very good hotel close to airport, only problem there is no access to underground parking, only valet (free of charge).

This hotel has a very convenient location wit 5 minutes taxi drive from Ataturk Airport. Although the hotel offers shuttle services between the hotel and the airport, for some peculiar reason, the aservice is not available between 11:30 through 2:30! Most of the hotel personnel is very friendly and helpful. But some is absent minded. I asked for a wake up call in the morning but noone woke me up. Fortunately, I woke up on my own. Otherwise, I would have missed my flight! I highly recommend that you take your alarm clock with you!! The hotel needs complete renovation. The carpets on the corridors and inside the rooms are extremely dirty. They definitely need steam cleaning. I saw blood stains on the bed cover. It looked as though they did not change the pillow cases before my arrival. This one is a 4-star hotel and the one adjacent to it is a 5-star hotel. Some friends recommended the 5-star hotel. They think it is a lot better. Buffet breakfast is fine and there is enough variety.

I stayed for three nights at this hotel. It is conveniently located near the airport and a metro station. The room and the bathroom are very clean. The room has new modern furniture in great condition. The staff was great, and helpful. Highly recommended!

The bed was hard as a rock. CNN was the only US channel. Limited food choices. Overpriced

This hotel is no place to stay if you're planning a vacation. Its strictly an airport hotel for the stopover traveler with an early flight. BTW - cab drivers hate taking you from the airport to the hotel. The meter read 6.50 lira when we got there. My cab driver was not happy when I said "Wow hotel". The mattress was about 3" thick. The room decor was from the 70's. There wasn't even a free bottle of water in the room... I'd expect at least that for a "4-star" hotel. And the hotel didn't have wireless in the room. That's a deal killer for me. That said, I had a package delivered to the hotel and they kindly just brought it up to my room. When I left the hotel at 4am to catch my flight there were plenty of cabs just standing by.

Got a good deal on my room through hotels.com (nearly half what I had paid for the same hotel through another site). The hotel was chosen as it is near to the airport. The pick-up from the airport to the hotel didn't come, but the ride back to the airport was reliable, quick and free.

Very nice hotel close to the airport. It's located next to the CNR convention center which is very important for any exhibitors. The service was very good and the price very affordable. Wouldn't recommend it for anyone who wants to be within minutes from the city center because it takes an hour to get there by taxi.

I have stayed at the WOW airport hotel a few times. It is an inexpensive ride from the airport at the hours when its van is not running. The staff was so nice this time. I arrived at 4 am and they accommodated me immediately for the half day before my reservation kicked in at a reasonable rate. The breakfasts are nice. It is a short walk to the train that will take you into town. To go to the historic section of Sultanahmet is about 40 min which can be faster than taxi at peak travel hours.

Stayed in the 4* tower overnight to catch an early flight out. Rooms are in desperate need of upgrading: carpets are filthy, bathroom're outdated. Reception desk was not responsive. Breakfast was subpar to Istanbul standards. Nothing to do around the hotel, but hotel offers free shuttle to Istanbul as well as to/from airport.

great hotel for an early morning flight -- just 5 minutes from the airport, with a free shuttle ever 30 minutes. Super convenient. Not much character or charm, but that's not what most of us are looking for in an airport hotel anyway. I will say the mirrored beds are a little weird...

Room was lovely, spacious and modern. There is only one choice of eating establishment in the hotel which was OK but expensive. Bar prices are very high! Once there, you really are a captive audience. The selection for breakfast was outstanding!

The hotel room carpet and shower were extremely dirty when we checked in. We did not use other services at the hotel, but the overall cleanliness and condition were disappointing given the four star rating.

