They were very accommodating and had English speakers.

This hotel had helpful front desk staff, a standard breakfast fare, convenient shuttle service to and from the airport (5 Euros per person each way), and was situated slightly in the country, so we had a view of deer in a field each morning and we only heard occasional aircraft noise. The room was very cramped with the sofa bed pulled out and both our bed and the sofa bed were very hard, but we all managed to sleep hard after many hours of travel to get there. Internet is not free.

The stay was OK, and the hotel a typical clean and efficient Holiday Inn. but was not spectacular. This hotel was chosen for location near the airport for connections, but it did not offer free shuttles, and required a phone call to call a shuttle to the airport in the afternoon. Inconvenient when you have no change, and phones are far from the shuttle pickup. No restaurant except for breakfast (a pizza restaurant was about 1Km away) and free WiFi was also not offered. In the same transit circumstances, i would stay elsewhere.

very nice...will stay again

The hotel was nice, clean and with a very professional and serviceminded staff. I have stayed on many airport hotels - this one was one of the best.

The hotel provides a clean, but very basic room, to spend the night before an early morning flight. It provides the convenience of a shuttle bus from and to the airport for Euro 8 per room each way and an early buffet breakfast.

Good location convenient to Munich airport but difficult to find and not signposted. Functional for an overnight stay to transit through Munich airport. Have used it for this purpose on several occasions but not for longer than 1 night. Rooms always spotless.

this is a great hotel, beautiful rooms etc. but they nickle and dime you for everything. No free WiFi, high price for airport shuttle, and the staff not so friendly to Americans for some reason.

Stayed in this same hotel in 2010 and would stay there again. Hotel is short shuttle ride from the air port which is great if you have a morning flight. Great breakfast buffet which is included in price of hotel.

I don't think you can do better for a cheap overnight stay near Munich airport. All the "cheaper" rates we found had a €20+ for breakfast, whereas this was included at the Holiday Inn. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The TV channels were all in German but we were in German I Suppose! The bar/restaurant was functional and reasonably inexpensive. Food was unspectacular but at least it was quick which is what you want after a long journey. The only minor quibble was the €8 each way bus transfer from the airport, but since the bus arrived within a couple of minutes of us getting to the bus stop and we could book our return journey time in the morning this was only a small price to pay. There is also a €6 charge for 24hrs of Wi-fi. At that price we didn't bother, but it would have been a nice plus point if it was free. All in all, a very convenient stop over and we would use again.

Great Hotel near the airport. Very helpful staff and accomodation was clean.

Hotel was great. Nothing bad to say, other than that you have to pay for parking and internet. Proximity to the airport and to a petrol station to refill the rental car is fantastic.

We had two rooms the evening prior to leaving the country from Munich. The hotel was easy to find and very close to the airport. There is a shuttle with a reasonable fee. The hotels was very modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and spoke multiple languages. Breakfats was included and was very nice. There was a fee for parking. The hotel is located near other hotels and some residential areas so there were really no places close (walking distance) to eat. We were interested in a place to rest prior after reaching our destination and leaving early the next morning. This is what we wanted so it was convenient for us. I would stay at this hotel again as they did a very nice job, were helpful and the rooms were very comfortable, modern and clean.

Good, clean, convenient, with very friendly staff

The facilities are very nice, the staff is excellent and the breakfast is free; however, there is an intermittent, low-pitch hum that gets to be very nerve-wracking after the first three or four hours. The constant noise of the planes taking off and landing is also problematic. This could be solved with double-pane windows, such as those that hotels near train stations use. Otherwise, the hotel is fine. If you want to stay here, bring earplugs.

This hotel is new and the facilities are all modern. The rooms are VERY small.... even by European standards. The hotel is close (7 Km) from the Munich Airport and is located on the outskirts of a small village. No services around the hotel to speak of. Everything is extra.... internet access, shuttle to the airport, etc.

Clean hotel, nice people, but you have to pay for a short airport shuttle and there is little room for you luggage. OK for an overnighter between flights.

We we not expecting luxury but convience but were expecting reasonable comfort and cleanliness. Bathroom was fairly clean but smelled of uriine. Room was not adequately ventilated. Hot & stuffy (mid Oct) but could not get any air even with trying to open the one window. Beds small and hard and everything seemed downsized so I thought I was in Japan! Very austere furnishing. Lobby & breakfast was nice, though.

Great location, decent amenities, with a shuttle for a price (8 Euros). Parking will cost you as well. While they say you can receive Wi-Fi in your room, it only worked in the Lobby / Restaurant area.

Stayed one night in this hotel the night before I flew out of Munich. Hotel was nice, clean, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly. The bed was ok, a little stiff, and the pillows were paper thin but luckily there were plenty available so I could stack them up. My only real complaint was that the shuttle driver dropped me off at the wrong terminal, but luckily I left early enough to still have time to make it to the correct terminal.

Very convenient for the airport. Very helpful, friendly staff. However my original booking did not match up with the room that was allocated. A change of room was offered which was possible as space available.

for a hotel in Germany close to an airport the sound proofing is very poor. The eight Euro charge for the airport bus is expensive, and the hotel is further from the terminals than stated. Otherwise fine, the multicultural staff there tries hard, and succeeds.

A basic hotel. Charges for shuttle service to airport should be factored into your cost to stay there.

Munich doesn't have a really busy airport, but if you're an extra light sleeper the planes may be annoying. Otherwise the room is typical "German" clean and very ergonomic. Fee for Internet and a coffee/tea set in the room plus breakfast included - European cold cuts. BTW 6 Euros for the shuttle each way and a 20-30 minute wait at the airport bus stop 11.

We were waitind to be served in the dinig room for diner more than an hour. Finaly left and went to a nearby resaurant

Good location and price. Very clean and frendly.

This is a convienient hotel for the Munich airport. Good breakfast and easy to airport. There is a great German restaurant just down in the small village.

The lady who works the evening shift and makes the morning breakfast was just the greatest. She made a special effort to find us a shuttle reservation when others were already booked. Our thanks to her!!!

There are very few hotels right near the airport, most of them are in the area where this hotel was located, a few miles from the airport. It was a 15 euro taxi fare from the airport, but only an 8 euro (per room) charge to take the shuttle. We walked down to the town, which has a couple of restaurants (including a really good italian place), but there wasn't much else around the hotel. To get to the city of Munich you would have to go back to the airport and then get the U bahn from there, which seemed like a lot of work to us. The hotel room was spacious and clean. There were no double beds available, so we had to push the 2 twin beds together, which was kind of annoying.
