Front desk staff was excellent. Overall impression very favorable. Hotel restaurant mediocre.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Only real negative was that outsiders had a very difficult time calling into the hotel.

Hotel was wonderful...it even has heated floors in the bathroom, which I'd never seen before! So, it's definitely 5-star. Only negative is that the hotel is pretty far from the city center, and there didn't appear to be any services within walking distance...with the exception of the University Hospital which is very close.

This hotel earns it's 5 stars.Friendly and helpful staff.Big clean rooms with heated floors in bath room.Heated towel holders.Auto sun shades.hotel close to Metro stop.Highly recommend hotel.

This hotel was excellent value for money, extremely clean, staff were very polite and helpful and the hotel was close enough to the centre of the city without being too close. very easy to travel around from this hotel, we used the metro and it's only a couple of stops to the santiago bernabeu and about 10 mins into the centre attractions . would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting madrid. If only for the views alone, which are truly majestic!!! Only thing i could say as a slight negative was that the hotel never had many english speaking TV channels but then again who watches telly on holiday???! thank you Eurostars Madrid tower for a brilliant stay in Madrid.

Great hotel, good value for money, good location next to Metro station. Couldnt fault the hotel for anything (although the floorboards in the gym creaked a lot)! It is definitely my favoured hotel in Madrid and will stay nowhere else.

Free wifi but no free water felt a little mean, but offset with some nice Lindor chocolates on turndown! Room decor was nice and with a high floor number, great views

This Hotel is fantastic with a level of service you usually only get in the Far East. I would stay here again without hesitation. The restrauant and bar are expensive but it is an award winning restaurant and so the prices reflect its excellence. If I had t be picky I would say the it would be nice to have a couple of english channels on the TV and not just CNN and BBC world News and perhaps a movie channel. it is in the Business district in an iconic building so a short tube ride from the centre of town but that is a small price to pay given its standard. The rooms are immaculate and the quality of service never faltered. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Madrid.

VERY nice hotel, but very expensive. Following parking fees and breakfast, this added up to the same cost of the room, which was excessive. I forgot my sweater there and when I phoned them to ask about it, they said they had it, so I asked them to mail it. They insisted on FEDEX, and when I said that the normal mail would be enough, they insisted that FEDEX was the only was they would send it and they wanted my credit card details. Would I stay there again, yes, but definiteley not take their very expensive breakfast which is no better than an average coffe shop would serve.

very good place - near Airport - 15Euro via Taxi- great for business.

Usually this hotel is a pleasure to stay at, but on this occasion I was given a room where airconditioning did not work!

Decent modern new build hotel located in business district close to airport. Staff generally average, very petty when it came to extending check out by an hour when the hotel was obviously not full. Bed not so comfortable nor were pillows but generally very good value for money.

The hotel is simply awesome! Awesome view from the big and very comfortable rooms, very modern, everything just on a press of the button, can't be easyer. Very Fast and big elevators, the room was cleaned every day, and the metro station was just 300 m away, and in 30 min you're in the center of the city. If will be ever again in Madrid, will stay there again!

I stayed at many different Hotels in Madrid a city with lots of excellent hotels options however Eurostars is very convenient for business travelers. Good location, near airport, easy access to town, phenomenal food, great internet access and one of the best views of the mountains surrounding Madrid if you can get a high floor.

The quality of the hotel, services and amenties are excellent. Firstly the staff was very polite and responsive and there was always a staff who also spoke English.Futuristic look and feel of the rooms with heated bathroom floor and towel rail. High quality beds and linens. Wonderful food in the restaurants but expensive.

This is a beautiful hotel with all the amenities - including bath tubs in the rooms. First rate beds and linens. High end look and feel of the rooms. Wonderful food in the restaurants. The spa is top notch. The only down side is that it is not downtown. So if you have an early flight and don't care about staying in the city, this new hotel is perfect - and is much closer to the airport. There are several restaurants within 10 minutes walk of the hotel and there is a huge urban mall with an El Corte, Campo grocery store and many shops and a food court about 25 minute walk from the hotel. Although everyone at the hotel speaks English, be careful that the further out you go, little English is spoken.

