The hotel is very clean and friendly. A good location that is just the right distance the first train station. This ensures you a seat and it is a much easier station to work with. A word of caution ASK TOTAL PRICE FOR TAXI AT AIRPORT BEFORE GETTING IN. It should cost 20-25e. They will charge 45-50e if you dont work out price first.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It's very clean and modern. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant is actually pretty tasty. However, the surrounding neighborhood leaves a whole lot to be desired. It's filthy and I felt unsafe walking around even during the day (but especially at night). If you don't have to pay too much for the hotel, I recommend it. Just watch yourself in the area around it!

Hotel was very modern and clean, however, room smelled of wet carpet. Hotel reception gave us air freshener, which helped a little bit. Breakfast was plentiful and good...best croissants ever tasted outside of France.

we chose this hotel becos of its 10 minutes walking distance to the ferry to capri. We took our own sweet time to take our breakfast & walk there to catch a ferry to capri, without knowing that there is long queue for the ticket. if the hotel staff gave us information on the queue, we would have departed earlier. Thi is a regret, as we queue for 1.2 hour for the ticket. Nice dinner at hotel. Taxi from train station to hotel cost 10.50 plus tips. Most shops at the neighborhood were closed for summer holiday. (2 weeks in august)

Great location for some major sight seeing. The neighborhood around the hotel is a bit run down but it is a convenient walk to all the major things to see in Napoli!

This hotel is in a great location--about a 20 min. walk to the ferry and between 10 and 20 min. walk to the two different train stations. Everyone at the front desk is really friendly and helpful, and an added bonus is that they speak English! It's a very modern hotel. The neighborhood around the hotel felt safe during the day, and while I felt fairly safe at night, the neighborhood is really abandoned. Most of the restaurants and shops are closed up early at night, but other than that everything about the hotel is great.

Modest hotel in terrible area - staff appear to be in cahoots with rip-off tax drivers. Was ribbed at knife-point around the corner. Parking is half a mile from the hotel. Never again!

Oreana at the front desk was incredible! She helped us with all the information we needed. This hotel is a great place to stay because you can walk to the ferry to Capri or to the train station to Sorento or Pompeii. The city of Naples seemingly is full of shady people and it's dirty so beware! We saw "organized" pick pockters and thieves on the trains in Naples. Everything was run down and full of garbage. Worst city in Italy. Great hotel to explore further out though.

This hotel was beautiful and relaxing, but beware of the surrounding area at night. Someone on a moped tried to snatch my girlfriends purse while driving by.

Facilities were excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good with large selection. Laundry service excellent. Reception staff was very accommodating and changed my room from a room with stand-up shower only to a room with bathtub when I requested. No problems. There is a charge for Internet and the connection is a bit slow.

Don't stay in naples. Close to ferry but the area is disgusting. We were told by hotel staff not to be out after 8p.m. They were right.

Beautiful hotel, maybe 5 min taxi ride from train station....about 10 euro. Very helpful staff, inroom wifi way too expensive as was the hotel restaurant. Felt very safe walking everywhere!! Super close to great shopping and all the attractions. Downside, room was super tiny! 2 suitcases and a stroller, made it super tight! Also, the church bells ring every 15 from 8 am to 11 pm!! Make sure to pack some ear plugs! Not many restaurants near by, make sure to ask around!

We stayed here for a night during a day and half vacation trip to Naples. The location was very convenient. It is a 15 minute walk from the train station so if you have a lot of luggage, a cab will be about 15 euros. But the port right across the street has multiple ferries to the beautiful islands of Naples. We went to Capri and loved it. It was very convenient since we could catch a late ferry back without worrying about a long walk at night. The old city of Naples is about a 10-15 minute walk. The hotel is on a main street but it was pretty deserted at night so a tip will be to start and end your day early. We loved the modern decor of the hotel. The room, also very modern and new, was very spacious by European standards. The staff was english speaking and wonderful and spent a lot of time giving us info. They also let us check in very early in the morning. The breakfast was great too. In all, a great experience and highly recommended.

An overnight stay on our way to another destination. Very clean and nice hotel. The location was not very good .The neighbour was dirty. But interior design and room service and breakfast was perfect .The parking was about 400 ft away across the street (10Euro per Night)

Hotel was lovely, cost aprox €25 from Airport in a Taxi thou. The area around hotel is not that nice but naples as a place is not too nice. it is a great hotel if stopping over in Naples for one night and moving on. Hotel is clean / nice bathrooms and self service breakfast was good...Dublin - Ireland

Modern, clean and pleasant hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. But location is in an unpleasant and run-down neighborhood.

I found the hotel staff so very helpful, going above and beyond what was expected in every way. The room was comfortable and clean and the hotel itself was quite lovely. The location was not quite as I had expected, but I still felt very safe to walk the streets day or evening and found it most interesting although extremely busy, but a fun place at the same time. I would definitely stay again and would recommend this Hotel in every aspect.

When we got to Napli at 9pm at night and we saw the streets, not so clean and all the locals around outside, we were a little nervous about our stay in Napoli being 3 generations of females and I am the only one who speaks Italian. However, the staff of H2C really went above and beyond. First, all staff spoke English. Second when we got there, the young man working the desk asked if we had eaten and then recomended a resturaunt about 2 blocks away. He then had the cameriere escort us there, after making sure they could accomodate my diet (the resturaunt was great too) and then one of the waiters escorted us back. They arranged an awesome tour of Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius for the next day. After the tour, the chef at the resturaunt prepared a gluten free meal for me, that wasnt on the menu. They even gave me a US-European electrical converter to charge my camera with. From check-in to check-out we just felt like we were being wll taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone, especially women or families with young children as I felt they cared for us as they would their own families.

