The front desk staff were not as pleasant as I expected. However hotel was good for the OTC convention I attended

We walked in to check in, the young lady behind the counter was on the phone and waved us toward the counter while on the phone. She was clearly on a personal call with a boyfriend/husband and maybe said 3 sentences to us in the 10 minutes it took her to check us in. We had a similar experience while trying to check out. Not something I would like to experience again, horrible service.

Rooms need up dating! Halls smell like smoke! People very nice all very helpful

the front desk service at this hotel are TOPS!! the lady that checked me in was super-nice and friendly, she even remembered me the next day and asked how my concert was! the guy that was working that night was very friendly as well. rooms were huge, clean and comfortable!

People at front desk freindly. You can walk across the street to a grocery store, Office Depot and a great Mexican restaurant. Friendly staff, the hotel is in the middle of everything - minutes from the Reliant Center and only 15 minutes from the Galleria area...5 minutes away from a Pappadeux restaurant. We'll choose this hotel again next year

Carpet needs to be replaced. Besides that, extremely nice!

Always nice, usually. This time there was a smoker in a nonsmoking room. Someone explain this to me when they have both? Thank goodness for Febreeze. Oh yea, I've been a season tickets holder to the Houston Texans for 10 years, since the beginning, I travel over 200 miles to come to the game and stay here when I can make it because of shift work, but for the last 2 years the newly appointed parking lot Czar charges me to park. That, not right.

it was great...except the tiny worthless pillows,,,but other than that,,no complaints whatsoever!! will deffo stay there again!!

Our hotel room was terrible. We booked a double bedroom for the four of us and received and one bedroom. We asked for our correct room and they were not able to give it to us. Since there were four of us, we asked for a rollaway bed and extra pillows, which they did not have. Would not suggest using hotels.com to book a room. Only good thing about the room was that it was walking distance from Reliant Stadium.

Can't beat the hotel for convenience - walking distance to events at Reliant Stadium! Didn't have to mess with parking or traffic! There was a Fiesta Market across the street so we appreciated the little kitchen. It's a little older hotel, but it was clean and fairly comfortable. There's a Subway and other restaurants within walking distance also. Strange noise at night - water pipes or something, so we turned up the A/C and put in earplugs! VERY reasonable rates too.

The stay was great and the hotel I will stay at again next year. The only thing that concern me was that my personal stuff in the closet was moved around and didn't need to be??? Not sure why?

Regret that we somehow signed for this hotel. Pretty dirty rooms, not cleaning service throughout the stay, carpets are really old.

Fairly easy to get to from the highway. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room were very clean and maintained. I chose this one because of its close proximity to the Reliant Stadium where the Houston Texans play. It was so close, I didn't even need to consider driving to the stadium or get a taxi. Only wish there were more food places around. I give this place a 4.5 out of 5. If I go back to see a game in Houston, no problem staying here again.

I had an early Christmas gift to watch my favorite NFL team play in Houston, Tx. This hotel is located in a great place,my stay was pleasant and comfortable. However the next day before the game,my wife and I were treated by parking lot employees. As though we con artist looking to get over. Before I could ask question of parking fees if I planned to book another night. I was interupted by as titled "employee" about having to give him $20. Then upon going out for breakfast with my wife and returning. I watched other people park on the side of the hotel and simply walk off. Yet my wife and I watched as that same "employee". Constantly watched us, as we walked from across the street. Come back on to the parking lot and return into the building. Then in what was going to be our extending our stay. We decided other wise when being watched from outside. Therefore in essence feeling bullied into paying for a parking spot we were already parked in. Again the location and enviornment was perfect,yet employees ruined the experience. Even the most beautiful person can become the most ugly because of their attitude. I won't return

We didn't really know what to expect when we got there but the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and comfortable. This was our first visit of many to the Medical Center area and we will be staying at this hotel everytime that they have rooms open.

I stayed at the Extended Stay Deluxe for four days and enjoyed it. The room was clean and spacious with a separate kitchen and sitting area. The bed was fine. Cable TV. No room service, but you get extra towels and lines at the concierge. There are laundry facilities in the building. I came here for a Texans game and Reliant stadium is only a short walk, maybe 1/4 mile, very convenient. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I will stay here again.

Overall I was pleased with our brief visit. We just needed a room for the night andI was not expecting much. But I will definitely have to put this place on my list of preferred places to stay when I come to Houston. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but not so bad i couldn't sleep.

Excellent location, Friendly staff, clean room, Just one thing and it was with each person in my group (16 people). The mattress in each room was very unconfortable, did not sleep well at all.

We checked in around 6p on a Saturday and checked out for the football game sunday at 11a and walked to Reliant Stadium. It was a spacious room, very comfortable. Would stay there again.

The hotel was a little older than i expected and had some stains on carpets and such but the room was very spacious and fit 5 of us easily without feeling like we were on top of each other. The air was a little contrary and it took a long time to get the room to cool down. the kitchen area was nice with a full refrigerator. Evidently someone complained we were making too much noise and the front desk called our room. which i didn't appreciate since we were all exhausted from the zoo and in bed so it couldn't have been us. Then a woman came knocking on our door to see if we were making noise and she was like oh it isn't y'all and then asked if we knew who it was? Crazy! It was not the worst or the best stay for me. I will probably not stay here again.

Very convenient location for the MD Anderson Medical Center and Reliant Center. They (like most other hotels in the area) run a shuttle on the hour from 6 am to 6 pm during the week over to the hospitals. Great location. Also checked out an Astros game while we were in town and that was only a 10-12 minute drive north. I was very pleased.

The room was fine, the area was very convenient, and the employees were great!

Normally when I travel for business I stay with the Westin or the Marriott so I likely have an unreasonable expectation set when traveling. This place isn't bad if you are comfortable with the Holiday Inn and don't expect the comforts of a Westin, like having a nice breakfast or your laundry done for you.

Clean, quiet,spacious for the price

Everything was good. The bed was comfortable; the room was clean. Very easy drive to the Medical Center.

The bed was hard as a rock. The refrigerator made knocking noises all night. I would never stay here again.

HOTEL SHOULD CHANGE CARPET IN ALL ROOMS THEN IT WOULD BE A GREAT HOTEL

I found our stay to be very satisfying. Enjoyed it very much.

Had a big crack on side of the door. People could see in and we could see out. That was the only room like that. 2 drawers in the kitchen was missing. Room not as big as it appears on internet. Besides those few things everything else was nice.

While the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room and elevator were in dire need of updates. The carpet was awful and pulling away from the tile floors and the room smelled like airfreshener. It was fine for a cheap one night stay, but I would not recommend this if you can stay somewhere else.

Perfect for fixing meals and easy laundry. Quiet and clean. Nice staff. Convenient to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants etc. Close to Medical Center.
