"Affordable luxury"

This hotel has everything one can wish: it is a luxury resort, well maintained, Disneyland-clean and at price which could easily be doubled anywhere in Western Europe. If you can, treat yourself to one of the top floor rooms. A single comment - while in China eat Chinese (but Italians don't eat pizza in my country either).

everything great, large room, huge bed, friendly staff and good service. the only thing i didnt like was the late night dinner at one, which was obviously warmed up and old.. (didnt expect something else though..) but overall a great hotel!

Big clean rooms, excellent staff, nice appointments (Bose sound system in room). Truly enjoyed my stay.

"Best Hotel in Shenzhen but pricey for the location"

I have been to China many times over the past 25 years and this is the best hotel I have stayed in in China. The price is steep and even the buffet is costly. Some of the rooms are a Long walk from the elevators, like 2 football fields but the rooms are very nice with Huge bathtub for 4 and The beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

All staff are very helpful. They all welcomed us with a smile. We will stay this hotel again but the restaurants are too pricey.

Very convenient hotel with beautiful Special View Rooms with panoramic windows and transparent bath room wall. Perfect service assistence, quick response, comfortable rooms. Wallmart , Window of the World and Holiday Plaza are very close to hotel's location. Nice swimming pool designed as real beach with soft sand. The only failed expectation - long way to beach (Dameisha). Perfect hotel for business or tourist trip with international standarts.

平時weekend去做下spa游下水都幾舒服, 附近的華僑城創意文化區又近又多design , art gallery睇, 幾適合hk人去休息差電。
