كانت تتم صيانة مرافق الفندق بشكل جيد. مستوى العاملين وجودة الخدمة مروع. فقد أتصل أحد العاملين بغرفتي في الثانية صباحًا ليسألني عما إذا كنت قد سجلت إجراءات المغادرة أم لا. اتصلت بمكتب الاستقبال لكي استلم قسيمة الإنترنت المجاني ولكنني لم أجد أي استجابة. وطالبوني بدفع مقابل الساعة التي استخدمتها عندما كنت أسجل إجراءات المغادرة، وذلك بالرغم من أنهم كانوا يعرضون تقديم ساعة مجانية. أثنا تسجيل إجراءات المغادرة، لم يكن موظف الاستقبال يتمتع بالكفاءة الكافية. فقد اضطررنا للانتظار لمدة 20 دقيقة حتى يفحصوا الثلاجة الصغيرة التي كانوا قد فحصوها مسبقًا قبل مغادرتنا للغرفة. لذا فقد عبرت عن استيائي للمدير، ولكن لم تصدر منه إلا كلمة الاعتذار. لذا لن أكرر الإقامة هناك مرة أخرى.

Very dirty on the terrace/pool area, particularly on the side/corner that would have sunshine in the morning.

A very good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the Skytrain.

i tought the hotel was new but nobody cares about gustes and parking was so bad,on the wholl i was not happy with this hotel at all,

I’m guessing that the global economic slowdown had halted the construction and development of the hotels surrounding area. The entrance to the hotel is at the rear of the hotel. The front service entrance road is unfinished. But if you’re like me that don’t care about the aesthetic look of the place to just have a good night rest after a long day of shopping and exploring then this hotel is for you. I have a family of four with 2 teenagers. The 2 bedroom deluxe apartment suite we had was the size of our house! Lots of room and space. You could actually walk around the room. Kids had their own room that they shared and they each had their own bed. And their room also had a full bath. These amenities were a huge plus. Like I said there is no better way to have a good night rest than on your own bed. Our master bedroom was just that a huge master bedroom! The kitchen had all the utensil you needed. So… breakfast was in the room was a huge savings. A great supermarket was a walking distant away to supply the kitchen. AND AND the washer/dryer in the kitchen was huge plus! Our house keeper Stella took care of us great. We book our city tour and desert safari with Michelle in the lobby. Ram and all the bell desk guys were very friendly and helpful. Taxi’s were always around the area. Metro stop was very near. The hotel was undergoing renovation of its two restaurant so we frequented the Golden Fork restaurant at the nearby Gloria Hotel. Our overall experience was excellent.

This hotel is amazing especially for the price!!..Its in a great location the staff from the time I got their was very courteous. I was upgraded to a suite when I checked in. I had a travel brochure waiting for me when I got there that was also very helpful. I recommended it to some friends who also enjoyed their stay. I will definately be back!!!!

Receptionists don't know their works. we checked in at 15.45 with hour and a half delay. not a friendly staff at all.

Stayed in this hotel last week and was very disappointed with the overall service and cleanliness of our room. Firstly we had to wait hours to be checked in. Although we appreciated the fact that we arrived before the check-in time of 2pm, we were advised our room would be ready before this. We were told numerous times we only had to wait another 15 mins.....another 3 hrs later (5pm) we were checked in. They had informed us that this was due to the room still being cleaned. Later on that night, after being out for dinner, we returned to the room to go to sleep and noticed that the bed sheets had not been changed! The bed was made which looked as if they had been changed when in fact they hadn't. After trying to call from our room phone to ask for these to be changed, we didn't have anyone come for another 45 mins. This was mainly because it took about 15 mins for anyone to answer our calls! The next day the room wasn't cleaned again, and after being out most of the day we had to get someone to clean it late at night, again after waiting a long time for our call to be answered. So basically very disappointed with service!! I would not recommend anyone to stay here.....look elsewhere!

This hotel is nice but have bad management, no lope and entrance is so bad from the back, not fast service and helping. I don't recommend this hotel to friend and I don't know how is getting 5 star. I give this hotel 3 star.

Very pleased with this hotel and after 2-3 days changed my parents reservation in another hotel and all 7 of us stayed in this hotel and really enjoyed it....It is very suitable specially for families but also for IT people considering it is located within walking distance of IT companies. The fact that it is on sheik Zayed road helps to find your way around....I would recommend this hotel..

Great price for new, clean and comfortable hotel. A little tough to find at first and surrounding area has yet to be fully developed - although there are a number of restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is not so good. The breakfast was rubbish. very noisy at nights, difficult to sleep. I woke up at 4.00 am because of drilling by one of the hotel's staff. Another night, there was party in the same floor and I woke up 4.30 am, called the reception. Night after, it was another room and exactly same problem.

exceeds my expectation,very friedly staff,we checked in late night and 2 am in the morning hot food we ordered was delivered in our room within no time,ideally located near Metro Station,I am a buisness traveller and will stay there again and recomend my friends and family to stay there a buisness traveller and will stay there again and recomend my friends and family to stay there

the hotel is really nice, and you can have a sea view with Burj Al-Arab & Atlantis rising on the site :) the apartment is clean and in modern style i liked the hotel, and it's really cheap :)

Set ift. at hotellet havde 5 sjerner var servicen ikke derefter. Man ventede lang tid på betjening i receptionen. De var dog flinke når de så betjente en. safebox virkede ikke, på nettet havde der stod der at der var DVD, hvilket der ikke var på værelset. Poolen var fin, men der var ingen sol, man havde derfor ikke lyst til at tilbringe længere tid ved poolen. Jeg vil anbefale hotellet set ift. beliggenheden, metroen var tæt på. Det var tæt på nogle af de gode seværdigheder, 7 stjernet hotel,JMC beach, Dubai marina, The Palm.

