I was excited when I booked the hotel for my annual trip to Valencia. The front desk service was good, Jorge was very helpful. I was however very disappointed as my husband and I got a room with twin beds, which when put together were not even the same height! The room was small and lacked some of the basic amenities that other hotels (3 stars) offered. The carpet was dirty which gave the room an unclean feeling. The breakfast had a wide variety from which to choose. There are a few good restaurants in the area, right behind the hotel. They will tell you at the front desk, and it’s easy to go downtown. The taxi stand is right there. The wireless internet is a very big advantage. Would I go back to that hotel? Maybe if I didn’t have a choice. Next time I will stay at a real 4-star hotel.

This is the place to stay for an expo. Bus 62 back and forth. Great breakfast buffet. top rating for a business travler

Hotel is a few metro stops out and on a busy roundabout however I requested in advance a floor highup so no noise problems. Room was comfortable, no whow factor but for the price reasonable size, decent size bathroom, minibar and aircon (thankfully) as in Oct was late 20's early 30's temp. Pool small and cold (unheated) but jacuzzi heated. Would consider this hotel again for its value for money. We tended to have breakfast in cafe/bars as it was expensive at the hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel. I would not stay anywhere else in Valencia. Convenient for the airport, and great free wifi. The food is noce, and the pool is lovely.

We chose this Hotel for its combination of leisure facilities - specifically Pool/Terrace and its access to City - Tram 5 min walk), Metro (10 min walk), & 2 Buses (2 mins from lobby) (15 mins travel time to centre). Breakfast (not included in the package) was of a high standard but pricing was too high so we opted for neighbourhood cafes (the area is mostly offices & apartments) . Terrace was pleasant but was closed for 2 days during our stay to accommodate a private function. 24 Hr notice was disappointing. Had we been given more warning of this we could have planned for it better. Free wifi was a good feature but it was not consistently available in our room but was available in lobby and terrace. Rooms were excellent - good aircon, quiet, very well serviced every day. Gym looked well equipped (though we didnt use it,)

This hotel was lovely and very well kept. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you're driving to it, this hotel benefits from being easily accessible from the surrounding A roads, without having to drive in the centre of Valencia...which looked like it could be a nightmare! The only gripe is the hotel car park was expensive - 35 euros for 2 nights! Would definitely stay there again

Beautiful hotel with tons of amenities. Located in a newer neighborhood a bit too far out of downtown area. Easy enough to take bus to center of town but not a lot to do in immediate area.

This hotel was a little bit out of the main city centre (I had to get the tram from the train station to Benifarri and a short walk). It had easy and regular access into the main centre with trams though, which I used for my weekend. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and nice to use, there was a television with a couple of English language channels that I could use when I wanted a break from my Spanish, and the staff were very helpful and spoke English as well (I speak Spanish as well, but here and there I forget things, so it was good that they spoke a little English for me). I can't comment on the bar or restaurant in the hotel because I didn't use it - I drank and ate out with friends who were there. I will say that for what I used it for - which was a roof over my head for the nights - you could probably pay less for somewhere else and have a similar level of comfort. But because there was an offer on this specific hotel, that was what attracted me to it in the first place. I'd recommend this to others looking to stay in Valencia, providing they don't mind a commute into the centre.

Nice comfortable hotel.

Really nice hotel, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, overall good value for money - just a bit far from the centre of things and no free parking but if you don't mind not being able to walk to the centre (there's a cheap metro that runs nearby then for the money it's great.

The hotel is lovely from the outside, marble I think. It is a 10 minute walk from two different metro lines. There is not much nearby, eg, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The room is small by US standards, but nicely decorated. There is free internet, and the lobby has two computers which are also free. That is the good side. Some of the front desk clerks speak good English; others do not. I left my do not disturb sign on the door and did NOT want the room cleaned. I even talked with the cleaning woman on the floor. Nevertheless, the room was cleaned. I complained, but the manager never contacted me --she does not arrive until 10am. Then the next morning we had NO water for two hours. My husband was not able to shower. We just left for the day. They kept saying it would be fixed soon. Fortunately, it was fixed by the evening when we returned. They did not compensate the guests in any way for this inconvenience. Could have been major if we were there on business and my husband needed to shave or I needed to shampoo my hair.

