A modern hotel with excellent food service in a location that is convenient for sampling both the historic and modern aspects of Nantes.

Was given a room upon arrival. Checked room before getting luggage, there was still a guest having a shower in the room when we entered. Hotel staff tried to make out it was the cleaning staff and did not apologise even once. They then gave us a new room. When we checked this new room, the bed sheets were dirty, marks from the prvious guests. Also we were then told we could park our rental car in the basement car park at anytime, then when we tried we need a code which they forgot to give to us. Would not recommend this hotel, could have found a much better place for cheaper.

We were only passing through on a journey down south, but hotel was easy to find staff were friendly. The hotel was nice and clean and suited our needs.

We stayed in this hotel with our two children on the way from Cherbourg to Toulouse. The location is very convenient and the fact that there is an underground carpark is great when the car is full of luggage. The family room is comfortable with two big double beds. We hadn't been in Nantes before and hadn't realised how pretty it is. The children loved the giant moving elephant at the 'Machines des Iles'.

Very nice hotel - a little out of town but very walkable to see most sights. Would recommend. The Old Town is a must see but a car is needed to visit.

The hotel is well located. It is out of town but there is a tram stop outside and it only takes 10 minuties to get into tow. The restaurant is small. I did not eat there save for breakfast. The breakfast is excellent. The reception staff were excellent. My room was clean and quiet save for one morning when the laundry van came at 6am. There is free Internet in 20 minute segments. For a clean hotel just out of town I would recommend it. It is a bit sterile being a chain hotel. There is nothing to see around the hotel but you can walk along the Loire.

My experience in nantes was fantastic, the hotel was everything i expected and more, close to the centre and night life, but quite at night, spotless clean brillant staff who went out of their way to help us in ordering taxi ect. was very impressed will be back.

My wife and I stayed here for one night in advance of an early morning flight from Nantes Atlantique airport. The hotel is modern and spotlessly clean. As it was 34deg C at 7 p.m. we were more than happy that it was fully air-conditioned, which made the oppressive heat more bearable. The hotel is located on the banks of the Loire river, near the city centre and there are many pleasant walks on the doorstep. W e decided to dine in the hotalfor convenience sake and were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and service, not to mention the prices. Never heard a sound at night and slept in a very comfortable bed. Althought in the city centre, it was an easy 15minute drive to the airport at 7:30 the following morning. No hesitation in recommending it, and returning if the situation arises again.

Myself and my husband chose this hotel because of its convenient location to the airport (as we were flying out the following day with two small children) and to the centre of town. It was perfect as with small children we could easily walk to the historic centre where a multitude of restaurants and sights awaited. Within the hotel there was a small play area for kids so having a drink at the bar could be done in peace! A lovely touch was the complementary teddy bears the kids received on arrival. The room was spotless with a large screen tv and two good sized beds easily accommodating four people. I would definitely stay here again. A big thank you to the friendliest of staff who were very helpful and pleasant.

Hotel bien situé mais attention au parking extérieur, pas plus de 4 ou 5 places, c'est un peu insuffisant. Proche du centre de Nantes et la ligne de tramway passe au pied de l'hotel. Bon séjour

Hotellet ligger ca 10-15 min spasertur fra sentrum/gamlebyen og ca 10-15 min spasertur til "elefanten" på Ile de machines. Hotellet er relativt nyoppusset. Det har en litt upersonlig moderne stil, men servicen opplevde vi som bra. De har gratis parkering i kjelleren, samt ganske ok frokost hvor det også var mulig å få grovt brød i tillegg til crepes og croasanter.

ideal para familias.Tienen ofertas que merecen la pena La habitacion comoda y espaciosa .El desayuno bastante bien surtido. Aunque no queda en el centro no está demasiado lejos y se puede ir caminando.La atención del personal es amable y eficaz

Hôtel satisfaisant pour passer la nuit en attente d'un vol ( proche de l'aéroport) . A proximité d'un centre commercial important . Parking souterrain gratuit sécurisé

De kamers waren op het eerste zicht proper. Onder de bedden lagen nog wel koeken en snoepjes van vorige hotelgasten. Het ontbijt was maar magerkes. Lokatie was heel goed, 15 min wandelen van hartje centrum, of vlak tegenover het hotel kwam om de 5 min een tram.

Conforme aux standards Novotel. Pas de mauvaise surprise. Accueil très bien et pour les enfants également. Petit déjeuner complet et de qualité

Nice large room, good breakfast and lunch, good service. and close to town centre, not least with Nantes' excellent city-bicycle system, which has a 'bicycle-stop' right outside the hotel.
