Holiday Inn Express Dubai, Internet City - دبي

كانت الغرف صغيرة نوعًا ما وكانت هناك أثار تدل على أن السجاد مستهلك وكذلك القراميد في الحمام. ومع هذا، فقد كان نظيفًا وفريق العمل مهذبًا (وبالنسبة للسعر، كانت صفقة جيدة). أنا أعيش في دبي، لذا فقد كان الموقع جيدًا بالنسبة لي، ولكن إذا كنت سائحًا، فلن تجد الموقع شديد الروعة. والشيء الذي أزعجني بشدة هو أنه لم تكن هناك أي طريقة للاتصال بالإنترنت في غرفتك - ولا حتى مقابل رسوم. وذلك على الرغم من إمكانية الاتصال في المناطق العامة، إلا أنني في كنت في حاجة للإنترنت في غرفتي.

أقيم في هذا الفندق خلال العامين الآخرين (كما أقيم في فنادق أخرى أيضًا). قاموا بتخفيض الأسعار من أسعار فندق 4 نجوم إلى أسعار فندق نجمتين بسبب الأزمنة الاقتصادية، ولكن لا يزال بإمكاني تصنيف الفندق كفندق 4 نجوم. بالنسبة لي فهو فندق رائع لرجال الأعمال ويوجد في موقع متميز، فالمآرب مجاني ويمكن الوصول إلى الفندق بسهولة ويتميز بالهدوء والنظافة (فأنا لا يزعجني عدم حصولي على شامبو جديد كل يوم مثل المعلقين الآخرين). كما أنهم يتميزون بالمرونة الشديدة فيما يتعلق بالقدوم أو المغادرة المبكرة أو المتأخرة. إلا أنني سأحب الحصول على إفطار ذو جودة أعلى، ولكن يتم تعويض هذا من خلال الماجيتو الرائع المتوفر في الطابق الخامس! يعتبر السعر والأداء في قمة الروعة هذه الأيام، وإذا كنت في دبي للعمل مدينة دبي للإعلام أو منطقة المارينا، فهذا المكان رائع. تمتع كما فعلت أنا

خدمات نظافة الغرف غير متناسقة. ففي عدة أيام فشلت نظافة الغرف في إتمام ما يلي: 1. توفير مجموعة كاملة من المناشف 2. استبدال زجاجة الشامبو الناقصة 3. تنظيف مرايا الحمام 4. إزالة الشعر من الدش والشعر الموجود الأرضية خلف باب الحمام كما وجدت فوطة التنظيف فوق مكتب الغرفة. كذلك، توجد رائحة غريبة منبعثة من الطابق الثاني.

Given the name & location I was expecting it to be 'good'. Not a palace but good. I was disappointed & won't be staying here again. A lot of things were little touches you get used to in other hotels (of equal class). The room looked dated though I'm sure wasn't. One of the lights flickered. I highlighted this at reception but nobody came. I ended up disconnecting the bulb myself & having a slightly darker room. Breakfast itself was ok, but I didn't like that you had to collect a napkin, tray, cutlery etc. on the way around instead of setting the tables & letting people collect things. The 2nd day there were no glasses, bowls, cups & the coffee machine had stopped working. People went to get more but the queue had to wait about 5 mins. I was workind and wanted a quick bit of food, so I ordered a chicken burger & was given something that I can't really say was chicken. It was like a minced 'thing' that looked like it had been boiled. I didn't eat anything else from there again. There was free parking in the basement & the wifi (paid for) was a good speed. The room itself was clean & the gym was ok. Nothing fancy but enough. I point out these things is because in every other hotel I've stayed in in Dubai (of similar price) it's been a much nicer experience & they've gone out of their way to add a few nice touches.

Room is a long walk to Metro stop across two busy roads. Hotel shuttle runs very short hours and is not as frequent as it could be. Shuttle to Dubai outlet mall is once per day. Breakfast is a better European continental with lots of choices. Eggs were mostly hard boiled for the week I was there. Internet fees are based on how much you pay for the room, so not worth it for me $30 Dh for a half hour. Plan on using Metro or Taxi's if you stay the hotel to get to the shopping centers.

I made a mistake on the choice of address. I usually stay in Holiday Inn Express in Jumeirah but I mistakenly chose this one. The hotel environment is okay but housekeeping did not change my bed sheets for the 4 nights i stayed in the hotel. No taxi to convey me from the airport to the hotel as was done during my previous visit.

