Very good location close to very must see-sighys

Great service and location for a very acceptable price.

Close to public multiple transportation options (less than 5 minute walk). Room was clean. The TV set is somewhat old (i.e. not flat screen) and program choices are limited. Hotel staff excellent and friendly service.

This hotel is almost on the Berlin Wall or past wall. Situated in West Berlin, but across the street is East Berlin. Easy walk to Brandenburg Gate, then CheckPoint Charlie and views and pieces of the wall and historic points of interest. Also Holocaust Memorial within this area. Easy access to trains or metros from Hotel.

While I ordered a non smoking by not ticking the smoking option, I got a stinky smoking room. The receptionist claimed that no preference was specified.

We had a great time in Berlin and the fact that this Holiday Inn offered a good comfort, the staff was very nice and helpful and it is very well located, made it even more worthwhile. It was also very reasonably priced! Stay at this hotel and you are guaranteed a great stay.

Good value for money, close to Potzdamer Platz about 1 kilometer. Grocery and good Italian Restaurant across from hotel. Parking a little high at 17 euro per day but inline with other big cities. Would be nice to have in room safe, if you use there safe deposit box at front desk they have a 500 euro lost key charge. Breakfast included a plus.

Hotel was very clean and comfy. The hotel may list A/C in the rooms, but it's not what an American would expect. I didn't have much control over temperature at all. Ended up just opening the window. Location is in Kreuzburg, so if you're looking for something near to the major historical sites in Berlin, it's a bit out of the way. It was near 2-3 different S & U bahn stations so that you could get to about any part of the city without too much difficulty.

This property was perfect for our self arranged visit to Berlin. It's nothing fancy but there was nothing left wanting. There are 3 close-by transit connections and it's only a mile from Berlin must-sees. Breakfast was good. Convenient restaurant and food store across the street. The computers in the lobby are badly in need of upgrade.. or was it the bandwidth that was so slow. No reason not to stay here. Good value!

It is about 15 to 45 minutes walk to most of East Berlin attractions. Or, the hotel is located about 2 blocks from the train station. The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff was very helpful. The rooms are a bit smaller than most Holiday Inns, but was adequate size and comparable to many european hotels. The breakfast buffet was good.

Very nice modern hotel. I would have given five stars but there are no free internet in the rooms, Wifi connection is expensive. The staff were helpful !

Good, comfortable hotel, a good member of the Holiday Inn chain throughout Europe. Obviously popular with families. Good breakfast arrangements.

While most people don't travel to Berlin for their hospitality...this hotel is no exception. Some of the staff we friendly enough, others were rather rude. For example, they ordered the guests around and trying to charge extra for things like non-ordered drinks and too much time in parking garage since paying (we parked over night and stayed less than 15 hours but after paying the 16 euros we didn't check out for half an hour and then had to pay for an additional hour). Best part of hotel was the price and inclusion of breakfast.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel. I like it because it offers inclusive breakfast in the price which is useful when with children especially. The room is always clean, the staff are polite and friendly, and the bed is comfortable. This time the room could do with a new coat of paint in places but it wasn't bad. The hotel is close to the centre and only a few minutes walk from Anhalter Bahnhof. It is on the route of the M41 bus which goes to the Hauptbahnhof.There is a Netto opposite which is very useful for stocking up with toiletries when travelling only with hand luggage. There is a good range of breakfast choices and it is all very relaxed. For me this is a comfortable base when iIm visiting family in Berlin. It is a 3 * so doesn't have lots of extras, but it does have tea/coffee making facilities which isn't always the norm on the continent.

NICE CLEAN HOTEL. CLOSE TO POTSDAMMER PLATZ. CLEAN ROOMS.CLEAN MODERN BATHROOM. ANY STAFF I DELT WITH WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.GOOD PRICE FOR THE TWO DAYS I STAYED.SECOND TIME TO STAY HERE.SO A GOOD EXPERIENCE BOYH TIMES.

This hotel was a good location just about a 10 min walk is the heart of the city. Trainstation and all. Local buses are about a 5 mins walk. Lots of places to eat. Even two markets across the street from the hotel. City tour bus is a great way to see all the sights and you can get that bus by the trainstation which is a direct walk from the hotel. The parking for the hotel could be a little lower 16 euro a day and a little high you could find parking on the street for less. The rooms were nice however no place to keep anything cold or to warm anything up too bad. That would be a big selling tool since they have so many stores near by. Easy to find, and alot of walking traffic which was good. We would stay there again.

Hotel was great, close to transport, walking distance to lots of the attractions, restaurants nearby, staff very helpfull but we weren't allowed extra pillows!! Plenty of food for breakfast (included)Would recommend and stay again on return visit.

