Very nice hotel and beautiful rooms! A welcome drink was a nice touch, with an additional piece of Italian dessert from the bartender. The hotel is in the heart of old Naples and the surrounding area was a little questionable but we got by walking in the area just fine. A nice stopover before we visited Pompeii and Herculaneum and on to the Amalfi Coast.

This is a very nice hotel in a old, old city. The rooms are large and very comfortable, with plenty of hanging space and drawer space for clothes. There is a mini bar and a complimentary bottle of wine. The free wireless Internet works very well, but it is password-protected, so remember to ask the desk clerk for the password. The bathroom is large with a full-sized tub/shower. Breakfast is good, with the usual European fare of cheeses, pastries, scrambled eggs, fruit, cereal, etc. The desk clerks all speak good English and are very friendly and helpful. A little bit about the neighborhood...many travelers on here have spoken about the location of the hotel and that they didn't feel safe in the area around it, especially at night. I have lived in Naples for about two years and most of the crime here is petty in nature - pick-pocketing, purse-snatching, those kinds of things. You see women walking alone at night around here all the time. Just take normal precautions regarding your belongings and make sure you don't leave anything valuable or visible in your vehicle and you shouldn't have a problem. The area around the hotel has many good places to eat and shop and you are in the true heart of Naples here, so enjoy it! I would stay here again and recommend it for others.

Very tranquil centrally located hotel, perfect hub from which to experience the manic intensity of Neapolitan life. Staff excellent - with a very friendly barman waiting to serve you your complimentary drink. Highly recommended

This hotel was a gem in a gritty area, but within walking distance of historic sites. Even walked to Archeological Museum. Very accommodating and gracious staff. The free drink at the bar with hors d'ouvres was a nice touch.

The neighbourhood surrounding the hotel does not seem like it should contain a 4* hotel, but once you get into the hotel it is very nice. The hotel staff is friendly and always willing to help or give directions, e.g. to the very good pizza place around the corner on Via Duomo.

If you-re staying in Napoli, this is an excellent choice for a hotel. It pampers you in luxury and refinement after a long day in the rough city of Napoli. Its in a central location and convenient quiet spot. I would not hesitate to stay here again. It is a beautiful property and you will be treated very well. Includes a welcome drink at the hotel lounge with some olives and such as well as a very nice break fast.

Hotel was clean, breakfast is good. Room is comfortable. The bartender Salvatore is the best! The location of this hotel is ok, although I wish it was closer to the train station.

A great hotel in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. Very good recommendations for restaurants, including pizza and excellent breakfasts.

The staff kindly upgraded me to a very superior suite to celebrate my birthday. Lots of crushed velvet, romantic and rather gothic decor and amazine light fittings help to give this small hotel a luxurious feel. Very modern bar, lovely welcome champagne and strawberry cocktail on the house and delightful canapes including Italian cheese dripping with honey! Very central location to main shopping area, but felt a bit uneasy after 9pm in the dark narrow streets when the stalls packed up. Just as well we had a plush bar and excellent room to go back to.

The hotel's location seemed a bit odd at first, but once we got orientated it was great for walking to the museums, historic sites and shopping in the area. Good restaurants in the area as well. The rooms, breakfast, bar, etc. were all just fine. Hotel staff was efficient and helpful as expected with a hotel in this price range, with one exception. Our one, and a big one, complaint was we didn't get our 3 AM wake up call for an early flight. Forunately, I woke up at 3:30, no answer at desk when I called down, so had to hunt down the desk person (who was sleeping in the bar) to call a cab. Cab was there in 4 minutes, so made the flight ok, but not a good way to start the day!

If you want to experience Napoli and the heart of the Historical District, this is the place to stay.

Not great neighborhood, not great views from windows in rooms, everything else is first class and even though the neighborhood isn't great the location is right in the middle of everything.

Beautifully renovated hotel in the historic district. Great amenitites and nice breakfast..

