Hotel service was very good and views of Hong Kong Island are fantastic, the draw backs are very expensive for food and drinks and lack of lifts / ramps for wheelchair / prams. To eat in the harbour side restaurant we had to use the service elevator via the kitchen and to access the pool with a pram we had to lift both pram and baby up several flights of stairs. Although stayed at this hotel on a few occasions before would not consider it if my daughter is with me

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Terrific location on the waterfront of the harbour with a spectacular view, very quiet inside, superb service. Cost us more than staying at other hotels, but the view and convenient location was worth it.

If you want to be spoilt and indulged do stay at ICH. Use the Club facilities - beautiful views, lovely food and beverages and very sophisticated! Be prepared for an expensive stay but you won't be disappointed!

I recently met my husband in HK. He had just arrived from a very hectic trip in India and wanted to have a few days of R&R before heading home back to the grind of work. Intercon HK has always been our favorite hotel for relaxing. WE find the rooms very clean and the view of the harbor quite serene. We also look forward to an enjoyable brunch at the cafe which offers a wide selection of healthy and delicious food. It is the best brunch in HK! We like to stroll by the harbor at night after enjoying the dancing lights. The service is very good. You get everything you need to relax and enjoy.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service from highly-trained staff. Lobby Bar great place from which to view the evening laser light show! Nobu restaurant is fabulous. Construction site next door?

this is my second time stayed in thsi hotel. Everything is perfect as always: the great room, the ncie harbour view, the helpful staffs, the delicious food, the gorgeous pool! I can complain nothing but a samll reminding: there is construction work near the hotel, a little bit noisy but only in day time.

The rating of the hotel is 5-star but that's in name only. My partner and I passed through Hong Kong on our honey moon and thought it'd be a great idea to push the boat out for a nice 5-star hotel on the last leg of our honey moon. The location is great as it's in the Tsim Sha Tsui area with loads of shops, next to the Star ferry and close to an MTR train station... with the exception of the ferry this can be said about almost all the hotels in Hong Kong. It's a 5 star hotel that does not even provide tea and coffee making facilities in room or free internet so definitely did not warrant the premium price tag that comes with this hotel. The view from the lobby is exceptionally impressive however when a coffee costs 3-4 times a regular starbucks latte the ridiculous price tag doesn't justify the view. There is also major construction work going on directly next door to the hotel (which over looks the swimming pool) - so you couldn't even enjoy the pool with out excessive noise from the site. Our room was next to the pool and so during the day there was non-stop noise from the site. The hotel also have ongoing construction work on the drive outside which was rather noisy even from the lobby. If you're on the 4th floor ask to be moved immediately if you want to enjoy your holiday. Overall not impressed by the hotel - there are better 5 star hotels in the area which cost alot less. we stayed in 5 star hotels on our honeymoon in Asia and this was by far the worse of them and was exceptionally poor considering the neighbouring hotels in the area.

All great except breakfast fabulous but a rip-off. roughly $40 per head for smallest appetite. They billed for full breakfast without asking.

Great service and room view. The pool area was excellent. Definitely would go back to the same hotel the next time I visit Hong Kong

We had an amazing stay in the hotel. Location perfect for business and/or leisure holiday. We did upgrade to their club floor where being personally greeted and enjoying ala carte breakfast and complimentary cocktails are such 6 star treat. Hotels neighbours are under construction which is a little inconvenient. Hotel had wonderful restaurants and first class buffets

All staff were super helpful and courteous, the conceirges were amazing arranging flowers and other niceties, room service fantastic, fresh flowers everywhere, super convenient location, harbour view fantastic

Service second to none, all requests met. Stayed deluxe room which was good size and had separate seating area with lge bathroom. Loved the tea butler who would bring tea to room on demand. Great location right on harbour, close Star Ferry, MTR and Nathan Rd. Recommend the spa well worth the indulgence. I have been to HK many times and this is best hotel I have stayed in.

Service is tops to this well maintained hotel. I was impressed to find upon my returns from jogging that there was a towel and bottles of water waiting for me before entering the hotel, great touch and one to remember about returning to this hotel next time I travel to Hong Kong.

This hotel remains our favourite in Hong Kong. The location is very convenient and has an amazing view. Its worth paying the extra for a waterview room. The breakfast, spa and poolside service are amongst the best. Only down side is the outside look of the hotel is quite dated and the building works next door are an eyesore, but there was no noise.

The only complaint I have about this hotel is there is no coffe maker in the room and the drawers are very small and few ....so if you have clothe for a few days of stay it is too bad they will have to stay in your bag because there is no room to put them away...and no coffe maker in the room makes it very tough specially if you are used to have a cup of coffe first thing when you get up

Excellent location. THE place to watch the laser side taking place across the water. Go outside to hear the music.

I HAVE YET TO BE DISAPPOINTED BY ANY INTERCONTINENTAL HOTEL THE LOCATION, SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. OUR JUNIOR SUITE HAD A BIG WINDOW OVER LOOKING THE HONG KONG ISLAND.

This hotel has some of the best views in the World. Having stayed there before several times I was looking forward to returning. Staff did tell me the hotel had been renovated since my last visit and it may have been thought the design seems somewhat dated and less cutting edge than on my last visit (10 years ago). The views don't change and the staff are excellent but there are some strange things about the hotel for a world class establishment: 1) There are no drawers to unpack your bags into. Well that's not strictly true. There are 3 very small ones but for two people traveling in China for over two weeks and staying for several nights at this hotel, those small drawers don't help much. Theer are some other small drawers but these are taken up by additional minibar items - snack etc - crazy! We moentiond this at checkout and the hotel said they were aware of this problem since other people has complained. 2) There are no tea / coffee making facilities in the room - we did get a kettle after asking a number of times but instant coffee? With intercontinental travel you can find yourself waking at all sorts of odd times so it is much nicer to have coffee avaialable in the room. Also room service is obviosuly ridiculously expensive in a hotel like this, especially just for a cup of coffee. Overall this is still a wonderful hotel experience but a shame that these small inconveniences exist at all.

