Hotel Adler - نوفا ليفانتي

Our first impression from the roadside was not that good as the hotel is located inside a sharp bend in the road. However, once inside, we become much more relaxed. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Dinner was a delight and our request for one non -meat meal was responded to with great thought. We had a room with balcony looking down the valley and although you can't help but notice the road noise, it wasn't a big issue at all. A great overnight stop and we'd use it again if passing.

Perfect location with the bus stop right at the door. 15 minute bus ride up the mountain and multiple beautiful hiking trails. Nice hike back to the hotel door. Alternatively, take the bus to and from the village of Bolzano at the bottom of the hill. Very knowledgable and helpful inn keeper with maps, experience and multiple languages, water, packed lunch. Everything you need to get you on your way. Dinner was a highlight, delicious, unexpected choices, gourmet quality at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

The hotel is in a nice enough location but we were not happy with the room we were allocated initially and they were happy enough to change the room for us which was great. The biggest issue we had was the horrible shower head, it doesn't wash much off. It was the worst shower I have ever used. They have a beautiful sauna and shower downstairs and we tried to shower downstairs at night but we were kicked out as it is only open from 4pm-7pm!! The bath towels are nice if you want to exfoliate your skin but is not good for drying. It should only be reserved to dry your pets. We had dinner one night but it was not that great. Room and view was nice and beds were comfortable.

This hotel was wonderful! Having been completely rebuilt in 1984,it seemed in perfect condition. The family that runs it were top notch and the food was glorious! Try to get the suppers included in your room and you won't be disappointed. We got a 4 course meal every night and it was served in an elegant dining room one course at a time. It's a good jumping off spot to explore the Dolomites. We loved it here and would go back in a heartbeat. There's a sauna too! This place gets 5 stars from us.

I was expecting a lot after looking at the photos for Hotel Adler online. It looked like the perfect, quiet get away that I needed from my busy life in Tuscany. I am happy to report that I was totally blown away! The hotel consistently exceeded all expectations. The father/son team that ran the front desk, bar and restaurant provide impecible customer service and are always friendly and welcoming. The location is beautiful, just a 20 minute hike from the beautiful Lago di Carezza and with a bus stop just outside of the front door. The bus system is easy to navigate as it goes up and down the mountain. We parked our car the first day and did not move it again until we were ready to check out. In fact, I wish I had taken the train from Pisa to Bolzano and then the bus to the hotel and saved the drive all together. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, but the not-to-be-missed feature of the hotel is the brand new sauna in the basement of the hotel. Perfect way to warm up and relax after a chilly day exploring the Dolomites. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was even better. I suggest opting in for the half board option as the 4-course dinner provided by the hotel was really great and there isn't much else close by. What's better than being able to eat and drink and then just head upstairs to your room? If you don't go with the half board option, do yourself a favor and have dinner in the hotel at least one night. At only 20-euro per person for the 4 course meal, it's quite a bargain!

The food was exceptional, the family running the hotel were charming, friendly and as helpful as possible and the location was good for exploring the Dolomites.

A conduzione familiare ottima, con cucina da ristorante più che da hotel. Trovata ottima anche la colazione, anche se tipica di quelle parti.

A perfect stay to learn the Südtirol hospitality. Great welcoming with multilanguage skills. A small "Alpen" river will play the background music outside your room. Dont miss out! En perfekt plats för att uppleva gästvänligheten i Sydtyrolen. Ett fantastiskt mottagande på flera språk. En liten å från alperna spelar i bakgrunden alldeles utanför rummen. Åk inte förbi!

Service geweldig. Zeer net hotel met sauna en turks stoombad. Kleinschalig, maar daardoor veel aandacht voor de gast. Geweldige keuken! Redelijk geprijst.
