Hotel Indigo Nashville-West End - ناشفيل

Lovely hotel, but housekeeping was a little spotty in the room: washcloths left in the shower, bath mat forgotten, coffee machine not changed, sticky stuff on the floor around the coffee station not cleaned up. I called to have the slow leak in the toilet fixed to prevent it from flushing in the middle of the night, but no one fixed it. And when are hotels going to understand that we now carry a lot of electronic devices that need charged, and we can't be moving furniture around looking for an outlet? A well placed power strip goes a long way to solving this.

No major complaints. Basic comfort, basic room. Great location for walking and seeing the West End.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised that there were so many places to eat within walking distance. We loved Noshville for breakfast and Gigi's Cupcakes for a special treat. When we first got to our room we were impressed with the size and decor. As we used the amenities in the room we noticed a couple maintenance issues such as no handle on the shower and a towel hook that fell off the wall. We let the front desk know about them when we checked out and they apologized and made notes to fix them. We both thought the beds were comfortable, which is hard to come by in hotels these days. The staff was great. Everyone we encountered during the stay was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon in a driving rain, after a long day at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Had to circle the block to figure out where the entrance was. Pulled up on 18th Street to see a sign that read "arrivals pull into valet lane", but no valet in sight. He showed finally, but we had to get our luggage out to a cart in the rain - no cover, no drive through. The staff was nice. The restaurant want surprisingly very good (not the Goten Japanese place, we did not try that). The room was small, but clean and nicely decorated. Difficult location, no signage, older building, but overall a good stay. Would probably do a major chain next time.

The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star was b/c not only did they run out of towels but we hung our towels on the hook as instructed for energy conservation and they took those towels off the hook AND did not replace them stating they were out at the moment. Did that while we were down having breakfast leaving us no towels to shower! Also the cafe in the hotel (which included breakfast for our package) was slow, expensive (voucher only good for $20 which didn't cover two simple meals and drinks) and not very good. The front desk was nice/helpful and it being recently renovated was nice. Everything clean and rooms are really big-especially bathroom, very nice.

The hotel & bar were great. The staff were exceptional. We used Valet Parking, they were exceptional. We used a taxi to go to our event. Much more practical than worrying about directions and parking. Exceptional for disabled persons. Only disappointing issue, I had to make reservation thru Phillipines. I would rather choose direct USA contact.

Hotel Indigo staff were excellent and very friendly. The hotel is well decorated and modern. Very good location. Only complaint is you have to pay for parking, it should be included with stay. Will stay again when in Nashville.

Not a boutique or luxury hotel at all - so if that is what you are used to or looking for - look elsewhere. Room service was decent - and service decent as well. Bathroom smelled a bit musty but was clean. I recommend this hotel based on the location as it was within walking distance to Vanderbilt, was inexpensive, and had a vibrant - young professional type bar scene with live music.

LIked everything about this hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds, nice view, good service, very clean, staff helpful and friendly, and good breakfast.

Very nice modern contemporary hotel. Rooms were very nice and neat. Not to mention well laid out. The lack luster exterior hides what would be a excellent hotel. Will return for sure.

Hotel Indigo is a real gem. If you like Hotel Monaco style properties, this one is similar but little more relaxed. Beautiful and very comfortable rooms, excellent staff, and very decent restaurant and bar with lots of neighborhood choices. Very eclectic guests from music thru business. DLE

Love the hotel, rooms, location and value. I would recommend to almost anyone. My one issue is that I tried to call the front desk to get a wake up call and had to call off and on for over an hour before someone answered.

beautiful hotel, exceptionally nice and helpful staff. I brought my Dog and they were more than helpful with making her comfortable. She was welcome anywhere in the hotel- a pet lovers dream. Super comfortable beds and access to many restaurants. We ate the awesome pizza in the bar where local talent performed. my husband and i had a Great time!!

very good service, nice place with a few minor flaws. a/c control didnt work, carpet in hall worn and dirty

The Hotel Indigo was close to the downtown area and a lot of what Nashville has to offer. The hotel was clean and the room was nice. The only qualms was that we had to pay $23 for parking and there was no breakfast offered.

This hotel is new, clean, comfortable and smells great (no really!) It is walking distance from some yummy restaurants, although you'll have to drive to get to the main drag. We only had one night in Nashville but after checking in to Hotel Indigo we wished we could have stayed longer.

We loved the hotel vibe and it was clean enough. We chose to park our car in the garage and not use valet parking. When we signed in, they passed us 3 ro 4 papers to sign about safteyt/ liability etc but never mentioned parking garage fees. Two days later when we get up, we have a bill for over $40. They charged a little over $19 a day + tax to park there & not one person had said a word. When I called desk, she said well you signed the papers agreeing to. I wonder what it would have cost if the parked it for us?

I've been to Nashville numerous times and have seen this hotel many of times prior to staying never thought twice about it. Saw a fabulous deal on hotels.com and decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by Indigo. It was not only very modern and tasteful but the room was absolutely huge. Had some friends who stayed across the street in the Hutton for considerably more and they were shocked that this room was just as nice if not more so. I would recommend it to anyone especially for the hotels.com price. One tip the parking is $19 pretty steep. Since I was familiar with the area I knew better than to pay that price. I simply parked at a meter across the street and left it there over the weekend. Obviously this wouldnt work for weekday guest but it's an option.

