False information regarding wifi The hotel doesn't have wifi at all and we need to pay for wired Internet in the room.

My biggest problem is the hotel does not have proper signage so it was difficult to find. The room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. The hotel is located close to the metro.

It was quite a pleasant stay, except housekeeping service wasn't thorough enough to dust table top in the bedroom and bathroom counter.

My stay overall was quite satisfactory. I stayed for a week at this hotel. This hotel feels rather a serviced apartment (not a hotel). This is the feeling you get in the lobby area. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel is the lobby area. it does not give you the feeling of staying in a hotel. The lobby was cold and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the room was very cozy and clean! The bathroom was excellent, in fact I loved the bathroom - very modern and clean! The location was not so bad but had to meander around to find some good food places. It was quite convenient though.

I have been staying this hotel almost every trip to Shanghai. I like the location. However, the service was somewhat deteriorating and the amenities are somewhat old. However, I might come back later again for the location.

I have been staying this hotel almost every time I come to Shanghai. It is still comfortable. The location is great. However, the maintenance and quality of service is deteriorating. The facilities are getting old and the room cleanliness is also worse than before. Overall, it is still nice to stay here.

Friendly staff and nice clean room with all amenities. Little out of the way from main tourist spots but still near enough. Good location if you want to get a real feel for Shanghai and its people. Definitely would stay here again.

This is a very convenient central location in Shanghai, within one block of the subway and with good restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood. There is also a shopping mall within one block.' The hotel and room were very clean. The two things against this hotel were (1) no free internet and (2) the staff were unfriendly to point of being rude. However, I would book this hotel again because of the location and price. Wifi is available at coffee shops just one block away.

Close to shopping areas and bus/subway. It's serviced apartment style lodging. Some of the rooms are located in next building so it can be slightly inconvenient. Clean room, the suite I booked is spacious with kitchenette. Overall good place to stay if it is close to where you want to be.

I was very well pleased with the hotel and staff for the price that I paid per day.

The hotel staff was cordial and most knew English. The bed was very comfortable which you don't always get in Asia. The water for the shower/bath never got warm enough...luke warm was about it.

Economical and hotel worth the price. Close to No. 9 Metro line and the new mall which provides convenient communication and various eateries. Highly recommended.

Overall, it was very good. Our one complaint is that we booked a room with a double bed, while our friends booked a room with two single beds, and both rooms were the same price. However, our room was much smaller, and considering that we paid the same price, we expected the rooms to be of a similar size.

Was a nice place for the money can't beat the price people are nice service was okay and the French quarter was phenomenal overall I would stay there again.

The hotel is somewhat well located close to the Subway. I asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one, it was clean and it did not smell but after 2 days, I could smell the smoke from other rooms. It is a bit run down. The price was good, if I return to Shanghai, I would probably try a different hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone. Its was not horrible but not good either.

Would never stay there again never been so upset with my choice of stay, service was terrible didn't help me at all, there was no gym or pool in the hotel it was a 5min walk, breakfast was very ordinary, and the room was not clean there was damage throughout the room and hair all over the bathroom floor. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to any!

Good location, next to the subway line. Foodcourts nearby, so lot of variety of food available to experiment with. Rooms were very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel.

My stay in the hotel was very comfortable and complete with all that will be needed in a business hotel stay. Also they were right in their description of the hotel. Very convenient location- near to most sight seeing destinations in Shanghai- whether thru the subway or taxi. The staff were helpful in assisting me in finding destinations and in writing the chinese translations of some places that I wanted to visit. They really assist in making my stay enjoyable and satisfactory

I was not able to control my A/C from my room, I was on the 33rd floor of this hotel. It was so hot in the room, I called front desk 4 times before someone was finally sent to my room. I was thinking maybe the A/C was broken, but the man came in and checked and said everything was okay. I asked why is it so hot, he put me on the phone with someone who spoke english and I was told it is controlled by the hotel. And If I want it any cooler to open my window. And you have to pay for internet useage at this hotel.

Nothing for nothing and very little for a half penny.

We stayed 8 days there and enjoyed our stay. The front desk is always busy but they are nice and polite. The rooms are small but in good condition. The only issue is that central air sometimes were too strong. We had to open our windows at night.

We have to change to different room of the same grade after the first day of our stay. We felt that the bed sheets had not been changed when we moved in. The shower head was leaking and the carpet was old. After our complain, we were changed to a much better room which we were happy and stayed for the remaining 3 days.

The entire experience from booking to stay is excellent. We enjoyed the room and the surrounding. Will come back again.

Hotel change its room rates easily, at the same day asking the same room rate, different courter person gives different prices.When you booking is one price, then after two days stay,if you want to stay two more days the price will be doubled.

Exterior and lobby are what you would expect for the price you pay - i.e. standard, nothing too glamorous. Rooms are very very nice for the price. We stayed in a double deluxe, clean, new, rather spacious. For the price we pay, very good value for money. Definitely recommend it. 5 minutes to the metro station, very convenient.

The hotel itself is unremarkable. I find the cleanliness of the hotel rooms a bit under par. Overall service is okay, definitely not a 4 Star Hotel. I would stay there again only if the price is competitive as in my case it has been. Many other hotels in the area commands twice as much. The hotel is well situation on one of the main arterys of Shanghai. There is an airport bus that goes straight to Pudong airport that stops right across the street, in front of KFC. If you think the area around the hotel lacks food joints... well, you're wrong! The big building across the street, over the over-pass has a food court on level B2. You will be amazed with the selection they have there! Underground subway station is next to that building as well.

Minimum Service, have to pay for keeping the baggage... as 4 stars level hotel can not accepted it. not only this little thing and also the service, reception, material, etc... However, the Price is good on value. Just don't expect a 4 stars service with nice smile !!!

Location is good, near to Metro. Cheap very bad sound proof, heard people banging the door and showering on the third day. Bed are soft in the middle when you sleep it have curve. so long never change bed. overall is okay to stay .

This was a nice place to stay, especially for an extended stay. The suites are very clean and comfortable--just like a furnished, one-bedroom apartment. We LOVED the fact that there was a bottled water dispenser there in our room (as opposed to how most hotels give you just two small bottles of water every day). The only strange part was that even though there was a full kitchen, there were absolutely no dishes or cooking ware. It's always nice when hotel kitchens have at least some standard things, but this had none. It did have a washing machine, however. Nice.

It feels like home. So convenient. I will stay there again!

we had a great stay at this hotel, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff helped us with the various things we needed.. friendly and helpful from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. we rented the dishes we needed to coof with and it was only about $6 usa ,so very reasonable price for the cookware while we were there I would reccomened this hotel for the price.. we had the 2 bedroom suite and it was very roomy.

I wil not rate them for a four star hotel!! And it is time for them to do a big renovation!!
