Holiday Inn Express London - Earl's Court - لندن

Would be a great location if visiting Earls Court but slightly far out for Central London. Rooms were quite adequate and well maintained and breakfast was plentiful without being over-complicated; there were queues. Overall what one would expect from the chain and nothing to complain about.

we stayed for a short visit to London for my birthday. the hotel is positioned well between two tube stations so doesnt matter which of the 2 routes you come in on!! the walk is a little further than it appears on a map but it is easily manageable. the standard of the hotel was very high and the staff could not do enough for you. the rooms and communal areas are decorated to a high standard and gives a very high class feel when you are staying there. you wouldnt think that you were not directly in the centre of london from the standard on offer at this hotel.

The hotel was really nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful, I found the hotel room really clean and comfortable. I slept like a log but my husband did have trouble sleeping there was some noise I think it was the air con: The breakfast was great and there was a good variety.

Overall I thought it was very good. The staff were polite and the rooms clean and comfortable.Breakfast is basic so dont expect a bumper buffet but its adequate.

Room was freezing! !!! Only options were portable heater or blanket. Sorry but I like to not stay in bed 100% of my time in room. Will likely not stay there again

We needed somewhere to stay for a night after watching our daughters dance at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel was a reasonable price, convenient location, just 7 mins in a taxi and of good standard in both cleanliness and staff friendliness. Would recommend it to friends.

clean & tidy we had a problem with the heating in the room but when we reported it we were offered another room or a portable heater.Able to get a late check out too

The hotel is located in zone 2 of the tube, not in an exciting area but there's a supermarket close by and some fast food places to eat. It was a 5 minute walk to the tube station and took between 10-15 min to get to the main attractions in central London. The quality of the service in general was great: friendly staff, clean hotel, good breakfast (same one every day but substantial: eggs, cheese, sausages, fruit, yogurth, bread, coffee, tea, juice, cereal), comfortable room (ok-size, nice shower), free wifi in the lobby. It could be argued that the hotel has no character and is not exactly central but after an unpleasant experience in a "no-brand" hotel that was located closer to the city center we were very happy to stay in a reliable, comfortable hotel with rooms of a decent size. Taking into consideration the prices in London, I think this is a good option for budget travelers that don't want to stay in a hostel and are looking for some degree of comfort.

Rooms were small, second bed was a fold out from the couch that was supported underneath by other prices of furniture. Very uncomfortable. Bed sheets and bed length were short making sleep a struggle. Bathroom was nice, the design and space.

We thought we booked for Kensington but there were two holiday Inn. The hotel was definitely set up for value and families traveling on a budget. Everyone was nice and hotel was clean. Rooms were updated with minimum amenities but was nice. The was a very aggressive security guard at the front desk which gave me the indication we were not in Kansas anymore toto!

Tube is only 5 min way and you are only a few stations from the main attractions. Breakfast is ok and considered it was included in the price we cant really say much, it was basic but enough. overall the hotel is a really good value for money. Recommended.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and very clean room. Kids loved it, too. Would definitely recommend!

Very impressed. Staff were attentive and knowledgable. Breakfast was good and well organised. Location was great - short walk to 3 different tube stations. We have stayed here once a year for the last 5 years and it has always been one of our favourite hotels.

Could not fault this hotel for value for money. The staff were very polite and helpful the room was very clean and for a short break in London perfect. Close to tube station to get around in London.

I stayed here on a sightseeing trip to london with my sister. It was a 7-8 minute walk from West Brompton tube station which takes you to the banks of the Thames for all your sightseeing needs. The room was clean, nicely presented and a good size. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We couldn't fault the breakfast, always well stocked, a good selection and very nice. There was a bit of a queue both mornings at around 8.30, so be early if you don't want to wait. My only complaint would be about the air conditioning in the room, it take about 15-20 minutes to warm up and ours wouldn't blow when the room was too hot. This was an issue when the windows are locked shut. It meant that the room was too hot in the afternoon and cold when we got in at night. We managed because we didn't stay in it in the day and at night we quickly got into bed. It may be an issue if you plan to stay in your room more.