Hotel very clean and well maintained. Great complimentary breakfest. Very modern and new looking hotel. Rooms were a bit small but comfortable. Godd value. Very convenient to port to get on ferry to Capri and Sorrento but nothing open in surrounding area. Have to travel to find cafe or restaurant.

Beautiful hotel in a run down neighborhood. The customer service was great. Hotel is convenient to train station and ferry.

Hotel is comfortable with a spacious room. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath. Hotel has great views of Naples, Vesuvius and the bay of Naples. Can easily take trams or bus just outside the hotel. Tickets sold at reception. Staff very friendly.

Fantastic value for money. Very stylish reception and smallish but beautiful rooms. Clean and centrally located. Only drawbacks were view of the industrial docks not the sea, and the noise from the road outside which is a six lane highway. Napoli drivers hoot their horns every 4 seconds.... water pressure in shower pretty feeble too.

Considering the price of hotels all around Italy, the H2C Napoli offers a great deal at this price. The room quality and amenities were great, and the service at the front desk was good. They were able to provide a detailed schedule of the ferry/hydrofoil services to the surrounding islands (Capri, Ischia, etc.). The hotel is on the main road, right off the pier, and about 1.5 km from the pier that services most of the ferries. There is one restaurant less than a block away that is open until midnight and a couple of cafes that are open until about 5 PM or 6 PM. They are all on via Nuovo Marina. So unless you are willing to walk at least 1.0 km, you may have some difficulty finding food nearby. Word of advice, I use my mobile phone around the world when I travel. So, I tend to use Google Maps a lot and I have never had any issues in Italy or any other country when trying to find a hotel. However, this hotel was difficult to find because the street numbering on via Nuovo Marina and via Marina get mixed up on Google Maps, so it took me an hour longer than I should have needed to find the place. I would recommend contacting the hotel beforehand to confirm the exact location because it is fairly close to Napoli Centrale.

We were only at this hotel for an afternoon and night-leaving 5:30 the next AM. The quality of the facilities and staff and services were excellent. It was walking distance or an easy bus to the marina and downtown. The surrounding area did not match the quality of the hotel- seemed out of place. It is not with the other pricy established tourist hotels but surrounded by every day Naples so that has its advantages and disadvantages- since we did not go for a sterile touristy trip it was ok. Great value for the money. vickie

Hotel à recommander . Naples est une ville à voir, surtout le 31 décembre. Chaque habitant tire son feu d'artifice. Il faut un temps d'adaptation pour s'habituer à la propreté de la ville. L'hotel H2c est vraiment à l'opposé de l'image e la ville.

Ottimo soggiorno per visitare NApoli in due giorni

Ottima la posizione, se si vuole fare un giro a piedi verso il centro storico, ma anche comodo per i trasferimenti alle isole, o ai mezzi di trasporto se si vuole andare verso la zona monumentale. Comodo il servizio taxi messo a disposizione dei clienti. Accoglienza molto gentile, e disponibili. Albergo che rimarrà un punto dove rivolgersi ritornando a Napoli.

une nuit seulement c'est court pour donner un avis mais hotel très correct , accueil courtois et petit déjeuner plus que correct seul bémol , le sauna et le hammam ne fonctionnaient pas , on ne sait pas pourquoi et on nous a dit " c'est fermé " sans explication ... dommage d'autant que c'est pour cela que j'avais choisi cet hôtel !!

Hotel nuovo, ben tenuto con camere confortevoli. Cordiale tutto il personale. Buona la colazione. Unica piccola pecca il parcheggio.

O Hotel é excelente, novo, moderno, quartos confortáveis e com bom café da manhã, mas a cidade é horrivel, extremamente suja, não dá para sair do hotel a pé, não tem local para estacionar o carro, somente na rua. Hospedei-me para conhecer a cidade e ir a Pompéia, para quem for a turismo, fique em Pompéia e não em Napoles, se for a negócios o Hotel é muito bom.

我本来选择了海港边的一家三星级酒店，但临行前用差不多的价格换到了这家4星级酒店。事实证明这可能是个错误的决定，因为H2C 无论从客房设施、早餐质量都最多只能够得上三星，而且最令人难以忍受的是周边环境，酒店地处一群居民区中，背后是乌黑的街道、破旧的楼房和到处的垃圾，感觉像贫民区。我原以为这就是Napoli的特色，但后两天在市政厅周围闲逛，发现市区还是有很多古老而美丽的建筑，有布置优雅和饭菜可口的餐馆，有热闹的购物街，但在H2C Hotel周围，这些都不可能找到，所以，如果再到Napoli，我会选择其他地方的酒店。

Hotel très propre, très moderne. Personnel accueillant et très gentil. Les chambres sont très jolies.

Das Hotel H2C liegt eine Querstrasse zum "centro storico" und dem Fischmarkt und gegenüber dem Hafen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Stadtbesichtigungen und Shopping. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Hafen und die Stadt. Sonnenuntergänge und die grossen Kreuzfahrtschiffe kann man ebenfalls sehen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig (jeden Morgen frische Cornetti und Sfogliatelle!!) Die Zimmer sind konfortabel und sauber. Das Hotel ist ideal für Städtereisen!

Bodde i hotellet som ligger i skräpligt område,dåligt bemöte av både personal och dess chef Antonio som inte alls var tillmötesgående. Jag ska absolut inte reommendera det här hotellet inte ens till min fiende.

Mycket fint hotell, snygga rum, jättebra frukost och nära till färjan till Capri.

Conseguimos una oferta muy economica y tuvimos todas las comodidades de un 4*. Es cierto que la situación no es la mejor que pudiera ser pero al menos está alejado de la zona de Garibaldi que es lo peor de Napoles. Estamos muy satisfechos con la oferta.