Although they only provide shuttle service from the international terminal, a taksi was very inexpensive, as this hotel is just 5 minutes from the airport. The service at the front desk was friendly and efficient, both upon check-in and check-out. The room was clean and comfortable and of a decent size. Bad points (all minor issues in my opinion): Carpets dirty in halls Bathtub needs some touchup Bed is hard (as are many hotel beds in Europe/Middle East) and not enough pillows Minibar is super expensive

It's convinantly close to the airport, their shuttle picks you up from and to airport, it's little far from the downtown area, but 2 to 3 times a day they have a shuttle service to sultan ahemet and taksim and back to the hotel free of charge, the other source of transportation is that the metro station is next to the hotel you can go to downtown for less than two Turkish lera. The staff are awesome and sper friendly. The beackfast beffet is a plus. I would definitely go back and I sure recommend it. One advise make sure you make your tesevation on line coz it's a lot cheaper than walking in.

This hotel is more than adequate and is conveniently located near the main airport of Istanbul.

Very good hotel and service

While this hotel was convenient for our overnight stay, we were unable to rgulate the temperature and had a miserable night. The television had speakers in the bathroom, which was distracting in a nice warm bath. The tub was perfection, extra long. The bed was very nice and large and there was plenty of hot water. Convenient to the airport and the shuttle was right on time.

It's far below the 4 star rating. It's a plain basic business hotel, max 3 star in my opinion. Too busy with conferences, etc. The staff is not really caring. Will not stay again, even for the CNR. Rather stay in Polat Renaissance.

The only best thing about this hotel is its location, which is very close to the airport. Other than that I do not find the very quality of a four star hotel. First of all the shuttle bus service from airport was not time at the airport. It was about to come by 5PM, but it reached there by 5.20PM and there was not information, as when the shuttle buy will come and where it stops. My first impression about the hotel went off. When I reached the hotel, the reception staff was behaving little rude with me. May be because I am not from the European country, which made a very bad impression about the hotel. The only good thing I found at this hotel was morning complimentary breakfast.

Very convenient if you are stopping over in Istanbul we did this twice, on the way out and on the way back from our holidays. Try and get the free shuttle as some taxi drivers are very unhappy at taking you to the Hotel from the airport - it is less than a 5 minute drive. Hotel staff are very friendly and accomodating to our requests. If we need to overnight in Istanbul again this would be my first choice for it proximity to the airport and value for money.

Please note there is a 4-star WOW and a 5-star WOW right next to each other. We stayed here because of a 6am flight. It was a 5 minute ride to the airport (5.7 Turkish Liras but taxi driver tried to give me just 10 back when I gave him a 20!... so there goes his tip which I was planning on giving.) They gave us a packed breakfast to go because it was so early - sandwich, roll, fruit and a juice box, that was very nice. Didn't get to check out anything as we were there for only a few hours.

Overall is a very nice hotel. The only my complain- I had to wait an hour for a hotel shuttle.

Although the people that work at the hotel were nice and responded to any request we had, the hotel itself was very much of the motel 6 variety. And our room was not very clean at all. We were on the top floor where windows were locked, so we had to contact the front desk to open and close the window. Wind was blowing so there was a very annoying whistle throughout the night. The breakfast was nice however. Over-all, a bit over-priced and not at all a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and there is a Metro rail station close by. It has all the facilities you would expect of a top class hotel. The restaurant prices and those of drinks are a bit on the high side. However, the food we had was very good.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location near the airport. Great service and outstanding breakfast buffet included in room rate. Beware that the shuttle service, which is advertised as being 24/7, actually ceases at 10:30pm. Taxi fare is 5-10 TL only, as hotel is very close to airport. Also, take bottled water to the room if possible. Tap water not potable, and no complementary drinking water provided in the room. Water in room-bar costs $5.00 for less than a cup. Front desk staff very kind and helpful. They will provide RS-232 ethernet cable to allow in-room internet access, at no extra charge. They also responded to our waterless reception by not charging for the water we needed to take our bedtime pills. Staff spoke English very well and was eager to be of service. My wife and I, 60 and 65 y.o., would gladly stay there again.

This is a great hotel. We were in the 5-star property. We walked from the first metro stop from the airport which isn't a straight road, but passable even with rolling suitcases. You can see the hotel from when you get off the metro. The room was beautiful; we didn't get the breakfast b/c of an early flight. We took the first free shuttle of the day to Ataturk (6:30 AM) which is when breakfast starts. The only complaint is that in early November the air conditioning was off. The windows in the room can't be opened and altho it was cool outside it was stuffy and about 85 F in our room all night. Not good for these northerners... Other than that we were completely please and would stay here again.

