أنا وزوجي و ابني (12) اقمنا في غرفة فائقة فاخرة في Grand sarovar. عادة نحن نقيم في جناح و لكن للأسف الأجنحة كانت أكثر من ميزانيتنا. بغض النظر فان الغرفة كانت كبيرة بما يكفي لاستيعاب ثلاثتنا براحة علي الاقل للاقامة القصيرة. الثلاجة الصغيرة كانت ممتلئة بالكامل و بأسعار معقولة جدا, الافطار كان ممتازا مع اختيارات كبيرة من الطعام الهندي و الغربي. تناولنا ايضا العشاء في الفندق بالطريقتين البوفيه و . و قد وجدنا الطعا و الخدمة متميزين ايضا.(احتاج ابننا الي اصلاح البرغر و رضي عن برجر لحم الضأن مع البطاطس المقلية). احتجنا ايضا الي عمل ترتيبات مع وسائل النقل. الفندق لديه سائقين يمكن الاعتماد عليهم وقد كانوا ممتازين حقا. سعر غرفتنا تضمن الانتقالات من الفندق للمطار و بعد وصولنا تأخرت رحلتنا ساعتين و نصف. و لدهشتنا و لانقاذنا فان السائق كان لا يزال هنا. كنا سعداء جدا باقامتنا في Grand Sarovar و نوصي به بشدة.

استمتعنا ب 3 ليالي رائعة في الفندق. الطاقم كان ودودا و متعاونا. بوفيه الافطار كان ممتازا.وقد سد دش الغرفة و لكنه اصلح في خلال 15 دقيقة من مكالمتنا لمكتب الاستقبال. الشئ المحبط الوحيد كان وقت المغادرة. استغرقوا وقتا كبيرا لحساب تكلفة الاشياء المستخدمة في الغرفة.وقد كان لدينا رحلة طيران لابد من اللحاق بها. فانتهي بنا الامر ملقين 500 روبية علي المكتب لتغطية التكاليف مهما كانت قيمتها. قد تكون اشياء ب 30 روبية. لست متأكدا. ايا كان. غير ذلك فقد كانت الاقامة ممتازة!

فندق لطيف و نظيف. ولكن يوجد مشكلتان: (1) الغرف لها رائحة مطهر قوية (2) الموقع ليس قريبا من أي شئ ماعدا Inorbit Mall, حتي المطار يبعد 30 دقيقة.

Need more staff in the reception. Only one person most of the time to handle guests

It's really west of money nd horrible expirenc to stay . Bathroom r in really pathetic condition. Dy dnt deliver wt Dy promise on Der advertisement.

Location of the hotel was far away (over an hour) from the colonal area for site seeing which was dissapointing. This is really a business hotel, the rooms are modern, spacious, clean with comfy beds, free wifi and fab breakfast. The hotel did offer us the hotel car for the day but do charge a fortune. My travel partner left mobile in the back of hotel taxi. We realised as soon as we got back to the room within 5 mins and called down to reception. The message came back saying it was not in the car. We insisted on checking ourselves as we had been looking at pictures on it in the back so knew it was there. The driver said we must have lost it somewhere else. We knew it was in the car and checked the seats, somehow the mobile then got magically thrown at us whislt we were searching which was a little suspicious. We got the phone back though which was the important thing. Mall about 15 min walk from hotel which is handy but beware Tuk Tuk's do not seem to want to bring you back to hotel at night.

The hotel overall was good. However, upon arrival, the manager wanted to charge us additional money for my 16yr old. Told him that at time of booking, child's age was stated & already calculated in payment and that nothing in the booking stated I would have to pay additional amt. (I had booked 2 rooms- each room 2 adults & 1 child). After he read my confirmation, he agreed not to charge us. (No extra bed was sent). **** Also, at time of booking I had requested adjoining rooms which when we arrived we were told their hotel didn't have any adjoining rooms. **** One room faced the street and was really loud at night, the other room faced the back of the hotel was much quieter **** Taxi service thru hotel was convenient. However, at time of request we were not told we would have to pay for parking and tolls- we should have been told upfront. ***** Our reservation included breakfast- food was really good per my family memebers (unfortunately, I was too sick to enjoy it). **** Close to malls and shopping in Andheri and my relatives **** Complimentary airport shuttle was convenient. ************ Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

We were on 5th floor – 1st night stay totally ruined, outside traffic noise till late night and again started early morning couldn't sleep, Reception Staff played same tape – whole hotel is fully booked! And no other rooms are available, finally request to Hotel Manager worked and we were transferred to other room. Typically Ridiculous reception Location not good for family holiday – traffic is major problem. I’ll never go back to this hotel

