Great breakfast .... the hallways were not heated....clean room though a bit worn....

The stay was good but I had to leave early because of Hurricane Sandy. The room and rug was dusty, that's my only complaint.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Will stay here again. There were only three towels for four people to use, but when asked, they delivered another to our room promptly. Could use a little more water pressure in shower.

We were in hampton for a family event and spent the weekend and Springhill Suites.The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were all very nice and friendly. When I go back to Hampton Va. I will stay at this hotel again.

Other than the sofabed being somewhat uncomfortable, a very nice hotel

I have to say that the staff at this hotel were excellent. I was greated with friendliness and courteousy every time. My husband and I were in town on business and everyone went out of their way to make sure that our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. Another plus, breakfast was included in our price. That was the biggest reason why we choose to spend a little more on this hotel rather than go with a cheaper one in the area. Cannot wait to visit again.

I would seek this Marriott offering in any destination.Scott

The hotel was a little hard to find being not directly at the exit but behind a shopping center. The front counter staff were very friendly and even helped with finding a good restaurant in the area. The hotel I believe had very few guests with only a handful of cars present during anytime of the day or night that I came back and forth from my appointments. I would however step up the cleanliness in the rooms. Upon my arrival, the bathroom items were not stocked up and many of previous guest hairs were prevelant in the tub and on the countertops. Not too appealing. Overall a good experience.

This was a decent place to stay. The room was clean but did not like the layout of the room. Breakfast was good.

This is a nice hotel. Its what I expected. The hotel was very clean and comfy. The breakfast could have been better.. it was a continental breakfast with waffles.

Very courteous staff. This hotel is convenient to literally everything in the area from dining, shopping, entertainment, and travel. Will be the property I choose whenever I am in the area period.

The hotel was nice. Room was very nice. The only reason I marked 4 on room cleanliness was because toilet was not cleaned well. The sign was a bit hidden so I passed it & had to turn around. I was also a little disappointed that we couldn't get our three rooms closer although I had called a day before to check. But I understand. But Springhill Suites always has nice rooms. Overall: Very Satisfied.

My family and I just stayed here and had several issues....the keys for the room didn't work, we had to go to the desk from the 5th floor several times to get keys so we could get in. The lamp in the living room area didn't have a working light bulb. The TV remote didn't work, the batteries had to be changed. There were no linens for the sofa bed the night we arrived, and no one could help us in getting those linens until the following morning. You had to get to breakfast by 7:30, or you didn't have anywhere to sit. The breakfast was OK, not a lot of selection. Will not stay here again....

Employees were friendly and helpful. The sleeper sofa could use a new mattress but overall a nice and clean room. The breakfast surprised me because they had eggs, sausage and pancakes in addition to the waffle makers. I'd recommend. It's about 20 or so miles to VA Beach but not a bad drive. The rate was reasonable for the King Suite.

If you like contemporary decor this hotel is for you. The couch was a little uncomfortable and the hotel is a little hidden behind another hotel. All and all it was a nice, clean hotel. The swimming pool area was under repair while we were there so that was disappointing.

This hotel has modern styling (colors and decor). Our room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was awesome -- with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc.!! Front desk help was friendly and efficient. Located close to several major roads, the Hampton Coliseum, and minutes to many major restaurants, this hotel earns a solid "A" for value.

Great hotel for business or family. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Included breakfast is a huge step above the usual "continental" fare. This will be my choice whenever I have business in the Hampton Roads area!

It was a great stay I just wish housekeeping wouldn't knock on the door at 10 o clock when checkout isn't until 12. That's really annoying. And they should work on room service

The hotel was nice. I liked how spacious the room was. We had plenty of room to put up our pack n play and still move around. The breakfast was a little lacking. You had to stand in line for a while to make your own waffles, but they only had two waffle irons, and each waffle took 3 minutes. All in all, it was a nice experience.
