Perfect location, friendly service, top management -- short: an excellent value.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and modern. Friendly staff. Exceptionally convenient to airport and rail. Trains to center Zurich leave frequently and take less than 15 minutes. Wine Tower in lobby is awesome sight.

Very comfortable, modern, spacious and clean room. Loved the whole hotel complex and it's closeness to everything.

The Hotel itself was very nice and comfortable. However the only thing that we did not like was that there was a window that connected the bathroom to the bedroom. So whoever was in the other room could see you take a shower.

Hotel is connected to airport and very convenient for early flights. Clean, modern and friendly. I would stay there again.

VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF

We were visiting family in Switzerland, we were dropped at Radisson Blu for our next day departure. Wonderfully easy transgress via escalator to ticketing!! Room was quiet and nice shower in bath!

We arrived very early 6:45 am and checked right in after customs. It's in the airport and couldn't be more convenient after a long overnight flight. We were able to get on the train into Zurich with a five minute walk back into the airport. It was very nice in every way, and was perfect to be able to go back to after a day of site seeing in Zurich and relax before flying on to our next destination.

Once again the Radisson Blu delivered. Only a short walk from Arrivals, a quick check in and check out and helpful friendly staff.

Loved that it's connected to the airport and hence lugging luggages after more than 12hrs of flight to the hotel was a saving grace. Room was clean and bright. Small room but this is the norm in European cities (unless you stay in a luxe hotel). Easy access to shops since it enjoys what are offered in the airport - telco (for prepaid SIM card), necessities (a Migros in the airport hall and a smaller convenience store nearer to the hotel), cooked food (a food court of sorts in the airport) etc. Staff was friendly and efficient when we checked in and out. Did not try the food in the hotel and as we stayed only as an overnighter, do not have sufficient contact time to comment on staff and room service.

Rather than a dedicated layover hotel, the Radisson Blu may be thought of as a very nice corporate hotel attached to the airport. There are no compromises in services, room size, or hotel amenities because it is "only" and airport hotel. It is thus a bit more expensive than some similar properties, but it struck us as quite worth it during our stay.

Thought the rooms had a funny smell. Rooms have no windows that can be opened. Chenged rooms but the smell was still there. Do not like rooms on the inner lobby.

You pay for convenience but being connect to airport / train station / mall is priceless sometimes. Rooms a little tired but again, paying for convenience not room.

The room and location were exactly what we wanted. The service was let down considerably by the fact that we had rung the hotel to book connecting rooms to ensure we could stay together as a family and the hotel confirmed that this had been done - on arrival there was allegedly no note/recollection of this fact.

The room and bath were perfect: clean, updated, sound proof , relaxing, and excellent lighting in the bathroom, lots of mirrors and a very comfortable bed. Being adjacent to the airport connected by an underground walkway great since there was no stress getting transportation or weather issues to check in and get to your gate. Having the train station also there gave us the ability to go into Zurich for the afternoon and dinner, so easy! The lobby, with the wine angels, was fun to relax while having a glass of wine. The morning brunch was delicious. A great value for the price. We stayed on a Saturday night and our rate was very low. We would definitely do this again.

Very convenient - its inside Zurich airport and train station building. Nice foyer, reception and hotel restaurants. Good breakfast.

When you claim your checked luggage just follow the signs and you'll be there in a minute. Despite of the price, the location and convenience make it worth. When we tried to eat at the restaurant and it was closed, we just had to walk back to the terminal and we found many options from over expensive McDonald's (CHF $25 for two meals) to cheap grocery stores. The breakfast at the hotel is very expensive: CHF $32 per person. We didn't even bother to check if it was worth it. Even so, I'd still recommend it if you have a next day flight to your destination. Even staying in a smoke free area, the hallways and the bedroom smelled cigarette smoke.

The stay was ok disappointed about the room and bathroom. (Shower in the BATH TUB) But the worst was when we got back to our home town we noticed that our credit card had been used unauthorized by the hotel, we had to cancel the card and are hoping we get our money back. I never thought that this could happen at such a hotel!!!! I am hoping though that it was an honest mistake ......

Ultra modern room, attentive service, convenient location

We stayed here because it's beside the airport terminal, and because it was on special offer. Normally it'd be too expensive. Everything about the hotel is great apart from breakfast not being included in the room price. And the odd window between the bathroom and bedroom. What a stupid idea! The architect should be made to share a room one night. Very quiet though with no airport noise.

I have stayed in most hotels in and around Zurich Airport. The Radisson Bleu is the best by far. Excellent location, reasonable rates; save time and money! Excellent Team Work throughout the hotel. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for any department. Housekeeping Team ensure the rooms are spotless!

Easy and quick checkin and checkout.

Good size rooms with all facilities. Comfortable bed. Easy access to Zürich Airport without going outdoors. A pity we didn't see any Flying Angels in the bar at any time during our stay: we had looked forward to that.

The staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel was modern, clean and the room was large and comfortable. The convenience of the hotel being attached to the airport allowed us to walk to our departure gate, and airport shops from our room. It was a very good price by Swiss standards. We ate at the Italian restaurant, and saw the wine angels perform their act in the wine tower, which was quite entertaining. The only thing we thought odd was the large window in the bathroom that looks into the bedroom. My two brothers were sharing a room, so the staff thoughtfully arranged for a curtain to be installed. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel and would highly recommend it.

REALLY nice clean room, retro modern 1960's vibe, extra comfy king bed & pillows and handicapped bath to boot. Faced interior ala old indoor courtyard Hayatts but was kinda coold view at that of floor to ceiling atrium wine rack, and we were beat & just needed a good nights sleep before an overseas flight. Convenience to airport couldn't have been better (direct indoor corridor) unless we slept ON the plane! Service was helpful, egar to please and pleasant.

We had an early departure from Zurich Airport. he Radisson Blue is actually in the airport. It is a stunning hotel, beautifully furnished, outstanding restaurant and a LED wine tower with acrobatic women fetching the wine from great heights. The hotel was excellent

This hotel is situated near the airport. Upon arrival, the staff was great and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended...

I had to book the hotel last minute and I got there around midnight. Check-in was easy, room was very cozy, clean, modern and comfortable with a rea person wake-up call in the morning. If you need to catch an early flight do stay here, since you are 2 steps from all check-in gates! Will be back for sure!

very user friendly room...they designed it with the guest in mind! night lights, large space for luggage, comfortable beds, really nice job.

Very interesting and accommodating hotel.

We stayed at another hotel for 2nights after arriving in Zurich for the first time in July 2012. Now on our way home to Perth WA I booked the Raisson Blu because it was near the airport. OMG we should have stayed here on arrival. The train goes straight into the city from down stairs. So why stay in the city, never again. We have totally loved it at the Radisson Blu. I have no complaints at all. They have a great Italian restaurant as well. Hotels in europe do not normally have coffee making in your room or a fridge this one had both as well as an iron. And just go down stairs to the airport. The staff speak English so well and are extremely friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Thankyou to the Radisson Blu for ending our visit to Europe on a very high note. Sharyn

This time much better room as no noise and banging doors in the night, so had a good nights sleep.The pillows are too soft, there should be a choice of some firmer ones. the only critique was the rubber at the bottom of the glass partition in the shower should be cleaned to not show off the mould or fungus due to humidity , this can be simply cleanted or replaced after some time, i dont like these partitions anyway as always water leaking onto the floor which makes it difficult to maneuver when stepping out of shower. otherwise i love the easiness of checking in/out and of course the great location, but still pricewise a bit steep at all times.

We were not expecting much from an airport hotel except convenience, but we were wonderfully surprised by the quality and service of this hotel. It had the convenience of being attached to the rail service and to the airport but also first class amenities - truly very nice

Everything was fine

Excellent choice for transitting through Zurich, excellent breakfast and overall great hotel.

Despite the good location almost inside the ZH airport Terminal, the service was very poor talking about the room service. I arrived at 11h50pm and there was no restaurant open. The only thing on the 24h in room dining was a "club sandwich" they just threw in the micro wave for almost 50USD... just unacceptable for a 5* hotel deserving Zurich airport which by definition has late and hungry travelers. Rooms were ok, well maintained but when room service comes and knocks on your door at 08:30 am... you wish you had stayed at the next door hilton... Won't use Radison Blu again.

Great location at Zurich airport. Just pick up you bags with the baggage carts and go straight to the hotel, 2 min walk from baggage claim. The hotel breakfast is very expensive however if you pre pay at the front desk upon check it is only 26f instead of the 35sf. But you can get anything you need just inside the shopping mall attached to hotel and airport. Starbuck etc. in addition to other places to eat or buy food. Glad we chose this hotel.

Loved the hotel and service. It will be our choice when traveling through Europe.

My wife and I stayed here on our last night in Zurich before flying out to the US very early the following morning. Since we had to be up early and didn't want to mess around with a taxi or shuttle to get to the airport, we booked this hotel. It has a direct walking connection (even indoors all the way) to the airport terminal, which was great for us. The room was comfortable enough, though my wife hated the avant garde European shower, which had only a half-width glass door (as many hotel bathrooms in Europe do), as well as a partially frosted glass window from the shower into the sleeping area. We didn't try the hotel food at all, though they have this strange "wine tower" with women in angel costumes who bungee up and down the tower on cables to retrieve wines. Anyway, the place is incredibly overpriced relatively to the size and luxury of its accommodations, but that's Zurich for you. If you need easy access to the airport, then book this purely for convenience.
