If you value sleep, don't stay here. In short, they do their "house laundry" from 9 PM until 6 AM, and in my case at least, the dryer (which knocks and is extremely loud) was 6 inches from my headboard all night. When I asked if they would be doing laundry all night, the answer was "Yes". When I asked if I could change rooms, I was told no. In short, I plan on disputing my credit card charges because what I got what was not what is implied, a room to sleep in. Who does their laundry when 99% of the people in the hotel are asleep? Also, the giant blood or whatever stain on my carpet floor looks like someone killed a canine in my room. In short, stay away.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel

Overall stay was very pleasant. Location was what we enjoyed the most. Close to great restaurants and access to freeway and airport. I made the mistake of booking a "smoking" room. The smoke smell was overpowering. Kept window open during our stay.. I will be more careful in the future. We would stay at this hotel again when visiting Salt lake, Utah.

The room smelled like pizza...the lobby and hallways were not vaccumed...the room had no hair dryer...not necessarily their problem, but most hotels now have them....my smoke alarm went off at midnight, then turned off.

The hotel bed in the Salt Lake-West Valley City Utah was not very comfortable. For the price I paid the bed should have been a little softer. Over all the room was comfortable. There was no continental breakfast. I would have liked it if there was.

and the desk clerk couldn't give us directions! "One mile" was really closer to 5!! He told us to turn the wrong way off the main road. We were so tired when we finally checked in only to find our reservation was incorrect. A very frustrating experience.

I had a pretty good experience. The hotel room actually exceeded my expectations for the price I paid.

The hotel was clean, affordable, and in a good location. We only stayed 2 nights but would stay there again!

Just stayed for a night and got back on the road early in the morning. The front desk closes at 11pm so you can't check in after that (somewhat strange) but check in was very polite and cheerful. Room came with cookware and some dishware along with stove, microwave, fridge etc. Room was clean and bed was comfy enough. For the price it was a great choice

The handicapped room fit our needs and the location was close to the Maverick Center, where we were attending an event. No extra charge for grandson in the room to help with his grandfather. He brought his sleeping bag. We have stayed in one other Extended Stay in Las Vegas, and would look for this motel again for reservations.

We stayed at this hotel because it was convenient and fairly new. The room was filthy with a huge section of animal hair on the bedspread which easily could have been vacuumed and should have been cleaned. The lounge chair had crusted dirt in the head position and arms position. We ended up buying a blanket to cover the chair because we didn't want to get head lice or something from the filth. Aside from the filth, the staff were rather dull and rude. No matter where you stay I believe staff should be friendly and helpful.

It was a ok stay

The rooms are in good condition for the price. The kitchen is convenient and it is fairly easy to walk to shopping, there is a cool entertainment building and movie theater a block away. Indoor mini golf, 80s style roller skating, rides for kids. The strange thing is that the front desk is not open 24 hours, so make sure you get there in time to check in.
