Residenza Ki - Bed & Breakfast - روما

Everything was great with one exception. You have to let people know that they can check-in by 6 p.m. considering the fact that lots of flights arrive in Rome later that the check-in time. We had hard time getting the key for the hotel and we had to go to a different hotel to get it which happened around 11.30 p.m. Excluding this everything else was outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!

We, a family of four, stayed here for one night after returning to Rome from Florence, and flying out the next day. It was a good choice. Only one stop from Roma Termini (main train station), and then a 5 minute walk from Barbareni Station. 5 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, close to a number of very good restaurants. Our quad room was dated and simple but clean. Wireless was reliable. Breakfast was similarly simple - lovely coffee, croissants, boiled eggs, cereal, cold meats and cheeses, and juices and yoghurt. Recommended for a reasonably priced (for Rome) stay, with nothing fancy or over the top.

The location of this hidden gem is fantastic!! It is within walking distance to many sights, restaurants and shops!! The hotel is basic but clean and roomy. The manager was fantastic and was more than helpful with all our questions. The buffet breakfast was a great start to the day!! The only issue we had were the locks on the doors need updating. They have a key that needs to wiggled exactly right to get the door opened. We felt in the event of a fire this would cause an issue. All in all I highly recommend this hotel and think any traveler would be happy with their stay here. Enjoy!!

The staff was extremly helpful and accommodating .

the location of the hotel was great and the customer service was great. But the hotel was not up to par - the first room they put us - well the shower door was missing and they knew it and still gave us the room. The heater didnt work and the noise from the streets kept us up all night. On top of it - the bathroom was leaking water all over the floor. then they moved us to a new room the next day - the beds were ok and the bathroom was very small. It didnt seem to clean either. The hotel staff was very friendly but the conditions of the hotel were poor

This hotel was so bad we ended up going to another hotel. The good thing was that the hotel paid for a room at another site.

Excellent Bed & Breakfast Inn, a minor inconvenience was the lack of staff at night.

Best cappachino around. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to everything.

The women working at Residenza Ki were wonderful and helpful (preparing breakfast and cleaning the rooms), the men were useless and did not take care of problems, such as internet access and TV. We had no internet access in our room even thought it was supposed to be included, and we had 3 nights without TV, thereafter just 1 channel. We paid for service we did not get. The rooms were very small, no surface to put down things, barely room to walk around the bed.

Staff was suuper friendly and helped with everything and then some!! Rooms was good, breakfast was great.... verry woth the money!!

This was a great little find for us as we were on a budget and wanted to be close to the city. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially towards our one year old son...going out of their way to make sure he enjoyed his time there as well. The room was clean and the area was peaceful and quiet. Only downsides were that there are many flights of stairs to navigate the hotel (with no elevator), and the shower was either ice cold or scalding hot. The breakfast was the typical Italian breakfast that you would find in any hotel in the area, no complaints.

This small hotel is conveniently located, has nice and spacious rooms & good breakfast. The staff is very kind and extremely helpful. We felt truly welcome. Good value for your money! Notice that there is no large hotel sign on the street. Instead there is just very small sign on the doorbell button. But the buildings on the street are numbered all the way so you will easily find your way & right building.

Located extremely well in the centre of Rome, the b&b suited us to the ground. On arrival, the reception was really helpful and pointed out bits of the city as well as places to eat. Glad we emailed before the date to check booking. The room itself was very basic and as long as you are not expecting something amazing, it is more than adequate, especially for the price.

If you look at the price of this hotel, it could sounds as a scam... but it is not! Great location for going around Rome just walking, people working on it are very nice and it was a pleasure to have a talk with them both to have suggestions about where to go or just to have a nice informal speech. I strongly recommend it.

This hotel was disappointing to say the least. While the service and hotel location were fantastic, the room left much to be desired. The room was very, very small with a very uncomfortable bed. Pretty sure I felt every spring. However, the service and cleanliness of the hotel were good. So it's all a trade off for the location. Next time, I would recommend someone stay further from downtown with the hope of nicer accommodations, especially since the subway system is so easy to use.

To be fair, I can't rate this hotel because I never stayed there even though this hotel confirmed directly with me my booking and a transport from FCO airport to their property. Upon arrival, there was no driver even though I waited for an hour. No one ever answered at the phone numbers provided so that I could understand if there were any issues. I ended up arranging for alternate transport. Once arriving at the location, the place was shut down. It was the kindness of the next door restaurant that helped me. By sheer luck, they gave me an alternate hotel about 10 mins away via taxi that they thought the Residenza Ki sometimes would refer other guests to. It turns out that my booking had been transferred but no one ever sent me an email about this, nor was there anyone ever available to answer a phone call with my confusion. Unbelievably frustrating especially after I had received several confirmations about my stay! Terrible! Choose elsewhere.

We had an awesome stay and would recommend to anyone heading to Rome! Centerally located to everything!

Incredible service. Room with 2 comfortable beds and a very spacious bathroom. Location is great for those who want to remain within the main and more attractive Rome area: downtown. Walking distance to every important site. Breakfast included. Not big deal, but enough.