Its a good hotel if you want to have a night with your girlfriend!! Its clean and nice. But there is no room service and the water pressure for shower was somehow low! overall not bad! ;)

This place is a little off the beaten path but well worth the value. The staff was kind and courteous.

Only spent one night thtere but it was peaceful and restfull. Convient to where we needed to go. Breakfast was good - no hot foods, but nice selection. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again.

Not bad. Lack of free internet may make it worth going to another hotel. Free parking though. Gym is certainly "mini". Barbells to 25 lbs and one universal machine. Lots of treadmills.

This hotel should really be closed by the authorities. The mold an mildew in at least three rooms that I experienced can affect your health. The first room was so bad that I got a serious eye-nose irritation, and I am usually not that allergic. The second room had mold growing over the tiles in the bathroom. After I told some so-called inspectors, they did a superficial job of cleaning it. They need to buy some bleach and close the hotel for a month or so, change the rugs, and get personnel who understands the basics of cleaning. All of this on top of charging us for early check-in at 6:30 AM at the full daily rate! The trainees are the only nice people in this hotel and I feel bad that they have to start their careers this way. While the hotel claims that breakfast is included, good luck getting in line for anything. There is usually a queue as the area is so under-sized for the number of people that you essentially give up on even getting coffee. I have never written a review like this for any hotel, but I feel that I owe it to my fellow travelers to warn them. The main issue with the management of this hotel is that there are may reviews like mine, but they don't seem to care. In fact I asked them, and most just ignored the comment. I have photos of the mold in the bathroom, and I am trying to upload those for this review.

Stayed at this Hotel for 3nights, good location,nice clean hotel, room was very nice - close to Shopping malls and Burj Al Arab (7 Star Hotel) and the Palm - staff - Had no problems with the Hotel

When we enter to hotel, we were exhausted and get a shower but we can't. There was no towel at the hotel and it tookk 1 day to get the towels. Information desk said that "there is shortage for towels" I really didn't understand what is shortage for towels. There was shuttle btw. Hotel and Shopping Mall and we paid money to driver !!! altough it should be free.

The main benefit of this hotel was its affordability. Most of the hotels in Dubai are very expensive, therefore this one was good value for money. It was unfortunately quite far from the airport and the centre of the city and major attractions. I ended up spending a lot of money on taxis. There was not a lot around the hotel, therefore it was always necessary to take a taxi to get somewhere. The hotel was fine. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast very nice. I wasn't happy that I had to pay a deposit after I'd already payed for my accommodation. Everything is at an extra cost. I.e. internet usage, there's no complimentary water in the room. But then it is a 2/3 star hotel, so one cannot expect 5 star service.

The breakfast layout needs sorting as the present configuration leads to very long queues. This has been passed to the Hotel Manager. I am returning to this hotel next month so will check whether this has been sorted! Other than the above, the hotel is very modern in a good location which is less than ten minutes walk from the Metro station. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Housekeeping staff are very good.

Location was great. Overall stay very satisfying. All though Housekeeping was a bit slack - no kettle, no towels, no tea or coffee on arrival. Otherwise the included breakfast is a great start to the day and room in general was comfortable with a good size bathroom.

Vi är mycket nöjda med hotellet och förstår inte varför det är märkt med två stjärnor här. På andra ställen är det 3+ och vi tycker att det borde vara 4. Vi gillar inte heltäckningsmattor men enligt uppgift är det sådana på de flesta hotell i Dubai. Vi var ute på äventyr hela dagarna och sov bara på hotellet och åt frukost förstås vilken var mycket bättre än vad s vi hade väntat oss. Vi kan varmt rekommendera hotellet.

Good value for money - placed near Sheik Zayed Road, easy access to the whole Dubai area. Clean room, quick service, freindly personel

JE suis venu pour un séminaire (le Golf Photo Plus) qui s'est déroulé dans le complexe universitaire du knowledge village à 7 min à pieds de l'hotel ! La situation était donc parfaite.pour le centre de Dubai il faut compter 10-15min de taxi (30-40 dhr). C'est un hotel propre, les chambres aussi. Elle ne sont pas vraiment moderne, mais classique tout en étant confortable. Le soir, lorsque vous demandez un taxi à l'hôtel, précisez un vrai taxi ! pas une voiture banalisée sans compteur qui est en fait plus cher.

Hotelli sijaitsee lahella Marinaa ja Palm Jumeiraa. Yleisvaikutelma siisti, mutta palvelutaso niukahko. Aamiainen pelkistetty, mutta riittava. Hinta/laatu suhde kohdallaan.