A luxurious hotel for the price. Beyond our expectations for the price and situation in Naples historic centre (helped as we were given a room upgrade on arrival). Very helpful, friendly staff and lovely welcome drink with nibbles at the bar on first night. Attractive exterior and very well presented interior. The room was very clean and spacious. Tasteful modern decor. Extremely comfortable bed! Altogether a joy to stay in and an oasis of peace in the mayhem of central Naples.

No room views, but everything else was great. Really a top notch establishment. Free drink and finger food at the bar really put it over the top. Free wireless internet too. Spaccanapoli is the true Naples experience.

I stayed at the above hotel in June 2009. It was, without reservation, one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The decor is gorgeous. The staff are amazing. The receptionists were extremely accommodating and could not do enough for us. Initially when I arrived at the hotel I was somewhat concerned as the neighbourhood looked like it might not be the best. However there were always pedestrians so it always felt safe even when walking back to the hotel at night. It turns out that Naples in general is quite shabby so the neighbourhood wasn't out of the norm.

Great choice for a stay in Naples. Located in the heart of the historical centre and only a few steps from the famous Via S. Viagio Del Librai. Very stylish and modern interior with luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower for two ;0) Stand out service from friendly barman who recommended local restaurants and gave the heads up on some of the regions wines. Was a little difficult to find without a detailed street map. Make sure the taxi driver takes you to the hotel door and doesn't try to drop you off 300 metres away!

Very friendly hotel with a free welcome drink. We stopped here one night after a 10 day trip on the Amelfi Coast and it was the perfect place to stop between arriving in naples port and catching an early flight home. It is 5 minutes from the port e9 by taxi and 10-15 to the airport depending on traffic e19. Contact Peter at the hotel to arrange your taxis as the locals are always overcharging. Had a wonderful pizza just around the corner best and cheapest on the whole trip. Overall a great find.

The hotel is well located in the centre of town and it is a short walk to some of the more well-known pizza places. The room is not designed necessarily to my taste, but it is very contemporary and comfortable. The breakfast was standard Italian fare. The staff were friendly.

We stayed for one night at the Albergo Palazzo hotel in Naples before we headed onto the Amalfi coast. The hotel was in a very good location- very close to the old town and with most sites in easy walking distance. The room was lovely- very clean and modern. I especially liked the toiletries provided!

We stayed for one night only on the way back from a holiday in Positano. The hotel reception was welcoming and cool after a very hot tour around the city. The room was luxurious and spotlessly clean and the maid service in the room was extremely attentive. The breakfast buffet provided a good choice and the service again was very good. The hotel recommended two restaurants for dinner and we went to the nearer of these. It was a good choice of restaurant but because of the area, the walk to it was a little unnerving.

Room was very nice and clean. However the hotel is very difficult to find, even taxis had trouble. Did not feel very safe walking near the hotel at night. Hotel owner ws helpful in suggesting restaurants and providing directions.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Decumani. It's located right next to the Spaccanapoli, and provided a very comfortable room that was clean and quiet. For those seeking a classical hotel, the Decumani does sport a more modern, trendy design. The breakfast included was particularly good. The concierges were for the most part helpful and professional, though one was mistaken about basic sightseeing questions (confusing the Sant'Anna dei Lombardi with Capella Sansaverra) and was difficult to communicate with in English. Though Naples has wonderful restaurants and art, it is dirty, exhaust-filled and somewhat seedy. However, none of those detracting aspects penetrated the Decumani.

Environnement sordide pour cet hôtel à l'intérieur parfait : décoration moderne dans un bâtiment ancien, chambre très confortable et très propre, buffet de petit déjeuner de tes bonne qualité. Malheureusement, l'emplacement ne donne pas envie de rester dans ce quartier délabré.

In complesso l'hotel è buono per location, cortesia e pulizia. Ho trovato la qualità colazione, e la dimensione della stanza un po' al di sotto dello standard di un 4 stelle. Comunque mi è piaciuto per il resto il servizio ed il carattere complessivo napoletano dell'ospitalità.

