Una Hotel Venezia - البندقية

Excellent hotel - a little out of the centre but in easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Very comfy, clean and spacious room with a modern bathroom. The breakfasts were particularly good.

booked this hotel going on other reviews and was not disappointed,wonderful hotel in a wonderfull ciyt just off the Strada Nova lovely and quiet but only 20 minutes from ST Marks Square and 10 minutes from Rialto bridge, staff went out of their way to make our stay fantastic, breakfast was great as was the complimentary afternoon tea and the rooms are spotless ,when we go back to venice we'll definitely be staying at Uua Hotel

Once I had got my bearings I found the hotel easily and it was close to a bus stop, shops and restaurants and also for the airport busStaff were very helpful and pleasant. Comfortable room and nice breakfast

The breakfast and afternoon snack services were superb. Good enough to forgive any other weaknesses in the hotel. The location of this hotel takes you away from the ultra-touristy district around St. Marks to the merely touristy district closer to the Rialto Bridge. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and a one block walk to a shopping area. The relative seclusion of this location was a welcome relief after the crowds at the major sights. Rooms were small even by European standards, but well maintained and well appointed. The internet service is pricey.

It was very spacious. It was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. It was in a nice quiet location.The staff was very nice and helpful.

Great hotel - new, clean, staff are super, breakfast is amazing, 5-10min walk to the rialto bridge and shops and 5min walk from Ca D'oro water bus stop. Only downside its hidden down a side street so hard to find the first time but no complaints!

If you wish to stay off the beaten track and enjoy a very quiet break with great access to all places then this is for you. Rooms big and clean. Very quiet and a breakfast feast of both hot and cold food to die for. Very good indeed - nearly the best meal of the day on some instances. Hotel staff helpful and warm. Would stay again esp as we like walking 15mins to St Marks Square. Bathrooms were good but not very modern. Showers in the bath but really only a small point. No hidden charges althought 3€ use of internet alwasy frustrating in this day and age... Plau there is a toursit tax of 2€ a day but again small beer.

Just back from a stay at the Una. Fabulous little hotel in quiet area but just steps from a busy shopping street. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, room was immaculate with 2 maid visits a day. Best of all was the breakfast - a wide variety including smoked salmon. You can walk to the Rialto bridge in 10 minutes - would definately stay again.

After a fun water taxi ride...we were shocked to finally arrive at this spot with only a paper sign to pinpoint the hotel. After arriving though, we were pleasantly surprised. The only problem with our room #502 was the positioning of the toilet! We had to squeeze between the heater on the wall and the bedet to get to the toilet which was in the corner with virtually no leg room whatsoever! Very difficult to manevuer around.

What a great little hotel off the beaten path, but that is true about many hotels in the area of Venice we traveled. When arriving by water taxi we saw a computer generated sign in the side window and wondered about that, but as we walked inside this wonderfully updated old building we were in for a great suprise. The lobby, eating area and rooms were so clean and tastefully done with an elegance that we didn't expect. The staff could all speak/understand English so we had no problems with language and they were very helpful in lining up our transportation to get to the airport on the morning we were to leave.

My husband and I spent a couple of days in Venice before we explore the rest of Italy. Its a beautiful city and can totally relax over there but a bit too many tourist. Nevertheless, UNA Venezia exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is the best among all the hotels I have stayed in Italy. Keep it up!

This is the third Una we have stayed at and again we are very satisfied. The location was good - in a quiet alley off the Strada. Very safe location. The room was fantastic. They upgraded us to a junior suite with two levels and two full bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was fantastic as per Una always has. Overall we were very satisfied. The room rate was a bit high but so are all the hotels in Venice so we couldn't really complain.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area close to many shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Rialto Bridge. The staff are friendly and the breakfast good. The only downside was the shower/tub in our room. It was quite small and uncomfortable. Overall the pros outweigh the cons.

I don´t undertand why anyone would stay in another hotel. This is the BEST hotel in Venice for a reasonable price. Trust me, I can compare. The hotel is very neat, clean, and very new. Also, the location is not bad at all. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going on a romantic getaway. This was our first time in this hotel and we were AMAZED. This is a sure bet.

We spent two wonderful nights at the Una Hotel Venezia. We really enjoyed our stay, and the front desk staff were fantastic, knowledgable, and helpful (spoke good english as well). Good location right in the middle of Venice.

We had a lovely time, staff were always very friendly, good location, large choice at breakfast.

What a wonderful hotel! Great location, exceptionally clean and amazing service. Will definitely stay at UNA Hotels in the future.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating! We had a train to catch at 6am (before breakfast) so the staff prepared two bags full of goodies for us to take with us. It was above and beyond! They were also very pleasant whenever we had questions (which was often). The rooms are small but comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be visiting UNA again!

Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel for its price and comfort.

The hotel was very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable. A couple of smal things could be improved. For example, here is our conversation on checking in at 11pm: - Can we order room service? (the menu in the room said it shut at 12midnight) - It is closed - Is there somewhere to buy food locally - No, everything closes at midnight. - But it's 11. - I am sorry. Also internet was extortionate - €25 per day for wireless!!!! Apart from that though it was thoroughly charming. Breakfast was very nice too.