We just stayed at the Indigo West End this past weekend. What a find! Loved the decor - from the moment you walk into the foyer - you know you are in for a treat! Our room was huge and so well thought out. Spacious and great design. Wonderful colors and art throughout the halls, rooms, foyers. Very fun and not boring or expected. The bar was so fun with great music - young artists with great sounds...they rotated throughout the night. We left and headed downtown (taxi was $6.50 each way). Loved this hotel and the other folks staying there were very hip and talking about how they were very happy with the hotel. Front desk staff and valets were very courteous and helpful with telling us fun things to do in the area.

Great hotel, add $19 to your room rate if you plan on parking in the garage. The rooms and building were great! The elevator was the only un-branded experience and was the only dirty space in the whole place. Great view, near some good family friendly eats (Pie in the Sky Pizza and Gnochville), easy on/off highway without being too close, accidental charge on bill ($13.00 bar tab) was quickly removed with an actual apology! Will stay there again if I happen thru there, even if the wife and kids don't tag along :)

The hotel Indigo in Nashvillem Tennessee is comfortable and convenient to all the meetings I needed to get to, The only challenge is the number of electrical outlets. The lamp on the desk did not have outlets in the base and most of the wall outlets were taken up by lamps, clock, etc.

I found the room to be different and unique. Enjoyed the hotel overall. I liked that they have a Restaurant, Bar/Lounge, No complaints.

This hotel was great, very close to Nashville city. We had a pet and it was a very friendly pet hotel.

When I arrived at this hotel, the front desk was nice, courteous, and very helpful. Also, when we checked in, there was live music in the entrance near the bar. But upstairs in our room, we couldn't hear any of the excitement below. Our room was spacious, comfortably decorated (not too much, or too little). I actually think I would have been just as comfortable in a smaller room. When my wife and I checked out, I noticed a member of the hotel's staff on his hands and knees scrubbing our a scuff mark left in the hotel's lobby. To sum up, I saw nothing about this hotel that would have indicated that the staff didn't take great care to maintain a very clean environment. Also, if you are interested in luxury hotels in Nashville, please consider that Hotel Indigo gives you ample bang for your buck. They do charge extra for valet parking, but the piece of mind knowing that your car is safe and easily accessible is well worth it. If you're ever around Nashville, you should stay here.

I loved the size of the room and all the windows!! It took a little while for hot water, but other than that, the hotel was perfect! Would definitely stay again!

This was my first time at an Indigo and I liked the contemporary fresh "vibe". The location is excellent if you don't mind driving or taking a cab downtown. It's a long walk to Vandy and a drive to Belmont but you can't beat the selection of locally-owned restaurants around the colleges. Excellent choices! The room was big for the two of us. The floors don't have carpeting and that was okay with me, but a surprise at first. (Floors are laminate wood, two-tone - it makes the room feel a little "cold" but more open.) My only complaint is that the bathroom is AWKWARD. There's an open glass shower and the toilet, so there's not privacy if you're traveling with a non-significant other. The beds were wonderful and the staff was very helpful.

The rock-band, guitar theme of this high-art hotel is lots of fun. The rooms are large; beds, very comfy; and color scheme, unusual. We will definitely stay here again even though we could probably find a cheaper place near by.

The hotel is very cool. Wonderful artwork on the walls, eye popping colors. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful. I loved the shower - amazing water pressure. The only negative was the room could've used a touch up paint job but everything else was excellent. Great location and on site parking.

Short cab ride downtown or a nice walk to Vanderbilt. The staff were super friendly and the room was great - although the bathroom door wasn't a solid panel (more like a slatted closet door) which was a little odd. Overall we loved this hotel and would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. A little surprised to find few families. Very close to Vanderbilt University and feel like students visit (not as checked in guests) for the music. The lobby was always filled. My husband and I wanted to get dinner and listen to music, but couldn't find an open seat due to all of the college-aged people in the seats, not dining, but listening to the music. We ended up ordering a pizza and eating it in our room. The room did not have a table/chairs--just a desk and chair, so we really had no good place to eat. This came as a surprise. Would not recommend this hotel for a family stay.

This hotel provided nice luxury value for the dollar. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, it is a loud, urban environment, and the walls do not block sound very well. Be prepared to sleep through traffic and guest noise.

Loved the hotel but didn't like the room location - my friend and I were in town doing the Women's Half Marathon so of course we needed sleep - didn't happen we were in a room directly across from the elevator (Noise all night).....Plus, the room connecting to ours the guests had 2 large dogs and the dogs barked as well as we could hear everything and every word (No noise barriers between rooms) - and when a room has pergo wood floors with 2 large dogs well you get the hint (dogs pacing back and forth.....Needless to say were we wide awake at 1:00 am and had a wake up call @ 5:00 am. Like the hotel but should have asked to be moved to new location.

Inconsistency of the hotel was my most lasting impression. One Japanesse restaurant and one bar available for food options, both very over priced and qaulity was mediocre at best. Room was not cleaned for first two days until I finally notified housekeeping manager, next three days was fine. Walls are very thin I could hear people next door as if they were in my room. Bed was comfy, pillows were not. I will not stay here again to many other places to stay in Nashville.

Pros: Friendly staff, large and well-appointed room, free WiFi, convenient to Vandy, downtown, and dining. Cons: No power outlets near the desk or nightstand. Everything about the room was 21st century except for this glaring oversight. Expensive parking garage with no elevator.

Found the hotel very welcoming and would stay there again.