Hotel molto bello, soprattutto le camere con tutti i confort accapatoio, ciabatte, sky tv . Bagno grande e arredamento della camera di buon gusto, sala colazione un pò piccola, personale disponibile da consigliare.

房间大小ok，就是位置太难找了，gps兜了很远。酒店整体水平很好，早餐很丰富。就是位置过于市井，周围的环境很那不勒斯，就是很可怕。说白了，酒店是天堂，出了酒店就是地狱。如果没见识过什么是城中村或者握手楼，可以试试。

駅からは徒歩10～15分程度ですが、大通りから裏道に入って坂を少し登った場所にあり、夜はかなり危険な臭いがします。道路はゴミで汚れ、夜はバイクの音や犬の遠吠えが聞こえます。 女性と一緒にいく場所ではありません。 内装は綺麗ですが、眺めは上記の通り良くないです。 これはイタリアのホテル全般に言える傾向かもしれませんが、シーツやバスローブの交換、フロアの掃除はきちんと要請しないとやってくれません。 チップを少し多めにして、英語メモと一緒においておいたら、翌日は綺麗にしてくれていましたが。 このホテルだけでなく、ナポリ全体でやはり治安は悪くハネムーンなどで泊まる街でないと思います。 止まるのであれが、ソレントまで足を伸ばしたほうが絶対に良いです。但し、電車での移動はこれまた危険なのでナポリからフェリーで移動した方がよいです。どうしてもナポリでということならサンタルチア港周辺どまりだと思います。

ナポリ中央駅まで徒歩20分の歴史遺産に囲まれた比較的環境の良い立地。　中規模で外観に比べ、インテリアは居室を含め、品よく上質。　 7連泊中、バス、洗面所はいつもきれいで、ベッドメイキングも完ぺきだったが、3日目ぐらいで、木製のフロアーにほこりが目立ったので”掃除機をかけて！”とメモを残しておいたらその後毎日きれいだった。 今回は、東日本震災前に計画したものの、迷った挙句に予定通り1か月後にあきらめないでいったので、夜遅くホテルに到着して、フロントの受付の男性に”ウェルカム！遠いところよく来てくれましたね。”と言われた時にはほっとして、とてもうれしかったです。というわけで、総合評価は95点を差し上げます。

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti , è fantastico assolutamente nulla da ridire, le camere e i bagni sono enormi, bellissime e la pulizia è accurata. L'albergo è molto elegante e il personale cordiale ed attento. Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienzqa consiglio assolutamente questo hotel in quanto è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Napoli. L'unico problema che mi è capitato è stato un danneggiamento alla macchina (parcheggiata benissimo nel parcheggio di fronte l'hotel). Consiglio per chi arriva con la macchina di lasciare le chiavi in reception perchè la notte la spostano all'interno. per il resto tutto fantastico.

スカッパナポリ地区の真ん中にほど近いとことにあり、旧市街を観光するには最適です。オーナーの趣味が全体に生かされて、部屋はモダンで使いやすく、水まわりもきれいです。タクシーはホテルで呼んでもらうのが安心で、 数分で迎えに来てくれて、運転手も良心的な人ばかりでした。駅で拾ったタクシーは、改造メーターの悪質な人もいました。ホテルの前は小さな広場で、夜はとても静かでした。

Hotel très bien situé au centre du coeur historique de la ville. Chambres décorées avec goût, personnel cordial. Surement une des meilleures adresses pour séjourner à Naples.

The hotel opened in July of 2008 and during our visit in July of 2009 it was still in the best possible condition. The rooms are impeccable, bathrooms large and well equipped (with the best shower possible) and the breakfast good. The hotel is located in the historic center, just off Via Duomo and is a short walk to everything in central Naples (easy walks to the Archeological Museum, Via Toledo, Piazza Dante etc etc even in 32 C). Highly recommendable.
