The staff here is very helpful. No restaurant but there is one next door you can walk to. Great bfast and nice ppl.

Hotel was clean, room, bed and sheets were clean and comfortable. Staff were also friendly and when one of the lamps did not light up, the bulb was replaced in under 5 mts. The complimentary breakfast was also pretty decent and enough seating to go around. I wish we could have gotten a non smoking room since the room did smell of stale tobacco, but the hotel was pretty full and hence staff can't really have done much about it. Would recommend and likely stay again. Ram

For the amount of money I paid, it's definately worth it. Clean, spacious rooms. Ventilation is good, making the air crisp and the atmosphere comfortable. Nothing fancy but everything is done in the right way. Staff are nice and friendly. Dinning area is big enough so you don't have to wait too long for the complimentary breakfast which makes it a real deal.

The room was great. The only concern is that heat cycled on and off all night and the air was really dry.

Nice hotel & staff. Arrived tired and sleepy on new years eve. Planned on bringing in the new year in the room and then heading to the casino. Funny, but we fell asleep at 10 pm & woke up at 11:59, watched the ball drop, and then went back to sleep. (rough workweek previously) I say all that to say we didn't hear a peep out of anyone! Quiet, cozy, and the continental breakfast (with pancakes) was amazing! Would definitely stay there again and tell my friends!

bad location, dirty and not fresh BF, unfriendly kitchen staff ....

Clean room, well maintained, comfortable bed and pillows. Everything laid out well. Only disappointment was that the treadmill was broken. Otherwise this is my favorite place to stay in the Lehigh Valley. Very quiet location too.

The staff was very courteous. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were very satisfied with our stay. The only complaint I have is having to walk past the smoking rooms to get to the non-smoking rooms. The hall in that area just reeked of cigarettes.

I booked the room for my mom as she needed to be in the area for the holiday. She does not drive and planned on a taxi to get her to the place she need to be from the hotel. The staff was able to help her with her transportation needs. She enjoyed the complimentary breakfasr as well.

I was very impressed by the friendly staff, new & clean rooms, epic (free) breakfast, and awesome accessibility to airport. 100% recommend to anyone.

The room we stayed in was spacious, hotel beds were very comfortable and the breakfast choices are good.

Very clean, with a very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good, more than we ever expected. Not far from town, very quiet at night so there was no disturbance, Best of all we got to see the Bethlehem Star from our window. What more can you ask for at this time of year. Will recommend and return.

We were highly satisfied with our brief stay. The rooms were immaculate and the beds very comfortable. I had also heard that the Express's showers were the best rated. That I'd have to disagree with- just the average hotel water pressure. After reading other reviews, I made it a point to request anything but the 3rd floor as we are all very sensitive to smoke even in the common areas. Unfortunately, you get a bad first impression when you come in the door because smoke is the first thing you smell. (I think folks tend to smoke inside the first set of doors.) Other than that, our quibbles are minimum: one of our 2 rooms had no soap or conditioner. The chocolate cookies at the front desk were a REALLY nice touch and the kids looked forward to sampling one when we checked out but they were not out at that time.Also, we wish the breakfast buffet had been open longer; we couldn't rouse our teenagers early enough to take advantage of it:)

We used a GPS to get us to the hotel. AS we neared the programmed location, we spotted a sign directing us to the facility, but not where we expected to find it. Turns out the address listed by Hotels.com is their mailing address, NOT their physical address. The room had a walk-in shower, a nice feature; unfortunately, the shower curtain stopped several inches above the edge of the stall, resulting in a bit of water collecting on the bathroom floor. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the room was very comfortable. We did not get to sample the breakfast because of a previous date for brunch, but what I saw of the buffet look appetizing.

Okay, somehow, i got allocated to a room that was already occupied, so it was awkward when I tried to enter the room that had some one else. What I like about this whole experience is how the staff responded, very appologetic and gracious. I felt it was a guinine mistake and did not take it badly, We enjoyed our stay and had the best time time. I would certainly go back again. The service was great.

Used the hotel for a single night, while house-hunting in the area. Had a great stay, room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water and the complimentary breakfast was more than adequate to "jump start" the morning. Location was convenient to resturants and main highways, but not at all noisey. I would stay here again (and plan to in our quest) in the future. Great value for the $$'s

The prices were highly inflated over other times (by as much as $50 a night) due to Musikfest, which was really aggravating since I wasn't in town for that. But I like this hotel, it's in a centrally located area and is safe and quiet. I did notice the carpet in the hallway on the third floor is dirty, and sometime the smell of cigarettes was permeating my area even though I was in a non-smoking section. A whiff is enough to be annoying when you don't smoke. I also wonder why every Holiday Inn Express I stay at has desk chairs that don't raise up. Very uncomfortable to work.

The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and acommodating. Hotel is well-maintained and very close to the airport and major thoroughfares. They even provide a shuttle to help people get around the immediate area. The manager was very helpful when we encountered an airline problem that messes up our timing and reservations. Highly recommended.

The room was small ,low water pressure.

Nice economy hotel. Just stayed 1 night but glad I did. Typical hotel room, nothing fancy, roomy enough, very clean and felt like a newer facility. Front desk was friendly. Liked the free wifi. The continental breakfast had plenty of choices and the details, like having drinkable coffee (and a couple of flavors to choose from), made the difference. The outdoor pool is basic, but fine for a dip. Would have liked a hot tub and multiple elevators, but other than that, no complaints.

MY ONLY COMPAINT IS THE ACCESS TO THE HOTEL. THE SIGNAGE IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE FROM ONE DIRECTION. YOU MUST MAKE A U-TURN AT THE FIRST LIGHT TO GET THERE FROM THAT DIRECTION.

This was one of the nicest hotels that I have booked on hotels.com. Very modern, clean, and accommodating.

great hotel. everything as expected, except there was not a fridge or micro and the tv was a tube tv. that was VERY disappointing. the hotel and room do not look very current if there is a tube tv in a hotel room.

the staff was pleasant and very accomodating. need LCD tv's though and small refridgerators in rooms.

Walked in at 12 am to check-in. No problem what so ever. Room was very clean and perfect for me. Only complaint was that non-smoking rooms were after 8 smoking rooms from the elevator. Breakfast was great both mornings. Will stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Great hotel. First night I got put on the third floor which has the smoking rooms after calling in and asking to be put on first or second floor specifically, but my room didn't smell at all, so not too big of a complaint there. Overall loved it and would definitely stay there again :)

Hotel was nice - staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was good, location convenient. We had a NON-SMOKING room on the 3rd floor (top).....there were SMOKING ROOMS right when you got off the elevator....and down the halls on both sides....you need to walk past the SMOKING ROOMS to get to the NON-SMOKING ROOMS. When I asked the manager about this - he was very nice and explained that due to the way the hotel was built, the smoking rooms are all on the third floor and they cannot move them to the ends of the hallway so non-smokers are not impacted by the smell/smoke. He suggested (again, very nice/pleasant about it) if we stay there again, we should request rooms on either the 1st or 2nd floors where smoking rooms do not exist. If you are a non-smoker - when reserving a room - request to be placed on the 1st or 2nd floors. Otherwise - nice place.

No frills room but very clean, quiet. Rural area but everything close by car (5-10'). Swimming pool and gym equipment. Better than staying at a motel unless doesn't feet your budget