This hotel was just awful. We weren't expecting a lot and needed a hotel near the airport and that was the only this hotel delivered on. Location - close to the airport Restaurant - awful food after a week of amazing meals, lack of flavor -- if at all possible, and incredibly expensive Hotel - rugs stained throughout the hotel and dirty Hotel room - stained rugs, red stains on decorative pillow, fingernail and staple on the carpet (i.e. not vacuumed) sheets really cheap feeling and very rough. If we were going to stay any longer than the 6 hours we had until our flight, i would have changed hotels. This place is not great and a real downer on an otherwise amazing trip.

Two WOW hotels. One is a 5 star and the other a 4 star. They are separated by a conference center. Hotel was modern, convenient to the airport, well appointed and very busy. Since you can not drink the tap water in Turkey, they should have provided bottled water for the room. Purchasing a 1.5 litre bottle cost about $7.

I stayed here because it is right next to CNR Expo where I was attending a trade show for 5 days. So only a 5 minute walk of 300 metres, no taxi required. Also only 5 minute drive from airport, use free hotel shuttle minibus (if you can find it!), it is amongst all the other shuttles and bus services outside the terminal but without a defined parking bay. Room was fine but carpet was definitely overdue for replacement. Staff are a bit surly. Room internet was free if you have an ethernet cable (or hire one from reception). Free wi-fi in lobby/bar. Breakfast was a bit boring and one-dimensional but OK (as long as you can find a table - always very busy). Restaurant food was OK but limited menu choice and quite expensive. The biggest complaint is the bar prices - eye-watering! 15 turkish lira for one small beer (about 7 GBP!!). Free nuts though! Same with mini-bar, rip-off. Get bottled water etc from outside. That said there is nothing in the neighbourhood (shops/restaurants etc) so you need to take a taxi and risk the Istanbul traffic nightmare. Nothing to do nearby so take a good book. I would stop there again but only if attending another trade show at the CNR Expo for which it is ideal location.

This hotel is excellent if you are in and out of istanbul. It is one stop from the subway line that attaches to the airport. So if the airport shuttle has just left, it takes 5 min to get there by subway. Also you can get into town very easy with the subway stop being right at the hotel. Room service is good, no noise, clean, good internet connection.

Great hotel if you need a quick semi-inexpensive place to stay for one night next to the airport (layover or late arrival). We waited on the free shuttle for 20 minutes and it never showed up (it probably would have, but we got impatient and wanted to get some sleep after our later than expected arrival). The Metro is only one stop away or you can take a 4 Lira cab ride (literally 4 minutes). Room was clean. Eating at the hotel was pricey, but you don't have any other options.

Close to the airport, very good location, you can't miss it from the metro stop. Great hotel for travelers but would not recommend it for longer stays. The rooms we had smelled very badly, were not very clean and the beds were unbelievably hard, I think next time I'll sleep on the floor. It took ages to get a baby cot, after I made 3 phone calls to the reception. Otherwise it was an OK hotel.

Tidy clean hotel. Very close to airport but not noisy. Well insulated windows. When you come out of the terminal you cross one lane to the hotel shuttle bus area. Unfortunately there is not a sign for WOW as there is for other hotels but just ask another bus driver and they know where each other pulls up. It is written on the side of the shuttle bus. We waited 30 minutes for pick up. The hotel is very close but doesn't look easy to navigate by foot. When departing you need to mention international or domestic terminal for drop off. I think is simply for a airport stopover night. Not near anything interesting is you had longer however in saying that metro stop very close. 1 min walk.

The hotel is close to the airport but there is nothing else in the neighborhood and in the walking distance. You have to get cab to go anywhere. The hotel looked new but the carpet in the room was old..there were stains. The staff was friendly though.

At the price the hotel was reasonable. The only real complaint was the rug was dirty, otherwise I was satisfied.
