internet est payant à partir des chambres. C'est surprenant.

EXCELENTE HOTEL NO TANTO SU DMINISTRACION. 1º PRETENDEN CARGARME EN LA TARJETA QUE DEJE PARA CARGAR GASTOS DE MUEBLE BAR ETC.. 9 EUROS POR UN SNACK QUE NO SE COMIÓ Y QUE EL SR DE RECEPCION DIJO QUE SE ANULARIA. 2º AL LLEGAR A ESPAÑA I VER EL EXTRACTO DE CUENTA EL SNACK SE CONVIRTIO DE 9A 37 €!!!! CUIDADO!!!!

hotel super tres bon service tres propre!!!

Tres bon Hotel . Pas de mauvaise surprise très. On rapport qualité prix en réservant sur hôtel.com

Hôtel propre et confortable RAS. Éviter la restauration, c'est excessivement cher et il n'y a pas grand chose dans les assiettes... Attention la connexion Internet dans les chambres est payante

Rien à dire sur l'hôtel en général où on retrouve les caractéristiques des Novotel. Chambres spacieuses, carte repas variée (les saghettis aux fruits de mer sont trés réussis), idem pour accueil et service restaurant. PdJ copieux en buffet... Seul bémol le Bar... on m'a servi un thé à la menthe abominable au goût de savon dans une théiére totalement éculée et pourrie et de la menthe séche. De même 2 Mojitos dont le taux de rhum avoisinait 2% au bénéfice d'une boisson gazeuse avec des glaçons gros comme des icebergs??? inacceptable dans un Novotel côté 4 ****.. c'est le seul aspect négatif.. avec le gueule du barman en prime quand j'ai demandé de refaire le thé et les cocktails.. ce qui m'a été refusé.!!
