Stayed two nights the AC was kinda squirrelly so temp in room was Either cold or just hot first morning smoke alarm woke us up at 7:00 sharp and was on for close to an hour breakfast was nice plenty of choices rooms were clean and employees at front desk were outstanding very helpful and we all liked popcorn Saturday night I would stay again when we return to San Antonio Texas

Although it was a little difficult to get to, the staff was very helpful in getting there with no problem. There was great service and an excellent location to different areas of the city. Hotels.com..you rock! Thanks

I went to San Antonio during the Rodeo. I booked my room the night before arrival. This hotel was the only hotel that had vacancies and accepted early check in prior to my booked time. I rate this hotel 5 stars and I would definitely stay at this hotel in the near future.

Room was comfortable and well-equipped. Nice full breakfast buffet. Best part was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They really made our stay enjoyable.

From the moment I arrived at the San Antonio Airport I was showered with courtesy by this hotel. Unfortunately their shuttle was in the shop but they willingly paid for the taxi. All of the staff was pleasant and warm. This hotel is very customer focused. Shortly after settling in my room I received a phone call asking me if I was happy with my room and I assured them I was. The complimentary shuttle service within a 3 mile radius was also very helpful. We all know how expensive taxis can be. The shuttle drivers were very pleasant and engaged with you in conversation. The continental breakfast was also a plus. Everything was set up neatly and if the food ran out, it was replenished quickly. There were also dinner socials which unfortunately I didn't attend due to time constraints but would have liked to because I am sure the food would have been as delicious as breakfast. All in all TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Antonio Airport makes you feel important as if you are their only guest even though there were plenty of guests.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was so-so and the room appeared clean at first. Bed skirt had some stains, some of the linens for sofa bed had hair on it (different types) and sink stopper was broken. Only reason why I chose this hotel was because we had a free night from a mess up on a previous reservation.

I had a wonderful Stay great service and nice clean rooms wonderful breakfast buffet I loved everything and will be returning keep up the great work thanks.

Nice room

this hotel had every thing we needed in the room. I always check my rooms. every thing was clean and in order.We would love to come back. We have told all our friends.that tis is the place to stay. The front desk people were very friendly also very helpful. They made use feel welcome. that means a lot when you are new a city. We would rate every thing a big fat 10.

Good location near downtown. Room was very quiet, despite being right under the highway. Nice breakfast.

Was a very nice hotel for a great price all though the breakfast was so so I expected it to be a little better with some kind of meat! But over all the stay was nice

this was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. the breakfast buffet was very good. all staff members were friendly--something I don't find in Florida.

Pure thanks & praise to Jessica & Marcella for absolutely great customer service. Our one night stay was great, as the hotel and our room were immaculate. The free breakfast was wonderful. Thanks to Townplace for a great place to stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff was very cordial. Not to mention their extremely competitive price, hot breakfast, etc. Full kitchen comes in handy when making stuff for the kids.

The service was more than expected. Good customer service and employees that care. Location was perfect & room was clean. I reccomend this hotel.

Not exciting but friendly and clean. Free breakfast and dinner with beer or wine was an added bonus.

The hallways were freezing! The pool was too cold to use.The room was smaller than my daughter's dorm room - but all that said, it was very clean, well-maintained, friendly, well- appointed and cheap! The flyovers for the highway system mading the noise heard sitting outside a bit loud but could not be heard inside at all. Overall, I would return to this hotel. The suite kitchen was great!

I grew up in the neighborhood so it was easy to find.Brittni was a real pleasure and seemed sincere when she commented on being there for us. It has been almost a week and still remember the young lady's name. I don't do that, usually. That helpfulness says alot for the management and employees as a whole. Bravo. When i go back I will stay there again. thx again

Great place to stay. Sfaff is very friendly, breakfast is very good, and room was quiet (don't hear everyone walking down the hall). Would highly recommend and will return when back in town.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful when trying to decide on places to eat and visit. They served a full breakfast that was great, and the rooms/bathrooms were extremely clean! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

The only really aggravating problem I had with the hotel was how to get to it from different areas of the freeways. Lots of u-turns.

This hotel was nice and clean but the service is terrible. We arrived at close to midnight with a 2 & 5 yrs old. The milk didn't smell right because the ice had melted in the small cooler so I went to the front desk and ask if I could have a small carton of milk from the hotel kitchen. The clerk said that the kitchen is closed so I asked him for direction to the nearest store that I can get milk. He gave me direction to Wal-Mart down the street. That is fine. There are policies at each hotel, (I assumed). Thanks for the direction. I went back to the room to get my key and wallet to go to Wal-Mart. As I walked into the room my wife was in the bathroom throwing towels on the floor to soak up the water preventing it from flowing all over the bathroom because the toilet was clogged and was overflowing. We called the front desk and asked to send maintenance up to fix it. The clerk said that there is no one here right now and it has to be in the morning. So, we shut the bathroom door and had to use the toilet on the 1st floor. The toilet was still clogged when we checked out at 11am. We complained at check out and the manager said that she has no knowledge of it because the night clerk does not log it and offered us free snacks from the snack bar. yupeee ...whooo hoooo...Yeah right....Like I said the hotel was nice and clean but the service was terrible. I will not stay at this hotel again. I think I will try the La Quinta next door if I have to be in the area again.

Overall, it was a good room at a good price. The only thing I was not too happy with was the limited TV channel selection in the room. No TV channels for kids.

Hotel offered professional yet very friendly service. Hotel is very clean and all staff is helpful. Enjoyed our Stay-- We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
