Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Springfield - سبرينجفيلد

Clean, spacious room. Great customer service. Stocked with most things you might forget at home. Not the cheapest room around, but overall pretty good. My only complaint is the milk they served with the free breakfast was four day past expiration and quite spoiled.

What a fun night, this hotel was close to Downtown Springfield, I didn;t need to take a cab.. walked back to the room it was a beautiful Saturday Night. Had a few issue checking in, but overall the service was great.. A new hotel, so everything was nice and clean.. Will stay here again.

Motel was great in many ways, but we could hear walking constantly from the floor above and it woke us up several times. Couldn't figure out if it was from the hallway or just the room above, but it was a structural problem and not just someone running or making unreasonable noises. Bottom line, walls being so thin pretty much ruined our stay.

There was Feces in the toilet. No one had flushed the toilet, so we assumed the room had not been cleaned. We addressed it with the front desk, who stated they were full & had no other rooms. They did offer to clean the room, which we observed. Cleaning the room consisted of flushing & cleaning the toilet. We asked for clean linens, & clean sheets were tossed on the coffee table. We use hotels.com frequently & were very satisfied in how they attempted and were able to resolve the matter. This is my first negative review, and I cannot say often and emphatically enough that I would NEVER stay in this place again!!!!!!!

My family travels quite a bit and we have been loyal patrons of Holiday Inn Express for some time. We have always been impressed by the quality of service and cleanliness of the rooms but we were extremely disappointed in our stay in Springfield. Upon entering our room very late at night, we found nothing but one complementary bottle of conditioner and bar soap in the bathroom (it was obvious that the cleaning personnel had neglected to replenish the supply after the previous customer had vacated the room). The tissue box was completely empty and there were pools of rust water around the base of the toilet. It was also obvious that the shower had not been cleaned properly. There were yellow streaks down the sides of the tub that looked at first to be permanent stains but rinsed off as soon as the shower was turned on. Maybe it was a one time fluke or the cleaning person had simply had a rotten day. Either way, we were very disappointed, especially since we had just stayed at a different Holiday Inn Express location at a much lower rate and had been completely satisfied with our stay. I'm sure we will use the hotel chain again, but certainly not the one in Springfield!

Very nice hotel, close to everything. We only stayed one night but it was a very pleasant experience.

This wasn't a pleasure (leisure) stop. It was within walking distance from a truck repair shop and was all about location of a needed lodging. Not many restaurants within walking distance. Very nice clean, comfortable, quality hotel. As for Amenties Room was nice and bed had lots of pillows nicely arranged. It would have been nice to have a Fridge and Micro in room. Stayed overnight, and had their Breakfast Buffet. They have a pancake machine which was a nice addition, but really could of used directions near so a customer would know how to work it. They didn't have sugar-free syrup available. The syrup was in individual prepackaged tubs, like you get at McDonalds. The eating area was nice and well maintained. The rolls were yummy. Bacon and Sausage was good. Eggs were not fluffy, they were a little rubbery. They offered cartons of milk which was nice if you wanted to take it back to your room with a sweet roll. They also had cold cereal. Could see statue, and or field off in the distance, but really can't tell you how close this tourist area is. Check in and Check out was a breeze.

Was a beautiful hotel. The only thing wrong was that it was so far away from the Interstate and we were just stopping through on our way back home. I would recommend it 100%.

The hotel looks very new and modern. Room was a good size and clean (the shampoo and soap in the shower had not been removed from the previous guest, but that was a very minor concern). Lack of any breakfast was a little disappointing but I guess they're called Holiday Inn Express for a reason. If you're looking to stay right off Interstate 44 this probably isn't the place for you, as it's about ten minutes away from any exit, but the area was quiet when we were there and in the middle of a two-day drive we needed the rest! Overall I would definitely recommend it for anyone passing through Springfield.

Everything about our stay was terrific. the room was clean and tidy, the staff good. the breakfast was hot and fresh. We were surprised that there was no fridge in the room though. Over all I reccomend this hotel for people staying downtown, either for games at hammonds field, or downtown restaurants and clubs

I have stayed here several times with my kids on road trips. Although it is not particularly convenient to 44, I always choose to stay here. The rooms are clean, beds very comfy, staff very pleasant and accomodating. It is right next to the ballpark, but not close enough to disturb you during a game. Free breakfast was nice with a pancake machine, eggs, bacon, muffins, cold cereal, a choice of yogurts and more. Kids love it. Pool is very nice when it's open. You may want to call ahead if that is important to you. It was closed for cleaning when we stayed and the kids were disappointed because it was 80+ outside.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The gym and pool are less than exciting however it was extremely comfortable and well located.

We enjoyed our stay and found the accommodations very clean and pleasant.

Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was good and fresh. Plenty of choices. Only downfall is that is away from the mall and eating places.

Great hotel close baseball stadium and university.

We were only in town overnight during the summer. The first room had a very loud air unit, asked to be moved and were promptly accomedated. Very friendly staff. The second room had a few areas of mold in the bathroom and soem grout that was badly damaged, but the room was quite and dark. The sourounding areas don't have much to offer, but there are some great restaurants and bars within a few miles.

Our stay was terrific, not only because the staff was most gracious, but also because the facility is beautiful. Clearly, it was most lovingly designed and all aspects are so carefully coordinated.

We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express in Springfield April 8th-10th. Being a former resident of Springfield, I am quite familiar with the lay of the land, so I did not have any problems finding the hotel. It sits close to downtown and is right across the street from the new baseball stadium. The interior of the hotel is very relaxing, cozy and comfortable. The people at the front desk were very polite and curteous and very easy to associate with. The check in process was a breeze, and it only took about 3 minutes to get our keys. We had booked a room with 2 double beds, and the room was much bigger than we anticipted, which was a nice suprise. We were delighted to see that everything in the room was in top shape and clean (you never know with some hotels...) The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very sound proof. We didn't hear anyone else the whole time were there. There is a small fridge in the room, which was nice for holding water and other little snacks. The bathroom was large and spacious and came with plenty of towels and extra little soaps, shampoo's and conditioners. We did utilize the fitness room while we were there, and there was only ever one other person that used it. The machines were in nice shape and there is a separate air conditioner as to cool the room down if you get too hot. The hot tub was a nice way to end the day! We also took advantage of the continental breakfast and was very pleasantly suprised. The food was delicous! We will most likely stay at this hotel when traveling back to Springfield. It's a very nice way to relax for a weekend withought breaking the bank.

Spent one night at the hotel on business. The room was huge and very luxurious compared to similarly priced hotels I have stayed at in the past.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly from check-in to check-out. The facilities were well maintained and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of selection. Just wish I packed a bathing suit if I had known there was a pool and hot tub ahead of time! Would definitely recommend this hotel. I stayed for one night on business and really appreciated the free wifi.
