Very reasonable, and very nice. Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Friendly. And - we left something in our room and were contacted right away. They handled it with care and respect and got it back to us quickly. Honest is always a big plus, and we appreciate that! We would absolutely refer to friends, family and stay there again. Thank you, Microtel for saving the day!

I was able to hear everything in the room next door, and unfortunately the person staying in the room next to mine left the television on all night at a very high volume setting it seemed. If you don't mind noise when you are trying to sleep the hotel is ok..

We had a nice stay until our last night. The noise from another room kept us up from 1-3am. It sounded like a party going on and the walls are very thin. Other than that, the hotel was clean.

Friedly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Have stayed there many times and will stay again.

The hotel was up to standards of convenience and cleanliness, but the room next door to me turned out to be very noisy, partying into the wee hours and woke me up repeatedly. I called the front desk but, it ruined my stay - I travel frequently on business and need my sleep. Also, there was a lack of electrical outlets. In order to have light at the desk, the TV had to be unplugged and visa versa! PS The free breakfast was excellent with real NY bagels!

The florescent lights were bright and made the room feel cold. Need to add frig to evey room like Comfort Inn. Lot of people stayed at this place due to hurricane Irene.

We were made to feel right at home here and the staff was very friendly and attentive to all needs and questions presented to them. One in particular, I think her name is Erin, was exceptional. A very personable young lady. Always working on the breakfast buffet and was always there when you needed her. Even saw her in the elevator scrubbing the wall. I would definately stay there in the future.

Clean but very noisy. heard all conversations in the wee hours from our neighbors

The hotel was nearly perfect...two things stop me from saying it was...one was that when I turned down the bedding, I found three hairs that were not mine. I trust that they came from the laundry, or the maid. Otherwise, the room was spotless, the whole place nearly new, very clean. They could use one more waffle maker in the breakfast area, as the one they had was in constant use on this Sunday morning. Breakfast choices were standard for the continental breakfast, and all fresh. It was easy to find, and I was happy to have such a nice hotel choice for the price and location.

This is a nice hotel for a great price. My room had a beautiful flat screen television and a refrigerator. This was my second stay, and I was very satisfied.

Everything was great.. I asked for a favor from the person who cleaned our room and she more than helped me. The staff was very friendly and accomaditing. The room was spotless. We will be visiting there again.

Clean, new, friendly and fairly comfortable--what more would you want for the price? It is on a main road with many restaurants.

The only negative comment I have is when I was checking out, a employee was a little loud in the back room complaining. The individual at the front desk did go back and asked if they could keep it down. Felt bad for the desk clerk.

- Microtel Inn is not providing microroom - The hotel is probably not very old. - Room was very comfortable and clean - Pleasant staff available for any advise (restaurant)

This is a relatively new hotel and was above par in every aspect. The staff was outstanding as well. There is not a thing to complain about here!!!

very clean & orderly even though the hotel seemed to be full.everyone was very professional.we will be going back.

The hotel was ok. When we asked if we could check out 15 minutes later, the woman at the front desk explained that although she had let 5 other guests do this, she would not allow us to because she was at her limit. Also, our room smelled like mold.

Three day stay at this hotel was perfect. I was in town for HOF weekend and others in my party paid five times as much as i for less comfort and paid wi-fi. This hotel had free WI-FI, and breakfast. We were greeted with fresh baked cookies at check in (no Lie). The bathroom was so clean I didn't even have to use my flip flops to take a shower. The room comes with a 26" flat screen also. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is one hour from HOF but worth the drive. NO complaints. Save money and stay here.