The best part of the hotel is the location, its near to most of the malls in mumbai. Condition and maintenance are also good . Cant say that in case of the service though. I had booked a package through hotel.com, which specifically listed a free airport shuttle among the offers as part of the package, however, when i was going to check out, i was denied the free service, saying that was some misinformation on part of hotels.com. Even if were there, the hotel should have provided the service as an apology, as would any hotel. So dont trust the information about packages on hotel.com

Room, food and beverage charges are of a 5 star hotel and claim to be a five star hotel, but the quality and quantity of food & beverage and the overall service is worst than a 2 star hotel. Extremely rude staff and none of them care about the inconvenience they cause to the guests. No apologies whatsoever. Worst hotel I have lived in so far

Always passed the Grand Sarovar on my way to the mall and always wanted to know how it would be. It couldn't be actually called a vacation but a 3 night stopover for my family while I attended a seminar. Rooms were great. For those who prefer peace and quite should specifically ask for rooms NOT FACING the main road. Food was good. Room service excellent. Staff were kind. Not much to say about the location though. Don't understand why they say its next to Oberoi Mall. Its actually not. Its exactly between Oberoi Mall and Inorbit Mall. Its a 15minute walk to either mall. Overall a good stay.

Had to find a good hotel at a very late hour....Sarovar lived up to our exectations.

Great service...excellent facilities and caring staff !! Was very impressed...The hotel provided 5star service at a 4star price. This is truly a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the mumbai experience.

Second time here and as before this hotel and it's attentive and professional staff stand up to comparison of the 5* chain I stayed with previously. Well located for train in to central Bombay and very good restaurant 'Image' just around the corner next to the Telephone Exchange.

very nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, swimming pool, business centre and wifi facilities. Ideal for easy exit to airport and close to main freeway.

location is good. food are great. very accomodating staff. just make sure your room is not facing the highway as you will have an automatic alarm clock is the morning. :)

Hotel is near to Intl. Airport Mumbai. Coolcab Prepaid Taxi cost 260 Rs. inkl. 2 luggage for 2 Persons. About 1 km by TukTuk 12 Rs. or 10 minute walk to Shopping Center. Pizza Hut and more food stalls are in Shopping Center. Surrounding neighbourhood is nothing but for a short stay it gives a Pool and Fitness Center, Internet for free. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant beds.

My new base in Mumbai! Highly recommended and excellent value. Great rooms, staff and food.

great place and worth it! will be coming back

Cons: - Wifi modem was not working and they told me to use LAN instead - Drainage system of the bathroom wass not working and whenever I took a shower, the water was high up to my ankles - Windows were not sound proof and there is a constant honking sound from the street. Pros: - Behavior of the reception and doorman was good

This hotel is in excellent condition, very clean, stylish, exudes warmth and hospitality. Reception staff, bell boys and security are all wonderful. Restaurant is really good, great food, nice variety

After travelling for two days on a train from Kerala, this was the perfect end destination. The location was excellent as it is easy to reach teh international airport. All of the staff were wonderfula and so accomodating. The array of food on offer was also very good. The rooms exceptionally clean and modern. There is not much to see in the area but staff are more than happy to recommend places to go even if it means a short taxi ride. The was a fantastic stay and would definately suggest staying here.

Hotel is very clean close from the biggest malls in Mumbai Rooms new and modern Try to be in quite room otherwise traffic will be very noisy for the rooms in road view

Its a great Hotel to stay if you gotta stay in suburbs of Mumbai. Excellent quality of staff and nice decor. The pillows were not too comfy though. That was the only thing of concern, otherwise a great hotel to stay in.

Pleased with their service. Breakfast was good and the buffet had a very wide choice. Doorman was very good and helpful Reception staff went the extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one Very near for the shopping malls, Malad and Kandivali

Room size and decor not worth the price. Mattresses are not very comfortable. Overall a below average experience. Don't think I will prefer this place again.

well presented hotel.All staff very helpfull and very willing to help.We had breakfast which was at a good standard and enjoyed our stay very much.Will stay their again,Had to take toot toot to a shopping market which took around 25mins to get to,GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY,,,,,,,,,

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms were well appointed and very roomy. The service was quite good. The breakfast buffet was great and we had dinner at the hotel which was good. The only problem with the hotel is that it is outside of Mumbai. You need to take a train to the city to see the sights. Taking the commuter train in India is truly an experience. If you want to be near downtown, this is not the hotel.

I stayed for 4 night and the hotel is definitely 4 star hotel. Gym is good and the internet is free. The pool is a little small and is on the rooftop. Rooms are very clean with high quality bedding. This a very nice breakfast spread and lounge/restaurant on the 2nd floor. A small amount of water leaked from the shower onto the bathroom (but was minimal) and that was my only complaint -- but overall the bathroom is excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent condition. Polite staff Good and comfortable interiors Convenient location Great food and overall this is a great value for money. Good one for a family holiday.