One thing to note, this is more like an apartment then a hotel. There is no elevator and therefore you will have to lug your luggage up many flights of stairs. The hotel room was decent size with 2 individual beds and 1 double bed and provided enough room for the 4 girls traveling together. One HUGE downside was no hair-dryer. This was unfortunate for us because ours had a blow-out prior to arriving. There is a free breakfast served each morning which is delicious (mostly pastries, coffee and orange juice); however, it is in the common area of the floor we were on and the walls were thin and therefore we could hear everyone else up and eating. The location was fantastic. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain with many cute restaurants along the way for dinner. We were able to walk to everything; Trevi Fountain, Pantheaon, Colessium, Spanish Steps, etc. Then we took the train to Vatican City which was extremely easy as well. For the price, this hotel had pretty much everything we needed as we weren't in it for very much of the day. If you are wanting a hotel to sit around and relax in this is probably not it, but if you are wanting to explore the city and have a homebase for a good price, this would be a great hotel for you!

Worst hotel EVER. (And we loved all of our hotels during our Italy trip, and we stayed at mainly 1 and 2 star hotels.) There were a whole bunch of problems with this hotel which add up to the worst hotel stay I've ever had in my life. But in the end, it boils down to this: if something goes wrong past 4pm at the Residenza Ki, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN. It seems like an unnecessary convenience to insist on when you search for a hotel, but most Italian hotels (even the dirt cheap ones) have a 24 hour concierge desk, so why pick one of the few hotels that doesn't? Let me be more specific though. Several minor problems, two major problems. Minor reasons: *Air conditioning doesn't work *No elevator (slightly annoying with luggage) *Beautiful flat-screen TV has no English channels *Strange location, up a very steep street *Arrive past 4pm (when their concierge desk closes) and you'll need to walk 10 minutes with your luggage (mainly uphill) to their sister hotel, Saturnia. They'll give you your key, and then you're told to walk back another 10 minutes to Residenza Ki. Major problems (which were an excellent combo): *Building door lock jams randomly and can only be opened from inside *No 24 hour concierge desk After 4pm, the Residenza Ki concierge desk closes. You can call the desk at their sister hotel, Saturnia, but at night there is no english-speaking desk staff at Saturnia. Even better, when we got an Italian speaker from a local restaurant to translate for us to Saturnia that the Residenza Ki building door was jammed, we were told they couldn't do anything right now!!! While we waited over the next three hours, 4 other couples staying at the Residenza Ki tried to get in with their keys and couldn't. We had our bags locked upstairs in our hotel room, and we had to fly back home the next morning! Luckily one of the couples had a sister in a hotel room, but she wasn't answering her phone because she was taking a shower. We had to go down a dark alley behind the building,

From the moment we arrived at this place, it was a nightmare. We could not find the hotel, because it is poorly marked. The check in is on the 2nd floor of the building, and there is no elevator. The hotel reception manager was very rude. The bedroom we stayed in (my sister and myself) was tiny. The beds were actually two twin-sized cots pushed together. The cots were incredibly uncomfortable, and since I have returned, I had to get a massage to unkink the knots in my back. The bathroom was also tiny- there was no room to even wash your hair in the shower without the door open. Also, they do not provide you with a hairdryer. The free WiFi is actually one hour of free Wi-Fi. Our room had no window. The phone only allowed incoming calls, no outgoing calls. The breakfast was a croissant and coffee, not the continental breakfast advertised. Also, the desk clerk left at 5PM, so if you forgot your keys, you were locked out for the night. If you were traveling with someone, you each could not have your own set of keys. This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel or bed and breakfast. I cannot discourage people enough from staying here. There were plenty of nice hotels on Via Rasella that were of comparable price (I ducked my head in to check!). Just as an example of how horrible this stay was, we checked in Thursday and by Saturday the check in manager had made me cry twice!

The first thing to mention is that the location is fantastic. Literally across the road from the Trevi Fountain and a further 10 minute walk to the Pantheon. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We were glad that we emailed to confirm our reservation before our arrival, as we were pre warned that we had to collect our keys from their sister hotel, a 10 minute walk away. When directed to our guest house we were told it was the Green door on the street, amongst about 5 other Green doors! The Guest House is not clearly marked !! The room for 3 adults was a Queen sized bed and 2 single which was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfortable but I would say that the air con was a little disappointing. It wasn't particularly powerful and although it was reading 16 degrees, it certainly didn't feel very cool, especially in the August heat! The staff are really friendly and as we checked in late, they made an effort to come and say hello and introduce themselves the next day. If you're staying on the 2nd floor be warned that you will receive an early morning wake up when the staff prepare for breakfast. Breakfast was not great, but you get what you pay for. Our only complaint would be that on our last morning there was only 1 croissant and a few biscuits left for us to eat. It was perfect on the first day, but they don't seem to replenish the breakfast after each day! Overall we had a fantastic trip to Rome and would certainly stay at the Residenza Ki Rome again

Nice simple hotel in a great location. A few minute walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and close to the Metro. Still walkable to ancient Rome but bring your walking shoes. Great shopping, dining and people watching. If you're looking for a quite little place in a great area you can't go wrong with the Residenza Ki. Nice staff and nice simple breakfast.

