خدمة سيئة في كل مكان. لا توجد خدمة طعام في الليل على الرغم من أن موظف الاستقبال أكد أن المطبخ مفتوح حتى الساعة 2:00ص لكن طاقم عمل المطبخ أخبرني أنه يغلق عند الساعة 10:00م. لم أستقبل مكالمة ايقاظ ليومين متتاليين حتى بعد أن طلبت ذلك من موظف الاستقبال والعامل. تشكيلة إفطار محدودة جداً. توقع انتظار نصف ساعة لحافلة النقل المكوكية من وإلى المطار.

Great location for catching our morning flight the next day. Surprisingly good meal at the restaurant.

I would have liked better shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle was not frequent enough and was over-crowded. A shuttle schedule should be posted in the lobby. I had to ask; the clerk should have told me and handed me a schedule when I checked in. We missed our flight to Stockholm because of the shuttle taking so long to go to other hotels and because of over-crowded elevators in the airport. The people at the desk at Best Western could have shown some initiative and warned us how long it normally takes to check in at CDG airport.

As airport hotels go, it was OK. the restaurant was only average quality, but above average price. It performed as needed - it was our last night abroad and they had a clean bed and a shuttle to the terminal.

The staff was very friendly, patient and helpful. All staff spoke some level of English. If one person couldn't understand enough English to answer the question, they would get someone who could communicate more effectively. The hotel is located in the town of Roissy--in a very quaint, and safe area. Within a mile or less walk are parks, great restaurants, grocers and the most wonderful bakery. The only downside to the stay was the use of the shuttle (NOT run by the hotel). In order to get the metro, the shuttle had to be used to get back to the airport/train station. Although it is stated that the shuttle runs every half an hour, it is really a loose approximation. Also, you cant count on the shuttle pulling into the semi-circular hotel driveway. On a couple different occasions, it stopped in the front of the driveway, and once it drove right past the hotel without stopping at all!

The property is really below average. Overall cleanliness is VERY marginal. Hallways and room REAKED of some terrible fragrance. The room looks nothing like the photos on the website. Carpets looked very dirty. Shuttle buses serving the hotel was inefficient, crammed with people and did not operate on schedule. Departing the morning of my flight I waited for 45 minutes for the bus to arrive and then another 30 to travel the short distance. Next time I have a layouver at CDG I will look for something better and CLEANER.

We overnighted here at the end of our family vacation week in Paris. The location was great - close to the airport for our flight out and offered a free bus shuttle service to/from the airport which we took advantage of not only to fly out on our departure day, but also to get to/from the terminal to catch the RER into and out of the city on our last day of touring. The room was very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 double beds) and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Free internet was available. We were not on site long enough to enjoy the restaurant, but the menu looked good, if a little pricey. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Room was fantastic and restaurant food was excellent though a little expensive. Only complaint would be that when the Black Bus came to shuttle to the airport since a tour bus was in the drive up, the Black Bus stopped at the road and no one from the hotel announced its arrival. I know many people missed it because of that.

Very helpful staff

Very good Hotel... !!!

Great hotel... USA style but the service was questionable. I order room service, unfortunately the credit card terminal was not designed to read cards with stripe. I asked to add to my hotel total bill and I even offered to go down to the reception when I noticed that the waitress wasnt comfortable with that idea. As soon as I started to eat ( less than 5 minutes later), I received 3 phone calls back to back as if I was going to run with 46 euros.... Come On!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Room and hotel were great for the one night I stayed there.

Nice hotel. Near CDG airport. Has free shuttle ---although crowded at rush hours. Rooms are good sized (for Paris) - 2 queen sized beds. Adequate bath room. Did not use restaurant. Costs 45 Euro taxi ride to get to Eiffel tower.