This hotel is recommended if you can find it at a good offer. If not, try to find a better hotel at the same price. Nice arrival at the hotel with welcoming staff and an upgrading of our room to a suite. Do to the fact that the hotel was not all booked we think but still a nice service from the beginning. The room was big with a nice kitchen including all you need to do your own cooking. Oven, service, refrigerator, freezer and also a wasting machine. Pool area was clean but very windy. You couldn't read a book or leave a towel on the chair without it blowing away. Free towels if needed and someone to watch over the swimming area. Being a five stars hotel we expected someone to ask if we needed anything to drink etc. but that service was missing. Something that is very bad about this hotel - specially if you think about the fact that it is located in the area called Dubai Internet City - is that there are no free internet included ind the rooms. Being a five stars hotel that is very much expected! When we asked for internet we where asked to pay 20AED for one hour or 100AED for 24hours. Then we where shown the way for the computers we could use at the hotel to check the internet - there where only two for the entire hotel - one out of order and the other one very slow. Not good at all!!! This is something the hotel should do something about. At the same time we where asked to pay for the internet right away and we did. 3 days later when checking out we where asked to pay once again because the one we payed the first time didn't write it down. We had to use some time to discuss it with the staff before we could leave. It is expected that the staff have their information correct so that we wouldn't have to spend time on that kind of things. It is very nice that this hotel is located right next to Dubai Internet City metro station and that you can find a taxi right around the corner all day.

Feliz estadia

posizionato in maniera strategica vicinissimo alla metropolitana che taglia Dubai per tutta la sua lunghezza. E' molto conosciuto e facile da raggiungere. Unica piccola pecca la colazione a buffe' non e' molto variegata per quanto riguarda l'offerta ma soddisfa per qualita'.

War mit dem Apartment zufrieden, liegt direkt an der Sheik Zayed Road. Da es direkt an der Hauptstrasse liegt, hört man zwar den Verkehr, jedoch war mir das schon vorher bekannt und hat mir nichts ausgemacht.

Das Hotel liegt an guter Lage, in der Nähe von Jumeira Beach und Burj al Arab und bietet einen fairen Preis. Aber es liegt direkt an der Sheik Zayed Road. Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer waren rund 20 Fahrspuren! Ansonsten ist es nicht sehr gemütlich, genügt wenn man "nur" zum Übernachten eine günstige Gelegenheit sucht.

We were Staying in for 1 day only, before moving to Atlantis.. Overall the room was very good with one of the best beds ever slept in. Problem is that location is far from everything and difficult to find.

c' est un bon hotel appartement mais le personnel ne parle pas le francais et c' est bien dommage. si non aucun commentaire majeure.

The hotel is very close to metro but is a bit far from the city center like dubai mall or deira city center.But it is close to barasti bar :)The Internet is actually a problem at the hotel and is expensive .Also they don't have a IT person who can understand or solve the problems.

+ Hotellihuone oli hyvänkokoinen ja viihtyisä. + Sänky oli todella mukava, ei liian pehmeä. + Hotellin edustalta sai takseja helposti milloin tahansa. + Vieressä kulkeva vilkasliikenteinen tie ei häirinnyt lainkaan, vaikka huoneemme oli tielle päin. Päinvastoin liikennettä oli hauskaa seurata parvekkeelta. + Huonepalvelu toimi 24 h, sen valikoima oli monipuolinen ja hinta kohtuullinen. - Pihalla oli jokin rakennustyömaa tai tietyö meneillään, mikä aiheutti sen, ettei etuovelle päässyt. - Toinen hotellin uima-altaista ja poreallas olivat poissa käytöstä. -Televisio toimi miten sattui. - Ei yökerhoa.

Das Hotel liegt 2 Gehminuten von der nächsten Metro Station entfernt und bietet somit sehr gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu allen Teilen Dubais. Ebenfalls praktisch, dass zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit offizielle Taxis mit günstigen Preisen vor Ort anzutreffen waren. Das Hotel bietet eine grandiose Aussicht auf das Burj Al Arab und den persischen Golf oder auf Dubai Downtown und den Burj Khalifa (je nach Lage der Wohnungen) Das Apartment war zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit, ebenso wie der verlässliche Zimmerservice. Jederzeit empfehlenswert für Jedermann auch so wie für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern.

Da in Dubai wie wild gebaut wird, ist dies auch beim Hotel der Fall. Lärm und Baustellenl sind jedoch zu ignorieren. Beim Abendessen waren meine Frau und ich die einzigen Gäste im Restaurand. (16.02.2011) Das Essen war aber ok. Für Fussgäger nicht geeignet.

Fint hotell til en grei pris. Ikke den beste beliggenheten, men Metro-stasjon 500m unna.