We are both 30 & saw lots of recommendations for this hotel & we weren't dissapointed.Very clean,comfortable rooms (adjustable air con is great) bathroom & bedroom are large enough for 2 people to wander about comfortably. safe & minibar in the room. Pool area is nice & gets sun most of the day. Towels are provided around the pool & the toilets/changing rooms next to the pool are nice. Hotel is situated in more of a commercial area but there are a couple of nice restaurants close by & a nice bar about 2 mins walk away. Seemed like a nice & safe area to walk around in at night too(didn't see any trouble) Supermarket & large dept.store are about 5-10mins walking distance away. Hardly anyone seems to speak English in Valencia (which we liked as we had to give the spanish a go) but everyone is very friendly. A phrase book is a must though (not many signs or menus have English translations either). The Metro is close to the hotel (about 5 min walk) and you can easily get to Valencia centre,the beach etc .Its only about 1.5 euro for a single trip on the Metro in zone A (which covers the main parts) and they are reliable & regular. We will defintately be returning to Valencia soon and will more than likely stay here again.In short, Great clean,comfy,quiet hotel with lovely facilities (gym/pool) great staff & all in a nice clean/smart area.I would recommend this place to anyone.We didn't eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on that.

la alfombra estaba sucia por lo que le daba a la habitacion una sensacion de suciedad. Encima nos encontramos la papelera sin cambiar, incluidos CONDONES USADOS. Por todo esto la sensacion de suciedad no se correspondia con la categoria que este tipo de hotel te debe aportar. No volvería a este hotel!! lo siento!!! Mas abajo me piden el nombre, para qué??? Esto ya lo reclamé en la recepción del hotel.

Muy bien, la verdad es que es bastante espectacular, sobre todo el hall. La única pega, la almohada, aunque esto es algo común en la mayoría de los hoteles. Ah! Y que al personal de limpieza le gusta dejar el AC puesto cuando termina sus tareas, y al llegar por la noche la habitación parece el polo norte. Pero en general, muy recomendable.

Muy buen hotel, moderno, funcional, persona muy atento,las habitaciones amplias y luminosas, todo muy acorde a su categoria.

Hotel nuevo, cómodo, limpio y muy agradable.

Hyggelige personer i resepsjonen. Hyggelig atmosfære i resepsjon og i baren i 1.etg. Stort romslig rom med meget god utsikt. Frokostbuffeen var serdeles smakfull og innbydende. Personale var hyggelige og ydet god service. Rengjøring av rom var bra.

Bien mais une piscine trop petite et a l'ombre et une moquette pas trés propre mais sinon le reste est correcte j'en suis assez satisfait !

Realmente excelente, y la habitacion muy cómoda.Sólo un pero, arreglen la pista de squash,cubriendola con una red, ya que es habitual el que se pierdan las pelotas por la parte superior..

Alta calidad de hotel (4*), todo muy nuevo y bien presentado. Empleados del hotel/ anfitriones todos profesionales y muy amable. Sí lo recomendaría, tener en cuenta que no está en el centro centro - si tiene coche, la localizacion es problema ningúno. Hotel y barrio/ districto es un poco business-orientado. En general, muy buen hotel y muy recomendable.

La verdad es que me sorprendio gratamente este hotel. Lo recomendaria sin pensarlo.

La verdad es que el hotel estaba genial y con muchísimas comodidades que otros hoteles de los alrededores no te ofrecen. El trato fue buenísimo.

Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas para la categoría del hotel, aunque están bien acomodadas y completas.

piscine située à l ombre impossible d' ouvrir les fenetres donc balcon qui ne sert à rien

We stayed 3 days at the Sorolla Palace hotel and we really enjoyed it. Everything was perfect, the only disadvantage we could perhaps mention is the location (but if you take a bus, taxi or the metro, you're in town within 10min) and the coffee at breakfast (I don't understand why such a fine hotel uses 2 nescafé-machines, instead of preparing fresh good coffee, not such an effort I think)
