Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Malvern - مالفيرن

The Hotel staff were super friendly helpfull to my family of 5. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good for my 2 twin 3 year old girls and my 8 month old girl. Just wish the pool opened earlier so we could have taken advantage of that before we left

I was impressed with the hotel in every way except for one issue. The smoke alarm was located right above the bed and had a flashing light every few seconds. I am a back sleeper so this bothered me at times but my husband was not bothered by it at all. We enjoyed our stay very much.

one of the best breakfasts around....

Nice, clean, no frills room. Hotel appears new. Mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable. Staff very nice and responsive. Would recommend for those needing to stay a night or two. Breakfast buffet was well done. Will stay here again each time we visit the area. Overall very nice.

Even tho it was close to a freeway, we thought our room was very quiet. Breakfast was very nice and the people working in the hotel were very nice.

did not have one good night sleep.......i was on 2nd floor and it sounded like construction on the 3rd floor......i spoke with another guest who was staying on my floor and she checked out early due to the all night noise on 3rd floor..........i am not one to complain but it was not a good experience.....

It was pleasant to me like. nothinh else had more claning in the room and a change at breakfast

Very comfortable

There was a lady who works the breakfast buffet every morning that is the hardest working, most attentive, warm and welcoming person I've ever seen. Nothing went empty, everything was spotless, and she helped everyone. The entire hotel was nice, but she really stood out.

Everything went very well, clean, quite, nice pool. Would stay again if headed that way.

I have to say normally i love Holiday Inn Express Hotels. This one did not live up to my expectations. Especially not for the amount of money we spent and still had to drive 25 minutes to get to Magic springs. We could have stayed at a nicer hotel in Little Rock for a cheaper price and better places to eat. Also we had to change rooms because our first room had an odd looking bug and hair all over the floor. People at desk got us new room but didn't seem happy to do it. Then the walls in both rooms were worn. If you get hotel for a good price it was not bad.Just not worth paying alot. Breakfast was good though.

The service was horrible. I would not recommend it.

The hotel was nice and clean but everytime we asked for face towels,they couldnt provide us with any. Only gave us medium and bath towels which that was what we had to wash our faces with before we went to Walmart and bought our own face towels.

My bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise a very nice hotel. The staff was excellent!

Wonderful family friendly place to stay

The staff was wonderful and there are some good places to eat in close proximity. the suite was clean and nicely furnished. will visit again.

The front desk upon check-in was clean and appealing. The room was a great size with working air, nice large bathroom and baby coffee maker. The room had both soft and firm pillows labeled on both sides of the bed. The rate was good for the room and the convenience to the events we were attending in the area. We did not have breakfast, but the room looked great as did the food.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to or near Hot Springs Arkansas. The management and staff were very hospitable. We will be back. Thanks

We found this room to be very clean and the staff was very friendly. The kids loved the indoor pool and had a great time while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!

At first glance seems really clean & nice. But once you look closer there was nasty wash rags. Headboards of the beds have not been wiped down in months, if you bend over & look in the air conditioner vents there was tons of MOLD in the air conditioner. Breakfast was horrible. Housekeeping did nothing but make the beds.

The employees at this hotel were the nicest we had ever come in contact with at a hotel. The hotel was very nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the beds were a little too hard for me. However, the kids loved the beds.

Clean room, friendly staff with no complaints.

We had a group of 11 (Adults and kids) come in from out of town for an event in Hot Springs. We loved the free cookies at check in. The breakfast in the morning was well stocked. The kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were decent, a little hard for our taste, but most hotel beds are. The walls are thin, we heard the highway all night and others in the hallways. We travel a lot and we'd stay here again.

OUR RECENT STAY AT H.I.E.&S. WAS AS GOOD AS IT GETS.CHECK-IN TOOK ONLY MINUTES AND THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS.THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.THE QUEEN DOUBLE WITH SOFA WAS VERY ROOMY.THE INDOOR POOL AND HOT TUB WERE GREAT.THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS GREAT,AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER HOTEL'S BREAKFAST BUFFET. BOTTOM LINE IS WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO STAY THERE AGAIN. THANK YOU H.I.E.&S. KEEP UP THE TRULY OUTSTANDING WORK,

My sister and I had a little get-away from our husbands and kids. Really enjoyed ourselves. The Holiday Inn staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast in the mornings before we set out sightseeing. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to see Hot Springs and surrounding area.