I recommend this hotel to everyone on a short brake in Madrid. Would stay there again when I am in the Spanish capital.

The quality of the hotel, services and amenties are excellent. Location is convenient for my business purposes however the surrounding neighborhood is not particularly accommodating for business visitors, having little or no restaurants in walking distance, etc. however it is within a 15-20 minute walk or short taxi ride.

The Eurostars Madrid Tower has easy access to the metro, and fast food resturants are within walking distrance. The food howerver is absolutely exceptional at the Eurostar. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with heated barthroom marble floors, with full tub, and multi-faucet shower. The view of the city from your hotel room is simply breath-taking. Computer access, particularly in the lounge area, gives you an option of viewing from a 32 inch screen. Room service is fit for a king, or a president. The employees were able to speak English, very pleasant, and resourceful. I could not imagine staying at any other hotel if I returned to the exciting city of Madrid, Spain. Teh Eurostars lives up to the name of a 5-star hotel.

I went to Madrid for a short break with my wife, i had planned a suprise her, i have to say i am not the greatest at planning trips without my wify's consent. lol... however i was amazed by the service i got over the phone from Eurostar Madrid Towers team and when i arrived there it just got better. i loved the place and the view across Madrid and the rooms were clean and trendy... love it and love to go again... the only thing i would say bad about the hotel is the location to Sol and to attractions, its about 20/25mins via Tube/Metro and about 10mins via cab/taxi. Saying that the tubes were alot cleaner then the stations in london. One thing to remember is that when on the metro just make sure that you keep your belongings very close to you as there are thieives in suits. so be aware. Overall the hotel was great and loved it and would recommended it any one. Kind Regards Jahney...

The front desk and spa service were great. The restaurant staff was rude and the food was inedible. The exterior of the hotel and the room was quite impressive However we had consistent issues with the temperature of the room (too hot) and with the shower (while stylish, it consistently leaked a large amount of water flooding the bathroom. According to the hotel staff this was expected (??). We will never go back.

Fantastic hotel, amazing value for the quality of this property. I will stay there again. The location is a a little far from the city center, but, you also escape all the hustle and bustle as an added bonus.

Our stay was simply superb. The room on the 18th floor was absolutely perfect and the view towards the snow-capped sierras is unforgettable. Everything is high tech. The only bad point is the cost of the buffet breakfast on the 30th floor that hits you 30 euros per person...!!! FYI there's a McDonalds just one block away!! This is the most modern part of Madrid and the hotel is one of four top-design skyscrapers.

Fantastisk hotel.flotte mennesker som jobber der.nydelig hotel.organiserte alt vi gjorde i madrid.beste hotellet jeg har bodd på i madrid,og jeg har vært der tusen ganger.servicen var fantastisk.beliggenheten 5 minutter til selve sentrum med buss.

Al llegar no tenían la reserva de hoteles.com en el sistema. La tarjeta de acceso a la habitación no funcionaba porque el mecanismo se había quedado sin pila. Hubo que esperar a seguridad y a mantenimiento, aunque fueron relativamente rápidos. Contratamos servicios del Spa, en general bien, pero la puerta de la sauna estaba descolgada, la ducha del baño turco no funcionaba y no había albornoces en la habitación. El desayuno buffet bueno, sin ser espectacular. En resumen, un hotel que merece la pena conocer por lo novedoso, pero no para repetir.

O hotel é impressionante. O preço pago foi muito bom e estava pensando que seria uma daquelas armadilhas de rankear como 5 estrelas e no fim parecer um de 4 estrelas. Mas muito pelo contrário! Realmente um 5 estrelas com atendimento impecável, muito limpo e a decoração do quarto é espetacular. Tudo novinho e a vista lá do andar que fiquei (25o) é muito legal. Para quem gosta de automação de ambientes, este hotel é imperdível. Luzes, cortina, tudo automatizado.. O metro é perto e o percurso de carro até o centro é bem fácil.
