The Four Seasons in Firenze is the most incredible of all the Four Seasons Hotels ! The hotel is GORGEOUS ! The service is superb ! The waiters in the lobby lounge bar/restaurant are super attentive and professional ! Unbelievably clean gym and spa ! My husband and I are very "picky" New Yorkers, but we could not find one fault with the hotel. The general manager Mr. Cippollini runs a terrific place. My husband and I can't wait to return !!

"The Four Seasons in Florence is a small paradise"

The beauty of the decor, the gardens, the perfectly decorated rooms... and the charming and efficient concierge services. Our stay was perfect... even though is not in the heart of Florence, we used taxis or walked to our destinations. The hotel recommended a restaurant called "Cantina de la Giostra" the food was delicious and the attention from Cathy was fun and professional. They also recommnended a bauty salon where I had a hair cut by Nikos (... Wish he would be in our home town! ) Florence... hope we will be back!

Fantastic again this year. Superb service. Cannot find enough words to describe the absolute excellence in all areas. For the second year in a row we spent Christmas through the New Year there. When you stay two weeks or longer you really test everything a hotel has to offer. The Four Seasons Florence was perfection.

I have stayed in many great hotels around the world, including other Four Seasons, Ritz Carltons , Taj, ... This Hotel is right at the top in beauty, quality, food, level of service and everything else you would expect from a leading world hotel.
Ranking them all, i would rank this the best. Absolutely spectacular in every way! We definitely will be back.

ホテル全体に気品があり、フレンドリーな対応に満足して過ごすことができました。観光地からは離れていますがシャトルバスで観光地まで運んでもらえる為、問題ありませんでした。

客室のテーブルには、ウェルカムプレートとしてドライフルーツの盛り合わせと、日本人用に緑茶のセットが用意されていて感動した。ホテルの周りには何も無く閑散としている。中心地まで徒歩１５分、一通が多いためタクシーでも１０分近くかかる。ホテルから中心地までの送迎バス有り。全て清潔で快適だが、一つだけ排水の悪い洗面台があった。朝食がとても良かった。

Le centre historique de la ville -15 minutes à pied. L'hôtel est situé dans un magnifique parc. Les chambres standard sont petites mais agréable atmosphère. Parking 50 EURO /jour. Hôtel répond aux cinq étoiles déclaré. Je le recommande.