House keeping is really my only complaint. Housekeeping came in the room sometime while we were out and removed all the linens from the room and pulled the trash, but did not take trash from room. Then around 2pm housekeeping knocked on room door to inquire if we needed anything, I asked for them to replace the sheets that they had removed. They never returned. At 7pm, I called to the front desk to ask again about the linens, at this point I was told that house keeping was gone for the day. I went to front desk and collected new linens from the clerk. She was very nice and even offered to come and make the bed. The staff for the most part were very nice and helpful. Location was great. I would recommend this to others as a nice place to stay. I would also recommend that mangement take a look at improving housekeeping at this location.

I actually stayed for two nights with my two kids. We had an excellent stay!! the kids had a blast using the indoor pool and hot tub. I enjoyed having a little fridge and microwave in the room. The morning breakfasts were soooo nice!! There were scrambled eggs, pancakes, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, danishes, toast, muffins, bagels, apple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, milk, coffee, and tea. There is a buisness room with computers where you can get on line anytime and a small workout room. The employees are so kind and helpful. There is a Wal-Mart next door and a McDonalds, Wandy's, Dollar Store, Gamestop and gas stations close by. There is one movie theatre in town, also. We feel very blessed that we found this hotel!! We will definitly stay there again!!

The only thing I did not like was that you can hear everybody else coming and going from there rooms the doors are hard to shut and there load.

It was really a nice hotel. Housekeeping was a little slow. We always had to wait on towels.The area was great there were plenty of restaurants surrounding the hotel and department stores. They were in walking distance. I would have to say that overall they had great service. There was an inside pool, gym, and even a business office. The breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed driving from Va to Tx, the hotel was very nice with convienent shopping and food. The breakfast hostess was super nice and accomadating. We were in a room closests to the highway, although it was a bit noisy at first when you are traveling you are so tired anyway. The pool and hottub were nice especially with two wild boys.

I have stayed here for 2 nights consecutively, room service is excellent. All bath towels and linens are replaced for the next day. I would definitely recommend to visit this hotel. Last but not the least good breakfast.

This was a good road-trip hotel for us. It was slightly hard to find from I-30 (the hotel is new and the street didn't turn up on our online directions) - but it's also pretty convenient to both local shopping and restaurants in Hot Springs. Bed was hard and had a plastic-like wrapping on the mattress, which was pretty uncomfortable - but the room was otherwise clean. The hotel is very new and up-to-date. We enjoyed the cookies at check-in and the cinnamon rolls with breakfast.

Breakfast was great, lots of options, the help was attentive and quick to refill items. Pool was nice. Front desk staff was friendly, and hotel was clean and well kept. Worth our money.

I'd certainly stay here again. We enjoyed our stay, and it's just a hop and a skip to Hot Springs. My daughter loved the pool and hot tub, and the contenental breakfast was better than I expected.

We spent 7 days there. The room was very comfortable, everyone was very pleasant. Pool and hot tub clean. Just minutes from several points of interest.

I booked this hotel b/c it was the location I needed for a last minute thing. Anywho its overpriced! I understand its the "On season" for Hot Springs which is about 30 mins away but geesh! Overall, the hotel was ok. DONT USE THE ELEVATOR! Unless you absolutely have to. It makes a noise when stopping that sounds like its on one cable or something! Once it gets to your floor it will jar you upon stopping! Umm no. We took the stairs and we were on the third floor. Let me get to the town Malvern. DO NOT EAT AT THE WAFFLE HOUSE ACROSS THE STREET!! The people are gross. When we walked up the workers were outside smoking right in front of the entrance!!! Eww!!! Get this one of them came back in from smoking and didnt even wash her hands!!! This is the kicker, My finance' had a long hair cooked INTO his waffle!! he kept cutting the waffle and the hair was never ending!!!! When the waitress told the cook, he just laughed!! It took everything I had to keep my fiance' from diving over the counter!! Overall the hotel was just ok. Bed was ok..matress seemed old and worn a bit. If you just need a place to crash this is fine. I wouldnt recommend this for a stay more than one night.

Hotel front desk were very friendly during check in. The hotel was clean and comfortable and hot tub was nice. Breakfast could use some help. There was little to choose from and most of it was cold.
