Great location is inbetween hypermarket and the coast, could walk to both. Apartment sits on a slight hill so going is fine but harder on the way back. Easy to get Taxi's again very helpfull. Staff very pleasant could not fault our stay at all

Visited hotel in October 2010. We enjoyed probably one of the biggest apartments (8th floor) the hotel has to offer, with 4 large bedrooms, large living room and good sized kitchen. The roof terrace/veranda spanned the entire perimiter of the apartment, providing excellend views of the sea and surrounding area. Rooms were clean and tidy with maid service every day. It is a good 15 minute walk (with kids longer) to the beach one way, and a good 10 minute walk the other way to the local shops (Lidl is excellent for basics and tasty rolls) with the continental supermarket providing the usual shopping you would expect to see in Morrisons/Sainsburys. The only negative with the hotel were the lifts which were frequently out of order and one day we (2 adults 4 children) were unfortunately trapped in the lift for 15 minutes which given one side of the lift is a full length window proved to be very hot and sticky. Once rescued there was no apology from the management nor even the offer of a soft drink for the children who by now were somewhat hot and bothered. Even when pressed the hotel manager could only say 'these things happen - it is not our fault it is the maintenance companies responsibility. I think there is a customer relationship opportunity here! Overall a good hotel providing a sound base from which to explore the resort.

This was a last minute holiday and having stayed in the nearby area on a few occasions decided this would be an ideal base for Ten days in the sun The description was spot on even down to the distance from beach which seemed a lot longer on the way back The entertainment at the hotel was not my cup of tea though may be enjoyed by others The prices at the bar were a little on the high side Ten euros for a beer and G and T though most of the area has higher prices for most things than you would expect to pay in the UK.Overall a most enjoyable break in the sun in a very modern well presented hotel

ACABAMOS DE LLEGAR DE NUESTRAS VACACIONES EN PORTIMAO Y MUY BIEN , EL HOTEL MUY BIEN, UNICO QUE QUEDA A UNOS 800 M DE LA PLAYA PERO BIEN PQ EN LA ZONA DE PLAYA A LA NOCHE HAY BASTANTE RUIDO.

O Hotel é excelente!!! O que se torna dificil é o acesso na primeira abordagem pois não há indicações e sendo de noite mais dificil se torna chegar lá!!!!!

Bra läge. välutrustade lägenheter. Fruktansvärda sängar, valde att sova i bäddsoffan ist för att kunna sova. Receptionen inte speciellt duktiga på engelska eller att hjälpa en med information.

Todos gostámos do hotel e da estadia. Boas instalações e simpatia. Certamente recomendável. No entanto, quem espera poder usufruir da piscina pode ter dificuldades pq é muito pequena e os jogos das crianças e dos adolescentes enchem por completo a piscina e impedem qq actividade para além de um banho rápido. Alguma má educação por parte dos hóspedes tb não é evitável.

Hotel muito simples, mas com tuado aquilo que necessitamos para umas férias. Quarto com boas dimensões, tudo limpo, piscina agradável e muito calmo. Recomendo
