this was home from home amazing

When we arrived , we were welcomed very warmly, and made us like home, the staff is amazingly good, and we had a ball time as for business & leisure and relaxing they have all what u need, Room service did not hesitate to give anything complimentary just for the sake of keeping us Happy. We were delighted in our stay in Grand Hyatt. Only the location is a little out of the way, you don't find good restaurants, crowd nearby, grocery stores in case u need one. yet they have way attached to local garden which is very beautiful and nevertheless even if u are tiered calls u for a Walk in the evening.

The service at the Grand Hyatt in Guangzhou is fantastic. It's for this reason I'd come back. The hotel is five years old, and showing a bit of wear & tear in the rooms. There are so many new hotels that have popped up in this same area, it does make one want to check out others. But again, the service can't be beat.

I was enjoying a short honeymoon vacation with my husband. Convenient transportation after APM-lane of Metro was set up. The lobby and hotel decoration was grand yet comfortable and relaxing. Very big toilet/ bathroom. Staff was very helpful.

Amazing! Towels as big as blankets. Decor to suit a mansion. Two new, large TVs. Separate entertaining/office area. Shower delivers more water than "Super Storm Sandy". Staff push the elevator button for you. Pool and gym incredible. Buffet breakfast great but too much at USD45.00. Room service comes in twice/day and puts away all my clothes. :) Six bottles of free water positioned around the room in convenient locations. An extra door card key is positioned in the electricity cut-off slot so you can leave everything running all day if you wish. It was in the slot and running when I arrived at 1.00am. All the staff speak good English. No wait for taxis. Free shuttle to Canton Fair. Nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of room for a roll-away, and good one it was too. Hard to imagine a better place to stay.

Worth the Club Level upgrade. Staff were all very helpful.

We were attending the Canton Fair. The amenities, comfort and services of this Grand Hyatt Guangzhou are excellent, definitely 5+ star, but the cost was a bit steep!...and the location was not near the Fair, but not too too far! The staff is tremendous, so consistently courteous, friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet off the lobby is extremely good, with a wide variety of dishes! The Club on the 20th floor, available for an up charge per night, is a great way to relax after a full day for a light ordourvre dinner with wine or beer or juice or soft drinks, or to enjoy before a more extensive dinner off the lobby or elsewhere. We are very pleased!

A fantastic hotel: well designed rooms, great food, friendly service and all at a reasonable price. The hotel is well located too - a short walk from sites such as the Opera House. I visited with four colleagues and none of us had anything but a glowing view of the hotel!

Nice place and new area location. Friendly staff. Clean. It has a nice open buffet restaurant. Highly recommend.

This was my second stay here. My original stay was around the opening and the service was smothering. It was a little more discrete this time but still very attentive. Hotel facilities are really first rate. Great rooms although the design is different than what you may be used to. You essentially enter through a large, complicated bathroom set-up with lots of mirrors, glass. Hard to explain but nicely done. (BTW, finding the bathroom in the middle of the night can feel like navigating an arcade fun house.) The spa is terrific and underused. Jump in the pool or HUGE whirlpool area on the top floor in the afternoon or evening and expect to have the place entirely to yourself. Location is still not exactly mainstream but the area is definitely changing (by design). Two years ago the surrounding area was all cleared for development. Now there are brand new 40-80 story buildings next door. Welcome to China. Still "New Town" is early in its commercial evolution. Thankfully, you are just two blocks from a Metro stop so it is easy to get around. Best thing is the price. This is a five-star hotel with a 3.5-star price most of the time. If you book late for a trade show and can't get a decent price at the usual suspects, give this a try.

Hotellet ligger fantastiskt bra och nära mässan, det tar knappt 20 minuter med hotellets shuttle. Fräscht och snyggt med mycket bra restauranger och trevlig välbesökt bar. Rummen stora och fräscha. Och bor man i ett sk Clubrum finns det en mycket bra liten "bar/lounge" att tillgå med goda småsaker att mumsa på. Hotellet kan varmt rekommenderas!

Todella hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen, huippupalvelu, hotellin ravintolassa erittäin hyvä ruoka.

Detta hotell är det finaste och bästa hotell vi bott på. Riktigt trevlig och engelsktalande personal. Fantastisk mat i restaurangen och en riktigt fin spaavdelning.

第一次入住凱悅集團的君悅酒店,服務真的一流,員工很貼心,就連在泳池管理的服務員也對每位顧客照顧周到! 食物也很好吃,酒店用的廚師很一流... 吃得我津津有味 唯獨是在房內廁所門是沒有門鎖的,真的很不方便!
