The room was very nice. We stayed in a king size with kitchenette which was perfect for an overnight with the family. The gym, pool and spa were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it, overall. A REAL gym, large and heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Clean comfortable room and bed although the pull-out for our kids was not comfy (next time we'll get a full bed for them). It was nice to have a microwave and sink. Lobby was an amazing place to sit and read or relax. The staff was generally very friendly and helpful although the front desk was not as friendly as we'd expected. Restaurant was nice, but pricey. We'll stay again.

It was our 7th stay in Vail / Beaver Creek and this hotel is by far the best. We will come back, for sure!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pricing is comparably outrageous to everything else in Vail. I did feel I got my money's worth in comparison to other years trips to Vail. Food was excellent and the market and cafe are are great options to take the curse away from a $100.00 breakfast. Ski valet and gondola are perfectly run and staff could not be better. I love hotels.com.... Great site and it always works!

There was conflicting information about making reservations for spa treatments between online, phone conversations with staff, the ad in the hotel room, and actual face-to-face at the spa desk. We missed having our massages when we wanted them because we had been told that preliminary reservations weren't needed. When we got there, the spa was booked, and we had to wait for the morning of the day we left - not ideal. The spa treatment was GREAT!

Beautiful hotel with spectacular views. The staff was top-notch. Our room was beautiful, clean and warm and cozy.

They were very accommodating and accept pets in the room without restrictions. Our room was very clean, had a comfortable set up, and plenty of space. The small kitchenette was convenient for preparing snacks and light meals--everything we needed was available! My only minor complaint would be the mandatory valet parking they charged your for--service was excellent but they really don't offer self-parking as the website suggested.

The carpeting needed cleaning. Stains everywhere. Wood flooring was filthy. Maybe it's because they allow dogs in this hotel. Regardless, it is not acceptable. The room service food is very expensive and not that great. If Mr. Sandoval is the best Latin Chef in the country, then I'm Santa Claus. A 10" pizza for room service costs $17? And it wasn't even good. I am an executive chef and the food there is pathetic and way overpriced. Overall I feel ripped off. I have stayed in 4 star hotels all around the world and this place is WAY over rated. I give it 1 or 2 stars at best.

This hotel was very accomedating. I stayed here for a big race and the staff managed it very well. The beds were amazing. The hot tubs were well kept for after the race.

The room was large and the contemporary design is pretty, but not particularly comfortable. As other reviews have pointed out, service is the problem. We left a kids stuffed animal in the car. The front desk helpfully volunteered to have the valet fetch it for use. Sounded great. The problem was that it took over an hour to get it. Room service was also lacking. I don't expect great value from room service, but every time, there was something wrong with our order. Also, we ordered a kids pizza and an adult pizza. Exactly the same size and amount of toppings, but the adult pizza was 2x the price! When I complained, I was told they made the adult pizzas larger (it wasn't) and more toppings (ours were exactly the same). When I pointed this out, I was told to order the kids pizza next time. If you don't need services from the hotel, it is very clean and nice. Services can be slow, and definitely avoid room service entirely.

The staff and hotel truely is Pet Friendly. They really make you and your dogs welcome.

have stayed here before, and enjoyed our stay. Infiltrated with bugs through the vent when we returned from dinner, and night manager arrived immediately to suck them off the ceiling with a vacuum. Evidently, this can happen more in the summer months, but because of unusually dry weather in Colorado, they're appearing earlier. Offered to change rooms for us, but since we had unpacked everything, we chose to stay put. They did, however, waive our valet fee for the 2 nights we stayed there.. Other than that, we enjoyed Cima, the new restaurant, and our son loved the pool. We will return!!

This hotel is gorgeous and right on the river. If your trip is to ski or snowboard, you will want to take the gondola over to the Ritz. If your kids are in ski school it may be easier to stay at the Hyatt.

The property itself is really nice (rooms, spa, pool, lobby). The first few nights, my friend booked and we were in a room that had a strange smell. I reserved the last night in another room via this website and it was fine. I felt the service was not 4 or 5 star caliber. We'd ask a simple question and no one seemed to know an answer. The valets are very good though and everyone was nice enough. Hotel is out of the way for the ski resorts. Gondola is fairly convenient to Bachelor Gulch and Beaver Creek but you have to transfer to a few lifts to get to Beaver Creek Village. They made it seem, when we made reservations, like they are at the ski resorts. Then they recommend we just take the ECO Bus (public transportation) to the resorts like Vail. I'm not hopping on a bus with all my ski gear. What if we wanted stay and have dinner at Vail? If you stay at this resort, you will need to rent a car at Eagle Airport so you can drive to ski villages (don't take the Mountain Express shuttle from the airport to the hotel).

Real nice hotel. If you stay at hotel you have to valet. So another $20 per night. Perfect for couples.

This Westin location cannot possibly receive a higher rating. The staff treats you like you're the only guest in the hotel, the property is immaculate and in exceptional condition, the services are exceptional, and the value exceeds the price paid! Also, dogs are welcomed at no additional charge! I can't wait to come back to this hotel!!!!

Great hotel, staff was awesome we had a great experience! Will definitely come back - get the studio suite - it's worth the money.

Great place to stay but make sure and add 40.00 for both the mandatory resort fee and mandatory valet fee.

Very classy hotel, just a short gondola ride to Beaver Creek, or a 10 minute drive to Vail. Would love to go back.

This hotel is outstanding. We are going several times a year and it is SUPER every time. The rooms are comfortable, very clean, well appointment and they thought of every detail you might need. Very nice spa and pool area. And - most important - not as noisy as lot of other hotels in the Valley. Maybe they keep families with small children more separate. Also housekeeping doesn't knock at your door at 9am in the morning. We will be back!

Best ski hotel I have ever stayed at.

Spent a great weekend at the Westin Riverfront Hotel. The staff was exceptional. Loved the hot tubs and spa apres ski. The Avondale restaurant was a good choice the first night...great food and ambience. Will definitely return.

Off the beaten path. Gondola is nice but just not convenient. The room we had was painfully loud. Had to switch rooms since impossible to sleep through noise and then they gave us a room covered in smoke. Switched again and only reponse was, "oh, sorry!" We lost the entire afternoon waiting around while they tried to fix our 1st room after a message was left that noise was fixed already. It was extremely frustrating.

Thank you so much Westin Staff of Beaver Creek, CO, you were across the board superior. Love you guys....you very much deserved the write-up from Conde-Nast. Thanks again! What excellence in the hotel world! You were above 5-stars at all times, I wanna come back and NOW!

One of only a few hotels in the Vail/Beaver Creek Area that is pet friendly. Pricey, but well worth the cost. No extrra fees for pets. We had two with us and there were no hastles or issues. Only issue was with room service. We ordered dinner in the room and it took well over an hour to receive our meals. The hotel was fully booked and there was a large wedding reception that evening that probably caused the delays.

The beds and pillows were not that comfortable. Housekeeping staff tried to barge in without knocking right after we checked in to the room. The room was not quite clean. The next morning they tried to clean 2 hours before check out time. The maid could not tell us the check out time. The concierge desk did not answer the phone during several attempts at various times.This was not a cheap hotel. I would have expected better service.

Hotel was beautiful! Service was amazing! Staff extremely friendly and helpful! Jon at the concierge was really helpful at helping us plan our activities. I would definitely stay again! Lots of shops and stores nearby! Got a great massage in the spa!