This is a "not to miss" hotel when you are traveling in Hong Kong!

a perfect location......great service.....the views are awesome...be sure to get a harbor view room.......a bit expensive, but well worth it! .... if only they would put a coffee maker in the room....

"Great Hotel, Great Staff, Great Food"...be ready to pay for an expensive buffet, but is worth it! beatiful pool and surrounding areas! My room was confortable but the matress a bit hard. Good bathrooms!

日本人スタッフがいるとのことで安心していたんですが、それらしき人には会えずじまいでした。部屋はきれいですが、上階トイレの水の音や、お風呂の水の音がかなり聞こえるのと、たまに扉を閉めるような凄い音が回りから聞こえるあたり、それなりにうるさく感じます。またこれだけ宿泊費がかかるにも関わらず、インターネットが無料ではありません。24時間につきHK$156もかかります。

房間很整潔~海景很漂亮~服務態度很好~

位置佳，景观好。房间可以看见星光大道，和维多利亚港，距离海港城5分钟路程，购物很便利。

とても良いホテルでした。 初めての香港でしたので、夜景もホテルから楽しみたく、選びました。 ホテル内ではほとんど英語で問題なくコミュニケーションが取れましたし、対応も丁寧でした。 シンフォニーオブライツをロビーラウンジから、お酒をいただきながら見ました。背を向けて座っていたので、少し席を移動した時の対応がとてもスマートでした。 アクティブに動き回るには地下鉄の駅から近いとは言えないので、そこは少し不便かも知れません。

홍콩의 열손가락안에드는 만큼이나 내외관은 당근 최고더군요,,,그러나 장작 비싼돈주고 잠자는 룸은 가격대비 넘 협소하더군요,, 일전에 스윗룸을 쓴경험이 있어 비교되는진 몰라도,, 비좁은 공간에 여행가방두개 두기도 복잡한,, 창가에 마주앉아 맥주한잔 기울일 의자든 소파든 전혀 고려치않은,,,더구나 책상용 의자는 직각에 전혀 제쳐지지않는,,,인터넷 하루 사용료가 한국의 한달 사용료와 거의맞먹는,, 비싼돈주는데 대한 결과는 글씨^^^^한번 써 보세요,,왜 외부인이 커피나마시고 사진이나 찍으러 오는지^^^^^

インターコンチネンタルの有名な料理は北京ダック、 人気のあるレストランは海に面したB１のブッフェですね。 北京ダックは前回の旅行で食べたときとても美味しかったです。 目の前で丸焼きの北京ダックをさばいて取り分けてくれます。 ただし、１日以上前に予約が必要です。 海に面したB1のブッフェは昼夜問わず常に混雑しています。 私が今回滞在した日は平日にも関わらず予約でいっぱいでした。 夜景がとてもきれいに見えるので本当に人気があるようです。 デートでお勧めですね！！ 次回行くときはB1のブッフェを予約して夜景を見ながらディナーしたいです。

インターコンチネンタルは、本当にお値段がそれほど高くはなかったのですが、さすが★★★★★！と感じるレベルのホテルでした。 まず、ホテルの客室に入る前までは、ものすごい良い香りでホテル中包まれていて、お部屋のベッドはすごく高かったのですが柔らかすぎず眠りやすくて、何よりもホテルで働いている人たちの対応がすごく良かったです。 いろいろと注文が多い私ですが、嫌な顔一つせず全てにこたえてくれました。 また、特別にプールで中華を食べれますか？と聞いてみたところ、ふつうはダメですが、今回特別にｏｋします。ということでわざわざ運んでくれました★ また香港に行く際には、絶対行きたいホテルです。 超お勧めですよ！

방에서 야경을 볼 수 있어서 좋았어요. 야경을 보면서 스파하는 것도 좋고 피로가 풀림. 그런데 야경이 밤에는 건물에 불이 다 꺼져서 방에서 야경감상시간이 생각보다 짧아서 아쉬웠네요 ㅋ 방은 깨끗하지만 생각보단 조금 작은감이 있었어요. 침대는 매우 편함.

酒店位置很好，除了那块极佳维景玻璃窗，其他一无是处. 床很硬。服务总体来说真的很差，低层职员连基本的英文都听不懂。留在服务台的物件没有仔细查阅就回复客人说没有。延迟退房也不愿意，推说客房很满。客房服务很不到位，不像是5星级的酒店。餐具都有污点， 浴缸龙头还是老式的橡胶旋钮，由于酒店年久，所以浴室里面下水管道等晚上有异样声音。 个人意见，除非你就为了那块昂贵的玻璃窗，否则不建议入住如此性价比不高的HOTEL.

４日間滞在しました。 ハーバービューでの景色は非常にすばらしく快適でした。 ただし、夏場はガラスが結露してしまい少し残念です。 スタッフの対応はすばらしく、日本語、英語ともにやさしく対応していただけました。 建物自体は古いですが、内装などの不満もありません。 ３階にあるプール、ジャグジーなどは一度楽しむことをお勧めします。特に夜景を見ながらのジャグジーは贅沢な時間となるとも思います。

홍콩이 처음이라 명성만 듣고 덜컹 예약했지만 지금 한창 공사중이고 프론트 및 컨시어 쪽은 친절합니다.라운지 직원들은 별루 추천하고 싶지 않네요.