The room was fine, good shower, quiet air conditioning and comfy beds. My daughter of 10 had sofa bed which was queen size-the room was large enough that we could leave the sofa bed made up for a few days and still have space to move around. Breakfast was ample and staff were very pleasant-they explained how to get back to airport, etc when asked. |The nearest u rail is Anhalter Bahnhof-about 300m and Potsdamer Platz is a very pleasant 15 minute walk. There is a good supermarket directly opposite the hotel but not much choice of restaurants in the vicinity. Its a15 minute walk to the Techno-museum, a great place to bring children for the day. We even found a great children's playground down the street from the hotel- would be a bit wary at night time though, of streets parallel to this. No tv movies were available on the night we asked and no real explanation but that was only minus.

Hotel was okay typical Holiday Inn Express. Close to Potsdamer Platz and Brandenburg gate area. Great restaurant opposite good food at a good price. Just watch when you leave I ended up being charged for stay despite having paid Hotels.com in advance. I thought my credit card swipe was only in case I ran up charges. Hotels.com did sort it out for me very quickly.

Everything was clean, neat and tidy with a great breakfast. Front counter were helpful. Located reasonably close to the berlin train system (200m) and walking distance of Potsdamer Platz and Brandenberg Gate.

The room wasn't as expected, we had to purchase an additional one for our other travelers. Also, the room lock didn't work and the staff repeatedly assured me that it would. Staff was very unfriendly. Also the handle to the door in the bathroom was broken.

The location isn't very good, relative to being in the main areas however, the fee structure for the hotel is great and worth it. The neighboring restaurants and the buffet at the hotel are not very good - I would recommend finding elsewhere for meals. Rooms are small, compact but to the point. I travelled alone so I thought it was perfect for one person. Hotel was new and in good shape. Internet fees in the room are the best I have seen at any hotel anywhere yet. IT help not helpful because of language barriers and only know PC not MAC. I would highly recommend hotel, but keep in mind distance to main attractions. If you are okay with walking and subways or paying for expensive taxis this place is awesome value. Hotel says 8 km to Tegel, but it is atleast 40 minutes in traffic and 20 early morning. Expect to pay 20-45 euros oneway.

Hotel was excellent. Good location right by the subway and only a few minutes from check point charlie and many other attractions. Would definately recommend and stay here again!

We stayed in the in this hotel for 6 nights Sept. 16-21. The rooms are not big but are very clean and modern as is the whole hotel. It is in agreat location within walking distance of all the major tourist atractions. the breakfast is excellent. Over all a good quality, good value hotel.

No WiFi in the room and the cable internet didn't work but the room was comfy and the breakfast descent. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant

This hotel was better than we expected for the price. It was very convenient to bus and metro. Hotel staff was very helpful with transportation, restaurant and activity info. The free computer in the lobby was very helpful since we did not carry our own laptop with us. The included breakfast was better than most we had on the trip. Only things I could ask would be for a cleaner carpet in the room and a place to put luggage other than open it up on the floor.

Hotellet er pænt og nyt. Morgenmad kan være et kaos, for den er jo inklusiv så alle skal der ned. Der kan være lidt støj fra elevator hvis man bor i de nærmeste værelser og fra udluftning men det forsvinder ved 22 tiden. alt i alt et dejlig sted med ok forbindelser til U & S bahn og kun ca 45 min rejse tid fra Berlin Brandenburg lufthavnen

Havde en enkelt overnatning på hotellet, hvilket desværre også var rigeligt. Hotellet er forholdsvis godt bedømt, men vi har intet læst om de meget dårlige senge. Senge en hård på den dårlige måde, så ens krop bærer præg af det hele dagen efter. Vi er friske unge mennesker, så der skal normalt meget til, at vi brokker os, men de senge her er MEGET dårlige. Morgenmaden, som er gratis, er udmærket.

En god seng og morgenmad placeret centralt i Berlin tæt på S bahn (300 m) og Potsdammer Platz. (800 m). Så hotellet var et godt udgangpunkt for vores weekend i Berlin. På minus siden virkede AC kun nogle få timer om aftenen og værelset blev meget varmt om natten.

Vi har været godt tilfredse med dette hotel, hvor der bliver serveret god enkel morgenmad. Det ligger tæt på centrum og seværdigheder, så man sagtens kan gå rundt.

Rauhallinen ja mutkaton hotelli. Hyvä palvelu ja erinomainen sijainti suhteessa nähtävyyksiin ja julkisen liikenteen asemiin. Aamupala oli riittävä. Hotellissa ei ollut ravintolapalveluita aamupalaa lukuun ottamatta, mutta lähistöllä (esim. Potsdamer Platzilla) on useita ravintoloita. Hyvä hinta-laatu -suhde.
