Everything we great - except if you have a car, the parking situation is not good.

This is really the best location for a hotel in Tel Aviv unless you just want to stay by the beach all day. It is located next to the main shopping mall in Tel Aviv that also has its own train station that brings you straight from the airport. Very nice hotel with great views. Had a great time, wish I could have stayed longer.

I recommend this hotel. Very good indeed if you're on a business trip.

Overall great hotel......the staff was professional although there was one young front desk member that could have been more friendly. The breakfast for only $10 is AWESOME!!!!!! The room had an amazing bathroom with a huge window. This hotel easily would go for $600/night in Manhattan.

Hotel location for work people is great and rooms ate nice. But services have some issues. We stayed 6 nights and everyday for breakfast their services were awful. We had to keep asking for coffee, cutlery etc. When we needed concierge help we repeatedly called from the room but got no answer. When we went down to ask for something (like a bus shuttle) they asked why we didn't call and told us it had to be booked beforehand! Rubbish. Anyway we insisted for what we wanted but seriously 5* service? I think not! The hotel is lovely but they really need to learn a bit about how to service a customer and pay attention rather than stand around or blame the customers!

Upside: great central location, access to all necessities in adjoining mall, bumped us up from a deluxe king to a studio corner room, very comfortable and spacious room with views in two directions. Downside: maddening parking without adequate signage, windows were so dirty could not really appreciate the views.

Very attractive, spacious and well equipped room. Bath with tub and stall shower. Multiple outlets at charging station at desk. Excellent breakfast buffet in an attractive setting on the 11th fl. Staff very helpful. Only quibble, no drawer space for clothes. Some closet shelves and plenty of hanging area. This is a set up we encountered in other high-end hotel in the Middle East. It still worked out fine and we would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again on or next trip to Tel; Aviv.

It was a short stay but it was a great hotel.

Hotel close to train station. In same complex as the mall and convenience store. Taxis always available. Staff friendly and polite. Nicely decorated and clean rooms. EXCELLENT breakfast during the week. Hotel allowed us to use Business Lounge at no cost to print boarding passes. Hotel had entertainment in the evening but did ended early enough to not disturb sleep. Tour buses will pick up and drop off at hotel. Close to other restaurants and bus stops.

Service was poor - clicking sounds from a/c vents went unaddressed. Fan knob in bathroom was non-functional. Waited 20 minutes for the Concierge who never showed

Very nice room in very convenient location. Hotel has every thing that you will need close to the main road. If you are not a tourist, this is a perfect location. The only complaint that I can come up with is if you are american, the coffee at breakfast is not hot enough. All good.

Great place, very nice room, outstanding view...but we wanted to sleep since this was one of the last nights of our trip. Problem was, although we were several floors below the lounge, we could hear every lyric, thump of the bass, twang of the guitar. They offered to move us to the other tower, but we'd already settled in, unpacked, undressed, and gone to bed when the first act started into its set. Too hard to change rooms, just had to bury my head under the pillow and deal with it... Oh yes. The well informed front desk said the musical act was "classical." I guess to the current generation of listeners, jazz / rock fusion is classical.

The rooms have a modern retro look, but probably the best service and quality in the country. It is about 10 - 15 minutes from the airport and from the beach. Also used the massage therapist. Nice. Only negative aspect was the price tag for the room.

Hotel is terrific - great rooms, wifi, nice bathroom, well appointed. Downside is location, close to highway and attached to a mall, but not in a neighborhood where you can easily walk to restaurants or other attractions. Also no outdoor space to enjoy.

this was a great stop. everything was great! the only bad thing was i forgot my number so i could not get credit for the stay.

we moved from the Herods hotel in Gordon street after 3 nights of stay. we wished we would have stayed for the whole while in that hotel. the room was nice the staff was nice and helpful. the only downfall from my side was the parking which came to be quiet expensive... even though the hotel is offering 50% discount. The location is not as attractive as Gordon street (the beach) but for who wants a locations that is close to everything - right in the center of TA - this is the hotel for you! I recommend this hotel for others!!!

professional, friendly staff, clean, moden rooms. All and all excellent place to stay.

Stayed here for 1 night, on business. Great hotel, only 4 years old, big spacious room with modern bathroom. Free internet and great hotel amenities. There is a free shuttle between both their hotels, which is needed as there isn't much around this hotel, not for the tourist.