A very good clean hotel with shuttle connection from CDG Airport for an overnight stay before your next day flight. Arrived after 10:00pm everything was ready just I had to pay additional small charge for some kind of tourist tax (?). Girl at front desk had trouble to explain properly info about where and how to get to my room. Her French was not very good, I had trouble to understand her (asian accent). However, accidentally there was in the corridor a maintenance guy who gave me right info in "normal" French. Strange enough the first floor is actually 0 (zero) floor.

We stayed here because we had an early flight home after a nice vacation in France. There is really nothing but hotels in the area so we ate at the restaurant in the hotel. The meal was great for a hotel restaurant. It was a nice last night for us. The shuttle to the airport is supposed to come every 15-20 minutes but we waited over a half an hour, which made us a little nervous about getting to our flights. But I suspect there was limited service on Christmas Eve because the hotels were empty.

Hotel f good standing but its location does not favour easy shuttling to the airport. Cleaness was ok but the toilet room needs further maintenance

Comfortable, breakfast ready at 5:30 before plane starts

The Best Western CDG provided a decent room at an excellent price close to CDG. Rooms are spartan but decent size. The shuttle to the airport is convenient, but it can be very crowded at the peak departure time.

Perfect for a short layover in Paris. The staff spoke English and were quite helpful. Room was a good size.

Checked in late in the evening with ease. The front desk clerk was super. The room was clean and comfortable. Very confusing shower (hot water) and really needs instructions for weary travelers. Unfortunately, check out in the wee hours to make a plane almost ruined the stay as the desk clerk was very rude and unhelpful.

Close to airport with shuttle available. Hotel a little old but good size room and great location.

Very nice staff, good lounge and breakfast, did kill one roach in our room, told the staff at check out who were very indifferant...

Would have liked to have coffee maker in the room and a more helpful desk staff.

Hotel was fine, with great front desk help (thank you Eric) but not really an airport hotel. It's way further than the 1 km away the site states. Shuttle bus service was for multiple hotels, ran irregularly and took superlong to get from terminal to hotel - with many stops between and hordes of people getting on and off. Wasted a ton of our precious Paris time circling around CDG access roads. Bottom line: this cluster of off-airport hotels at Roussy should NOT be misperceived as on-airport.

No surprises. Just what one would expect from a Best Western. Convenient to CDG airport.

The hotel was like any international Best Western but the staff really stood out here. We had a lot of special needs and they met every one of them politely. Nice people and great dinner buffet in the restaurant.

Pretty convenient to the airport, but their free bus to the airport was a nightmare Extremely overcrowded since its shared with several other hotels, people tripping over luggage, falling, trying to get out of the bus in a rush. Next time, I'll just take a taxi. Hotel was fine.

The staff was very friendly and the room service food was good. However, the carpets were old and badly stained. There was no top sheet on the bed, only a bottom sheet and duvet. It became clear that they did not wash the duvet cover because I could smell men's cologne on it. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room was quite big, but the sewer smell in the corridors was very unpleasant. The staff is nice; it feels very impersonal though, in the hotel in general. The spacious parking is convenient, and there is a bus to the airport.

For the airport cute liitle neighborhood with restaurants and park within walking distance. take cdgval train to 2nd stop and pickup frre bus. took 10 minutes. new and clean perfect for early flight from cdg

Typical airport hotel. The 2nd floor where I stayed smelled terribly bad. The room itself was just fine. There are a lot of restaurants in Roissy within walking distance though all were just as expensive as the hotel. I ended up just eating at the hotel.

Perfect spot if you're flying out of CDG - restaurant and bar were good for a Best Western.

Hotel was clean, check-in and out very efficient. Just fine for a one-night stay before taking off from CDG airport. Black shuttle bus is now running from terminal 3 due to construction outside terminal 2. Waited about 25 mins at airport for shuttle but it was outside our hotel when we were checking out and it waited for us. We walked 5 mins to town of Roissy for dinner - cute town. Several of the 6 or so restaurants closed in August, "en vacances" but we had dinner at "La Place" in their outside seating - good selection of moderately priced meals.
