The hotel is great and the triple play complex attached to the property was a lot of fun for the kids.

Hotel very disappointing. Outdated decor, rec room vintage pillows, and old thin linens. Much like a budget motel at a higher price. Staff appeared disinterested and demoralized. Spend a little more a go elsewhere to be pampered.

This was our second stay at Holiday Inn Suites and it was just as comfortable as the first. The staff here are very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I was gifted a free upgrade to a Suite from a regular room after I offered to pay for it by the Day Manager. The only complaint is that the satalite was not adjusted properly making it impossible to watch TV during the day time only. I was there holed up for four days, so it became a little fustrating. Same experience the first stay as well. All else was surpurb.

well was some hair in the tub but rest of room was spotlesss. dont reccomend the corner jet tub rooms by bar.... music was a bit loud and got woke up by a fight. maybe just picked a bad night rest of the stay was great

I was very impressed with the quality of customer service, the excellent breakfast buffet and the fact that the staff accommodated my daughter's peanut allergy by having a binder available with the nutritional information and ingredients of each food item. She was able to chose which foods she could or could not eat. (there was only one item she wasn't able to have!) I loved the 3Play amusement park attached to the hotel. My only suggestion is that perhaps the rooms can be set up so that the beds are not against the wall of the next room where the TV's are situated. I was able to hear the tv in the next room one night until 1 am. However, the staff was able to provide me with ear plugs for my second night stay! We will come back next year!!

We were stuck in the basement. The rooms are very loud. You can hear everything that goes on above you. Someone got sick in our room previous to our staff. You could still smell it. They did not make the bed or change the sheets during the day. Cleanliness was subpar. Disappointment.

Comfortable bed. Great shower, but small tub. Great breakfast.

We came here for one night for a family trip to Raptor Reef and Silverwood. It was very convenient and worked out great in that aspect. The one HUGE drawback is because of the location and proximity to Raptor Reef/Triple play it was LOUD! the hotel was not even close to full and they put us in a room that was right next to the waterslides and park area and it was horrible until about 3am when the place closed for the night. We didn't realize this until about 10pm, or I would have asked to move rooms, but our 3 and 4 year old had fallen asleep already. If you stay at this hotel and they put you in room 200 - 230 on the even side of the hall ask for a different location or you won't get any sleep.

We stayed there on a recommendation from someone we knew. Beautiful hotel and great breakfast. Being close to Triple Play helped too.

This was a very fun family vacation.. Hotel was very conveniently located with triple play. Which made it very easy with three children and two adults. The only thing that upset me was the old man who works at triple play was VERY rude regarding a misunderstanding. Could of been handled with a little more respect.

This was our second stay at HIEX in Hayden. Our first was great. This stay, however, the room was clean but we noticed a moldy smell near the beds, and the wireless internet service didn't work on either my husband's laptop or mine. We called the front desk and someone answered, but accidentally hung up on us. We called again and left a message. No return call. The next morning we mentioned the wireless issue to the manager while checking out, and they offered that next time we could request an Ethernet cable.

I stay in Holiday Inn Express' quite regularly (2X per month) and this is the worst experience I've had so far. It started out well. After check in, I went to go open my room and the key didn't work. I went downstairs where the manager told me she had keyed the room wrong so she was upgrading me to a nicer room. While the room was very large it smelled like there had been a dog in the room previously. I could not get a wifi signal at all in my room and when I was trying to get help from the front desk it seemed like he was more interested in talking on the phone (Personal Call) than helping me with my issue. When I advised him I couldn't even plug in to the wall he simply said "I don't know what to tell you". I had to do the work that I had to get done in the hotel lobby. There were multiple people in the lobby that also couldn't get WiFi in their rooms. I will not stay at this location again.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are planning a vacation with children of all ages. We spend 3 nights there with our adult children and all 7 of our grandchildren. Each room was either a King or Queen Kids Suite, each came with a seperate sleeping area with bunkbeds for the kiddos! Super breakfast every morning too! The Triple Play resort connected to hotel is so much fun both inside & outside with everything from waterslides to a giant wave pool & bumper boats to race car track to Mini golf coarses, 1 inside & 1 outside. Place to eat & drink anything you'd like also a bowling alley, giant arcade & LAZER tag room! We are going to make it an annual destination! We were ages 4 to 66 and fun was had by all!!