We had a good stay. The location is great, and the room was beautiful. Only downsize was the fact that you can't open at all the room's windows...

Good hotel - beware thjough that the pool and fitness club are only open to over 18 years old - if you have young children this is a major drawback

Although my wife and I only spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was for leisure, the hotel is well situated for the business traveller.......only a short cab ride to the city centre, 20 mins from the airport and situated right on the Ayalon freeway. It boasts a huge Holmes Place Gym with a small indoor pool. The staff were very helpful and attentive and the rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable and although our room overlooked the Ayalon freeway, it was totally quiet. Directly outside the hotel is a huge shopping mall, great if you like shopping or need something urgent or just fancy a coffee. Only slight criticism is that it had no outdoor pool or sun deck........very useful in the hot Israeli summers in TA

This location is not for everyone. The bad thing - it's not on the beach like many others (but they do have a free shuttle bus to take you there and back). HOWEVER - the great thing is it's attached to the Azraeli shopping mall AND it's right on the Ayalon Highway - the main north-south artery of Tel Aviv which is awesome for those using TA as a base to travel either around the area or the country. Room, food, staff were great! Also has an incredible workout area.

This Hotel is close to everything. Shopping, Museums and Nightlife. All tours can be arranged from the Hotel. Top class!!!

Very nice hotel, but more for the business traveler than one who is looking for a vacation since it is downtown and not on the beach, has views of high rises and traffic, they do have a shuttle to the beach which is great. Very clean rooms. Great value.

Very luxurious for price. Great hot tub after long flight from NY and lovely pool/ gym facility great. Busy location but central to everything

Close to all transportation you can shop at the mall and supermarket and enjoy the gym with a great pool

למרות ההגעה המאוחרת, קיבלנו יחס מצויין בקבלה, החדר היה מוכן ללא שום עיקוב. החדרים עצמם גדולים, המזגן מצויין ושקט, המקלחת כרגיל טובה מאוד. בצ'ק אאוט היה סיפור אחר- חוסר נימוס ויחס לא נעים של פקיד הקבלה. אבל זה היה קצר.

חדר מרווח ונקי, עיצוב מודרני ונעים. מזגן מצויין, מקלחת ואמבטיה מצויינים. צוות המלון ברובו טוב מאוד, יש מקום לשיפור. בגדול תמורה הגונה למחיר.

לפני סיום ההזמנה דיברתי עם מרכז ההזמנות שלכם וביקשתי לוודא שהמחיר כולל מע״מ ואתן אישרתם לי טלפונית לאחר שהמזמין שאל את המפקח שהמחיר כולל מע״מ לישראלים ביום ג׳ שרצינו לעזוב בקבלה לא היו מוכנים לתת לנו לעזוב מהסיבה שהמחיר לא כולל מע״מ כאשר הראתי להם את האתר המתחרה בטקינג קום הם הבינו כנראה שטעו ונתנו לנו ללכת לביתינו

מאוווד נהנינו מהשירות וגם מהנקיון ומהחדר המפנק שקיבלנו ..אבל יש חסרון שהחניה בתשלום ומאוד יקרה ב40₪ ליום!

Difficile de donner 5 etoile a cet hotel, il est loin de la mer et dans un centre commercial en bord de peripherique de la ville. Les chambres sont ok mais pas possible d ouvrir les fenetres. pas de piscine exterieure. Le service est a revoir. Petit dej pas terrible.

The location of the hotel was really good for me and my business needs. The hotel was good, standard Crown Plaza. The reception was polite and efficient. Concierge services - some were really customer oriented some were there just to get paid. The restaurant at the hotel breakfast was ok - service vise not so good the waitresses and waiters took no contact to customers infact getting a cup of coffee was very hard at times. Dinner at the restaurant was real let down. No local specialities to mention, standard boring food. The lobby bar... well some of their knowledge of products they were selling was not so good. Maybe they need to take a wine course. Wines in general would be nice to have a selection of other countries then domestic wines.

Das Hotel lag sehr zentral. Gute zusamensetzung von Einkaufszentrum und Hotel. Sehr gutes Autoservice zum Meer. Duschanlage sehr schlecht konstruiert,(nach jeder Dusche gabs jede menge wasserüberflutungen)
