Nice hotel but sat next to dual carriageway, so lot of road noise

The hotel room is nice, but use the Holiday Inn Express shuttle to get there on weekends, since their shuttle doesn't operate on weekends (they don't tell you that and they don't answer their telephone). The service at breakfast is deplorable. i.e. I entered the breakfast area and noone was removing the breakfast dishes of the other guests after they left...I guess they need to take their break for coffee...which is what 3 of the staff were doing. Breakfast is the usual fare with almost no good sources of protein and heavy on bread, pastries and croissants.

This was my second stay at Prestige Suites Toulouse Airport. Spacious suite, well appointed, quiet despite proximity to the airport. I discovered in my previous stay that one could get to and from the center of town by a tram/metro service that has a station no more than 400 meters from the hotel. I arrived in Toulouse by train and then went to the metro, which is on the line that goes directly to Arenes, where you change to the tram. The metro/tram took about 40 minutes, and the walk to the hotel less than ten minutes. Having only a roll-on, this was feasible. In the morning, since it was not the weekend, the free hotel shuttle was working from 5:30 AM, and I reached the airport in about 5 minutes.

We had a stay on our arrival and departure in Toulouse and each time were very impressed with both the service and cleanliness of the hotel. It is a new hotel about 5 mins. from the airport with a free shuttle to and from the airport upon request where we were able to meet up with the shuttle downtown. Restaurants in the local town, about 5 mins. drive away. Great place to jump off at.

I arrived on Sunday, so there was no pickup service and I had to pay about $20 for a taxi ride of five minutes. The next morning, the shuttle service was operating, and I was taken by myself very efficiently. I was pleased that I was put into a larger suite than I had reserved. The area is pretty dead on a Sunday, although on other days there is a good restaurant in the same building and across the street is a Vietnamese/Japanese restaurant. I found out that there is a tram service not more than three hundred meters from the hotel, which took me into the center of Toulouse in about 20 minutes, where I changed to the metro for a visit to the Musee des Augistines, about the only thing open in the town on Sunday. I did find a great meal in the Central square. Public transport is cheap and efficient. The hotel staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was not included in the room price, and it is a bit expensive.

Newer airport hotel with suites suitable for business travel. Staff does not speak English, and even in translation were unhelpful. For example, they did not know their own restaurant was closed Sundays and could not suggest an alternative (althougn we found a nice one a block away). The bed was hard, and traffic noise (not airplanes) was loud. Pool was nice, but exercise equipment cheap and ricketty.

Very nice hotel close to the Toulouse airport. The only problem is that they do not have a courtesy van to the airport on Sunday mornings. Instead, we had to reserve a cab and spend 15 euros for a five minute cab ride.

Executive hotel. Nice in-suite kitchenette. Surprisingly quiet since it's so near the airport. Darkening blind useful to block out sign light outside. Pool was OK. Room and service was great. Best for short stay near airport, but room nice enough to want to stay longer. Definitely recommended.

...for those needing a hotel near the Toulouse airport. Nice pool and jacuzzi facilities to boot. There's even a decent Asian restaurant across the street. Beds and rooms were crisp and comfortable in a Euro-chain standard way. Highly recommended as a transit way-point.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix Agréable séjour

空港から歩くには遠いが、シャトルサービスもあるらしい。レンタカーだったので高速降りてすぐ、無料駐車場ありで便利だった。目の前にベトナム＆日本料理の快適なレストラン、地元の人やビジネス客で繁盛している。徒歩10分くらいで巨大ショッピングモール。トラム駅までは徒歩5分、そこからツールーズ市内まで40分位で行ける。エアバス工場見学行くならトラムで3駅+徒歩。 客室は明るく清潔、ミニキッチンあり非常に便利。

anciennement Home business; avec le changement d'enseigne, les prestations moindres: - la chambre 121 ou l'eau remonte du plancher, jusqu'au couloir, quand on prend une simple douche -une tête d'hydromassage de la douche prête à tomber!! -très peu de pression du pommeau de douche, tout juste capable de nous rincer le savon, mince filet d'eau. -beaucoup moins de choix dans le ptit assortiment de la cuisine (thé, chocolat, petit gateau...) -Clim réglé sur 15° à notre arrivée!! - pas de peignoir mis à la disposition des utilisateur du Spa, ni de clé pour le vestiaire. -petit déjeuner avec café très light style tisane, viennoiserie juste cuite à l'intérieur, oeufs brouillé et bacon terminé à 9h45 et non renouvelé Bref, un séjour de bien moins bonne qualité en comparé de nos séjours précédent sous l'ancienne bannière "Home Business"

Une suite à prix raisonnable, avec tout le confort attendu. Le personnel est également très à l'écoute, bref, une adresse à recommander !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hotel, proche de l'aéroport pour notre court séjour sur la région. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. La chambre est très bien équipée et confortable. Notre séjour a été marqué par la piscine, le jacuzzi et la salle de fitness ! Par contre, il faut obligatoirement une voiture pour visiter Toulouse.

The hotel isn't a 4 star hotel maybe 3 star. The service is limited and variable. Some staff members are very helpful others not customer oriented at all. The breakfast was fine and and the price acceptable. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there are restaurant in the area around the hotel.

un très bon accueil, une chambre pour 4 très bien agencé. le deuxième lit prêt à l'arrivée, propre, agréable. ordinateur dans la chambre et télé dans chaque pièce. nous avons également profité de la piscine , du spa et de la salle de sport ainsi que de la kitchenette dans la chambre sans aucun problème. un hôtel qui mérite ces étoiles et aucun problèmes de bruit malgré la proximité de l'aéroport. je recommande. si je devais trouver un petit défaut ce serait le manque de prise électrique murale.