Hotellets läge gör boendet prisvärt. Vissa bekvämligheter fungerade inte under vår vistelse. WiFi fungerade bara ute i trapphuset, ej på våningsplanet eller på rummet. Hotellets dator för gäster fungerade inte. AC:n lös men gav ingen effekt. Trevlig personal och frächa rum, speciellt badrummen var rymliga och frächa. Städningen av rummen var inte bra, bodde fyra nätter utan att få handdukarna utbytta. Centralt läge gör det ändå värt pengarna.

Waren sehr zufrieden.

로마 트리비 분수 역에서 도보 5~10분거리, 트레비분수에서 5~10분거리입니다. 나름찾아가기 쉬웠어요. 주인아주머니 친절하십니다. 아침뷔페도 괜찮구요. 딱히 불편한것 못느꼈습니다.

깨끗하고 조식도 맛있었구 커피도 맛있었구 체크인 하기 전이나 체크아웃 한 후에도 짐 맡아주고 친절하고 좋았어요. 로마 지하철 balberini역에서 매우 가까운데 호텔스닷컴에서는 스페인 광장 근처라고 해서 찾기가 조금힘들었지만 지하철 balberini역에서 내리면 금방 찾을 수 있습니다. 와이파이도 잘 터져요!

Tive uma surpersa quando verifiquei na minha reserva que era um albergue e não um hotel, mas para minha grande e maravilhosa surpresa, é um local muito bom, perto de tudo, quarto limpo, pessoal extremamente atencioso, com destaque para o Diogo, um brasileiro que nos deu todas dicas de roma e apoio total como translado etc. Recomendo

Et hyggeligt Hotel, med følelsen af, at det er familie drevet, selvom det vist ikke er det. Værelserne var pæne og rene, og der var daglig "rengøring". Personalet var imødekommende og rare, og havde stor viden om lokal-området Der var små ting der var irriterende, internettet duede med jævne mellemrum ikke, og de havde svært ved, at få det op og kører. Der var koldt på badeværelset, da vinduerne ikke kunne lukkes helt. Alt i alt et godt billigt hotel, som ligger fantastisk, man kan vælte ned i Trevi-fontænen hvis man vil, og anbeflades til forlængede weekend ophold.

Très bon petit hôtel, très bien situé et au personnel vraiment adorable. Seul hic: des murs très fins, nous avions trois touristes américaines plutôt bruyantes dans la chambre d'à côté et nous partagions toutes leurs conversations! Mais l'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé!

Custo benefício excelente! Hotel pequeno mas tem tudo o que precisa para quem vai para explorar a cidade. Localizaçao perfeita.Tive problema para pegar o meu Romapass e a recepcionista ficou quase 1hora em seu telefone para me ajudar... Depois me levou pessoalmente fora do hotel para resolver o meu problema. O diretor do hotel Diogo é brasileiro e fala mais 3 idiomas, podendo ajudar a todos com a maior simpatia.

Helt perfekt. Personalen var underbar, rent fräscht och stort rum. För att vara Italien och ett litet hotell så var frukosten över all förväntan. Vi kommer bo här resten av våra resor till Rom!

Heilt greit hotell med ideell beliggenhet midt i "turist-Roma". Litt vanskelig å finne. Anonym inngang. Savnet heis, men det var klart opplyst om. Frokost helt ok, men ved mange gjester var det tendens til kø. En av de ansatte i resepsjonen var meget serviceinnstilt og gikk grundig gjennom alle spørsmål ved ankomst. Kunne meget godt engelsk. Ellers så var de andre som jobbet der ok og hyggelige. Bra opphold for 4.

Huoneen esittely sivujenne perusteella ei vastannut olenkaan totuutta ainakaan meidän kohdallamme. Huonenumero 303. Huoneen kunto oli vaatimaton. Kalusteena vain pieni kirjoituspöytä ja yksi (!) tuoli. Vain yksi yöpöytälamppu. Ei minibaaria eikä tallelokeroa, jotka olivat kuvauksessa. Kylpyhuoneen lavuaarin hana heilui kiinnityksestään viimeistä vaille putoamista, saman lavuaarin viemäri veti vain irroittamalla pohjatulppa kokonaan pois paikoiltaan. Suihkutilassa ei ollut mitään telinettä shampoolle tai saippualle (lattialle siis !). Ilmastointilaite toimi vain 1 pv:nä. Sitten se ei suostunut enään käynnistymään !!! Surkea esitys kaiken kaikkiaan.

Vi startede med en rigtig dårlig oplevelse - hotelet var overbooket!! Hvilket betød, at vi den første nat var placeret på et andet hotel, og om morgenen måtte skifte tilbage til Resicenza Ki. Der blev dog kompenseret fra hotellets side, med en taxa til lufthavnen ved afrejse. Placeringen af hotellet var optimalt, med gå afstand til langt de fleste af de store serværdigheder. Morgen maden var OK.

Nice location, close to everywhere. Excellent hospitality, good breakfast that I have never seen such at any similar hotels. Owner, Diego is great guy and helpful, everybody was smiling and helping. I definately stay again.