This hotel is in an ideal location for exploring London. It is within a few minutes walk of two tube stations so you can easily reach all tourist attractions from there. The hotel itself is nice inside and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was lovely with both continental and cooked options. Although the hotel is situated on a busy road, I could hear no noise from outside. The staff were friendly and happy to help and service was always quick. They advised us that there would be a queue for breakfast if we arrived between 8.30 and 9 and they were right. We went for breakfast early in order to miss the long queue. If you are there on a Sunday morning and don't want to be queuing for breakfast, I would suggest you do the same.

Enjoyed stay and location good for easy transfer from Paddington and to london by tube. Only critism would be the sofa bed was very hard and uncomfortable., otherwise very satisfied with our stay . 2 adults and 2 children. Price cheap with free breakfast included.

Firstly we booked our hotel 4 months before our trip but were still put on the top floor of the hotel! room was very basic, THERE IS NO RESTAURANT IN THE HOTEL!!!!!! only bar snacks available, but a member of staff gave us a few take away menu's, we ordered pizza and when it arrived we found out that the staff got free meals as we ordered from them. the staff booked us a taxi which cost us £12 for a 5 minute journey when on the way back it only cost us £7 in a black cab so they obviously have links with them. Breakfast... well i wouldnt even call it a breakfast, the 'full english breakfast' was sausages, scrambled egg and beans and even this was empty!! there were a few cereals to choose from and apples and banana's, all the tables were filthy and there were 2 people on the breakfast shift. overall i wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone or EVER stay here again!!

This is a good cheap hotel with easy access to underground.

The hotel itself was very good, parking on site was a big bonus, £20 a day, reasonable for the area... 2 minute walk to earls court and west brompton tube station... We had cooked breakfast in the hotel, this was particularly poor, personally I would stay here again but pay the cheaper price excluding breakfast and get something from the local area at a fraction of the price...

Hotel was ideally located and very cost effective. The rooms were modern clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and all services to a high standard.

We found this hotel perfect for the 2 night stay we had. We were sightseeing the London sights and even though the closest tube stations were closed for maintenance works, we were still able to get buses. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great.

The staff were very helpful, great breakfast, rooms were clean and spacious. I had four children with me and the hotel was ideal for my needs. I would book this hotel again.

We really have nothing to complain about from our stay. The location is fine for a visit to London. It's within Zone 2 and within 10 minutes of the nearest tube. Room was a decent size and not too small which is a problem we have experienced before from other London hotels. Bathroom was good. Room was cleaned well and the breakfast was included in the rate which was a bonus.

Very clean & tidy hotel 5 min walk to nearby tubes stations would stay again

Found all staff to be very helpful, excellect breakfast and very clean room.

Our 5 day stay was great. The hotel was not far from the West Brompton tube station which made connecting to other parts of the city relatively convenient. The area had some nice restaurants including Barrow Boy for a good dinner and Trubadour for a good breakfast. The hotel breakfast was good- lots of options, but I got very sick from the eggs. The desk was helpful with giving directions and printing out travel documents. There is a wash/fold laundry right across the street that will do everything and deliver your finished laundry to the front desk the same day for a reasonable price. Take advantage of the free internet in the lobby. Otherwise it will be 6 pounds per day. I was not told it was free in the lobby. Also find out about how to log off the internet service. If you just shut down, you are logged out and your timed service will continue. There is a log-out code to enter. I was not told that and ended up paying more than I needed to. Overall... an excellent stay

i was really picky about where i wanted to stay and holiday inn was still not top of my list when i finally had to pick a hotel, but it was totally better than i expected, check in was quick and easy the room was lovely, big & super clean. i really don't have any negative thing to say about it. check out was easy too! i highly recommend. :D

Stayed for a family mini-break. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was pretty good. Conveniently located to 2 tube stations and several bus routes - handy for trips to kensington museums and parks. Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants close to hotel also. would go back again for a similar family break

Booking this hotel, after a 30 year gap in staying in Central London, was FANTASTIC. Conveniese for transport was a must, it was fatastic, Bus 74 into the city. Can't wait to return. Well done

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel clean and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful.

Chose this hotel because it was close to Excel - walking distance - which was great after seeing a concert. We then had a day exploring and hotel is vey close to underground and access to all the sites. Comfortable room and good value for money especially as it included breakfast which was an excellent buffet.

Ideal if you need a cheap but smart hotel

Nice stress-free hotel, convenient location. Fantastic stay.