This is a quaint hotel just off the beaten path of the street, Strada Nova. The staff speaks English well and is accomodating, offering help with baggage and city information. The rooms are larger than seen in the photos and they are clean and luxurious. The bathroom is of good size with tiled walls and floor. The hotel is within walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. Water taxis can pick up and drop off right outside the hotel enterance. The only drawback that we experienced was that the hotel room was uncomfortably warm. We turned down the heat and cracked a window open, but the room temperature made it difficult to sleep. If travelling to Italy again, I would feel comfortable and confident booking a stay at another UNA Hotel.

My wife and I were greeted very warmly and english was spoken quite easily. They offered help as required and supplied a map with some key points. The entire staff was cordial and friendly.

We had such a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and went out of heir way to make us feel welcome. It's in a great location, plus the room was very clean. I would definitely recommed it!

A little out of the way, northern part of Venice, which we actually liked. We stayed only one day after our cruise. Easy walk to the Rialto bridge. Nice room (we had the deluxe room) with small table and chair, adequate bathroom. Lots of food for breakfast available. Helpful front desk staff.

The UNA Hotel was very nice and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The hotel is located about 2 blocks off a main street , near a vaporetto stop but out of the tourist fray. Take the directions from the hotel website because it is secluded and could easily be missed. The only true drawback to the hotel was the size of the bathroom. It was tiny! Breakfast was good. For the price, we felt it was a really good value.

great experience! Upgraded to nicer room, great helpful staff terrific breakfast. Would recomend highly, the only issue rather hard to find and outside hotel markings are not prominant making finding the hotel a challenge but once there GREAT!

The hotel was in a very quiet location, but only a few minutes walk from a shopping and eating area. I was very happy with every aspect of this hotel and would definitely use it again.

Vert. Nice hotel, comfortable and well placed just outside the Major touristic center. Got an upgrade for free when we arrived. Bit noisy in the evening, but Ok.

I was extremely pleased with my stay at Una Hotel Venezia. The hotel was very easy to find - less than 5 minutes from the vaporetto stop at Ca d'Oro, near plenty of shops and restaurants. It's a quick 10-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. The hotel staff was extremely nice and very helpful; the room was on the small side but beautiful, comfortable, and full of amenities; and the breakfast was very good. Overall, a great place to stay on a trip to Venice - it feels historic/authentic but everything is up-to-date and sparkling clean, from the electronic housekeeping alert to the wireless internet access.

The hotel is located on a quiet street centrally located in Venice. It is tucked away so that you can escape the hordes from the cruise boats who are in only for the day. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The only complaint (it is a minor one)is that the breakfast room is a bit small for the number of guests (36 rooms).

We found the Una Venezia hotel to be exellent, it's located in the north of Venice on a beautiful quiet side road. The outside facade was rustic and in keeping with Venice but the inside was sleek and stylish. The room was clean, nicely decked out and welcoming. The staff couldn't do enough to help. About 15min walk to St Marco Piazza, but easy to get to from the Airport (MP) on the Water Bus (Fte Nouvo stop)

lovely hotel only 1 min from main throughfair. newly renovated and lovely and clean. very helpful staff and friendly. would def stay here again if i return. easy to access, ca d'oro stop on the water taxi and a 2 minute walk from there!

This hotel was just lovely. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. We got a free upgrade on our room when we arrived. The room was out of this world. We went on to stay at a Hilton in another part of Italy after Venice and it didn't even compare! The breakfast room was lovely and the staff there bent over backwards to get you what you wanted. Everybody was so nice and so helpful - from the staff on reception to the staff in the breakfast room. The room was cleaned and tidied every day with little sweets left on the pillows. And, as an extra bonus, it was a five minute walk away from all the main streets. You can't fault this hotel - what a lucky little find!

The hotel was located very conveniently located near the water taxi stop. We got an upgrade to an executive room when we arrived there. The room was exceptionally beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful.

In general I'm happy about this hotel. the location is gd , it's not far from the cloest vaperetto station. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and very safe. However, during my 5 nights' stay the housekeeping consistently forgot to replenish some of the items in my room, for example, there were only half a bottle of shower gel left and it was the only bottle left standing there with not further replensihment. Whenever I called the reception to make a request for replenishing the items they were always very very helpful and always gave more than i needed, which is good.

This was a charming hotel in a very quite area of Venice. It was clean, comfortable, and included a free breakfast. I would highly recomend this hotel.

Dette var et greit og lite hotell med en fin beliggenhet for oss på helgetur. Kort avstand til Rialto, ca 25 min spasertur til Markusplassen og samtidig nær fergeservice til flyplassen. Små men hyggelige og velholdte rom, hyggelig betjening, grei frokostservice og snack-buffet med Prosecco eller juice og gode oster, skinker etc på ettermiddagsbuffet hever inntrykket. Litt klønete og tregt wi-fi som ellers vanlig i Italia, men så vidt godt nok til å få gjort unna mail, osv.
