The only thing I was disappointed in was I didn't get hot water in my tub :0(

The room was overall nice. For the positives, it was very clean, the tv was great, the bed was super comfortable, love the location (next to Stein Erickson), very quiet, pretty decor, friendly staff. For the negatives, the bedroom was a little small, there weren't any black-out curtains which meant no sleeping in for me, the fireplace didn't work and we didn't want to bother with calling maintenance at 10pm, and the shower head was horrible. Overall it was nice - but not perfect. We live close by and only went for a one-nighter away from the kids. I was really looking forward to sleeping in but the lack of black-out curtains made that difficult.

Wonderful hotel with top notch service and facilities. The rooms were beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. The shuttle service they provided to downtown Park City was reliable and easy. The only glitch was a contractor who started hammering at 7. We will certainly stay there again if we can avoid the hammering. We recommend it highly!

To ski, just cross the street. Great service, nice rooms.

Great location. Amazing staff.

The hotel is very nice but pricey and tiny. Did not have room to even open our luggage on a luggage stand. No floor space. I also had a terrible view. facing a wall. The hotel employees are very nice, but being so cramped put a big damper on our vacation. We were three in a room w two queen size beds.

We've stayed at the Chateaux twice and will definitely stay there again!

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT LOCATION, A FUN STAY

Rooms are pretty ordinary and on the small side. Location can't be beat. Concierge service was great.

The hotel was clean and staff extremely friendly. The room did not have a chair or sofa other than the small desk chair. The desk was already crowded with stuff so was not inviting to setup a laptop. The bed was very comfortable and the ameneties top notch. Snow clearing activities in the parking lot across the street woke me at 5:30AM and went on for a good 20-30 minutes. Park City is beautiful and I found it worth the drive to/from my Salt Lake meetings just to see the mountains in the morning. Great night life even early in the season.

This was perfect for a quiet romantic getaway. It is the slow season, so we did not have any problems with crowding or having to wait for anything. The staff was extremely helpful and even insisted on driving us over to the Troll Hallen Lounge because it was dark and could be confusing to find. Troll Hallen Lounge was perfect for our dinner needs and was essentially right across the street. Cena is still closed for the season and Glitretind's menu items just didn't do it for us this evening. No other restaurants are available for dinner within walking distance to the hotel but the shuttle will drive you anywhere and pick up. The grounds and surrounding hotels all have their christmas lights/decorations up and it is such a festive environment! We had a king room. It was very comfortable, nicely appointed and very clean. The fireplace was wonderful and the jacuzzi was good too. My only complaint, if I were to stay for a longer time, would be that the room is very dark. Great for sleeping in but if we had the children the lights would have needed to be on during the day. Also the air was blowing so loudly under the door that it made a whistling sound. We finally put a towel at the bottom of the door that stopped the sound. Not sure that this is a normal problem but due to extremely high winds that also blew off the garage door the day before. I would definitely stay again. It is the picture perfect holiday accommodations with exceptional service.

My husband and I just went for a little weekend getaway and we had a great time. The hotel staff is very friendly. The room we stayed in was a studio with a murphy bed and it was spectacular. There was a full kitchen that was beautiful and a personal balcony. It was a very comfortable stay.

Great deluxe suite. Perfect location for skiing in the winter or hiking in the fall. The hotel's shuttle service to Park City was terrific, enabling me to take advantage of excellent restaurants and galleries.

Everything was great!! My wife and stayed here for our honeymoon and the service was great and the room was amazing!!

Enjoyed our stay. Very elegant place away from the rush of Park City Main Street. Only a couple minor complaints: the restaurant is closed during off season, part of spring and fall, which was during our stay. Also, the ten cup coffee pot was only supplied with a packet for two cups of coffee. Otherwise a wonderful couple nights.

I was really impressed with the staff there. They helped us out with booking our horse back ridding even before we stayed there. The room was cozy and cute, the restaurant was amazing and the location was great. Loved loved it!!

My wife and I had a wonderful time in this beutiful hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. The restraunt was terrific and the rooms were very comfortable. I loved everything about this hotel.

The quality of the service was excellent; the staff were extremely helpful and very kind. The room was wonderful; loved the bathroom/kitchen set-up and the refrigerator was a good size. Loved the location even though we had to shuttle to Mainstreet each day. They have a nice shuttle service that was free. Would definitley stay there again.

We were finishing up our 7 state road trip and decided to take advantage of the great hotel deals in Park City in the off season. The Chateaux at Silver Lake did not disappoint. Our rooms were amazing and cost about the same as the Holiday Inns we had been staying at in other locations. In a minor mix up on our extension, the hotel staff quickly fixed everything and were so friendly and helpful. We are ready to bring our extended family back next year!!!

This was my first trip to Deer Valley during the summer and I couldn't get over the beauty of the mountain in July. The hotel was perfect. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The room was elegant without being pretentious. The linens were soft; the pillows abundant! The delicious food was served by an animated and charming server. Also loved being able to walk across to the Stein Erickson lodge for breakfast on the deck.

Everything was great. One minor disappoimtment. We were not able to get coffee antwhere in the hotel in the morning. Just the room coffee makers not great. Surprising for a hotel of this quality.

Comfortable room, bed, toasty fireplace indoors. Nice faciilties - large outdoor courtyard with fireplace area for sitting and waterfall feature - pool is secluded. Staff was friendly and informative. No parking fees (in July at least). Limited restaurants in the area - 5 minute drive to Main Street Park City where there are plenty.

The room was nice but felt a little cramped. The walls were a little thin, we could hear the neighbors very easily in the morning. Some of the details within the hotel were showing ware.

My husband and I stayed here in the off-season this year for my birthday. The beds were so comfortable, the hotel staff was beyond magnificent, and the rooms were very cozy. The swimming pool was warm, the hot tub was hot, and the fire pit provided great nighttime relaxation. The only downside was since it was the off-season the bar and restaurant were closed, but there was a driver to take us to eat on Main Street which was so much fun. I would recommend anyone and everyone to stay at this hotel, wonderful, just wonderful!

I don't have much negative to say about the stay. Other than the fact that it is a little distanced from park city, the service was great, and the room was great. The room was clean. We stayed in a room with a king size bed, and got an upgrade to a studio room the next night, so we got to experience a couple different rooms. Both were very clean. The hotel is like right in the middle of the resort(which was pretty much empty because it was the off season). It was a little hard to find because it's clear up the canyon, but my wife and I both loved it.

It was hard to find room numbers from the outside. No close places to eat or shop. We had to go down into town. But the room itself was great and the hotel receptionist was great .It was kind of dirty over by the hot tubs hotel entrance, cigarette butts all over.

We loved it - our room seemed brand new! We stayed in the studio room and we quite enjoyed it. Seemed Luxurious. We were concerned about the Murphey bed but we enjoyed the mattress pad and it was comfortable. We will be back!

I loved the hotel! My family stayed for two nights and the setup was great and we had plenty of room. Because of the ski season being over the place was quiet and the staff was very attentive and friendly. I would go back again!

The Murphy bed to my surprise was quite comfortable. I took the room in order to provide the family a place to gather. It worked wonderfully. Staff were incredible.

great service, the rental shop was great on site, parking is amazing, location is almost as good as ski in ski out. great alternative option to st. regis and montage, much better price.

The staff was extremely helpful. Clean comfortable room, great pool & hot tub area. About 5 minutes from Main street. Will stay again.
