Nice experience , recommend to everyone.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, the staff could not do enough for me or my partner. The room was amazing, they upgraded me to a bigger room for free because it was a special occasion and told me if I had rang earlier they would have kept a suite for me!!!! This is not the first time we have stayed there and experienced such top class service, and we will be staying there again and again! Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Rooms are top class, beds so comfy, rates so cheap, food is great, staff are top rate...nothing left to say!

The room itself was very clean and looked really well except for a couple of maintenance type issues. The wall between the bathroom and the bedroom appeared to have had water damage and this did not appear to have been fixed up. Part of the plaster at the bottom of the wall near the skirting board had lifted off and had not even been re-painted. Also in the bathroom there appeared to have been a repair job done around a tile beside the shower head and it was very badly done, There was area of grout missing and it appeared teh adhesive had not been cleaned off the surrounding tiles.

This is a beautifully decorated, luxurious hotel at a great price. We had booked three rooms, and one was upgraded at no extra cost. Apart from the fact that there is no swimming pool, this hotel easily qualifies as 4 star.

A wonderful hotel, rooms were very comfortable with excellent facilities. Food here is good and reasonably priced. Combined with friendly helpful staff this was an excellent stay.

found hotel very confortable and lovely decore there was a balcony off our room which was a nice surpise but this is where they let me down there was a pile of ciggerates left in the corner i thought this was not the best sight but other than that everything else was clean could have served biscuts with tea in room also

Directions to hotel were poor , my only complaint!!

Was a beautiful hotel only two years old, nice bar and food helpful staff. The only problem was it was 25 km from galway city, taxi cost 60 euro's just to get there. Little town has a few pubs but nothing else would recommend the hotel just not the area

Nice Hotel, very comfortable. Nice Staff. Needed towel racks in the bathroom.

This hotel was just fabulous! I believe this hotel was the most luxurious on our trip to Ireland. The rooms were clean & spacious. It had an affordable restaurant and the food was great and so was the beer! They had a separate night club if dancing is your thing! We met some terrific people from Ireland who lived in town. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area. We did not have much time to explore the town as we were just passing through.

My husband and I came here as one of our last honeymoon destinations and loved it. The staff were incredible; they remembered questions we had previously and followed up and were very friendly. We also took part in the June Spa Special during a rainy day and again, the staff was wonderful. I thought the spa was very clean (and I am definitely a germaphobe!) and the massage was refreshing. My only criticism is that the map on the Hotels.com site was confusing and it took about 45 minutes of driving around to find the hotel but once we got there, it was our favorite hotel of the honeymoon!

Lovely Beds. Very Comfortable Nice Decor. Easy and Plentiful parking

ON Check in we were told Spa & All Treatments were booked for 3 days we stayed. Not even half hour was available to either of us anytime... Jacuzzi not working & no swimming pool in hotel.. Carpet in bedroom filthy, hair & hair clips stuck to carpet along with what I hope was wine!!!, Extractor fan in bathroom didnt work, Rooms quite dark, Cups,Spoons & Kettle in Bed Room were just filthy, had to be washed before use, reminits of previous user on side of cups, Buffet breakfast was just average, but Monday breafast served was superb as was food in Ivy Bar. Overall totaly upset & dissapointed over the weekend, staff in restaurant only, very friendly & food gorgeous.. other than that wouldnt recommend anyone to stay in such filthy rooms...

Good food,reasonable bar prices,friendly staff.Only downside was spa.foot spa,ice grotto and jacuzzi not working and spa not as clean as it could be however my wife enjoyed her treatments.Would definately go back.

I stayed for one night to attend a show, the staff were so friendly, the bar food was excellent with a full carvery service at 7.30pm. The following day I spent in the spa area. Overall the experience was great but I could not compliment the staff enough they were all excellent expecially the waitresses.

Hôtel sympathique et spacieux. Lit très confortable, oreillers un peu trop gros. Rideaux bien occultants. Restaurant de l'hôtel très bon

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in einem guten Zustand, die Zimmer sind einem 3 Sterne Hotel gerecht und waren einigermaßen sauber, ganz im Vergleich zum Frühstücksbereich. Als wir beim Frühstück saßen, hatten wir Mühe einen sauberen Tisch zu finden, die Stühle und Bänke waren voller Flecken. Ohne Frühstück ist das Hotel durchaus weiter zu empfehlen, da wir ein preislich gutes Angebot im Internet gebucht hatten, sodass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall gepasst hat.

Nous avons été satisfait de l'hôtel. Un bémol, on l'avait choisi pour son SPA. Malheureusement il était fermé. Il faudrait inscrire les horaires et les jours de fermeture (1août ...) sur le site de réservation.

Schönes Hotel ca. 30min von Galway. Komfortable Zimmer und auch empfehlenswete Küche. Ärgerlich nur dass unser Zimmer direkt über der Bar mit Disco bis 3Uhr kein Einschlafen ermöglichte.

l hotel par lui meme est tes bien mais..... nous avons sejourné 2 nuits la premiere nuit il y avait un mariage dans la salle de reception et on a pas pu dormir jusqu a 3h00 du matin du fait que la musique resonnait jusque dans notre chambre! la deuxieme nuit pas de bruit mais on a ete reveillé a 2 heures du matin en sursaut par l alarme incendie ,apres avoir telephoné a la reception il m ont dit que c etait une fausse alarme sans sexcuser meme le lendemain matin !!!!
