It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the island weather. The way the hotel is situated allows for a constant breeze no matter where you are on the property. The place was perfect and the staff was extremely helpful and kind

Food just ok, service by the pool terrible, people on the most part friendly. Rooms very nice. Too far to walk for food not good for elderly or handicap. Even though it was all-Inclusive service people still expected tips.

beautiful oceanview room,super clean,very nice facilities,great beach,good but not great food,nice staff.Only nitpick is that the water sports equipment was only available at the furthest beach and you had to wait your turn to use it,I would advise you bring your own mask/snorkel

We loved it. We have a 4 year old and went with other friends that had kids too and they had a great time. All of us will definitely be going back to this one!

The hotel is beautiful -just like the pictures. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The location of our villa (#23) was okay but an ocean view would have been better (12-14). The food is plentiful with a large variety. The temperature of the food could have been hotter. House wine was not very good but good selection of wines to purchase. The pools were great - the spa pools are very relaxing. Live music was good. Overall great time. Location of resort is isolated so if you want to see sights you need to book a tour or taxi. Great girls gettaway location, felt very safe.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon here, and were blown away by the ambiance of the resort. It was more than we had expected, and well worth the time and money. The only minor complaint we had were the pillows not being to our desired preference, but overall the experience was very delightfull. We will consider returning, and definitely recommend this resort to others.

My stay was wonderful because it was my wife and i honeymoon and every thing was great. She is from JAMAICA so we felt at home and i felt like a king with my JAMAICAN QUEEN. Am from the BAHAMAS, its always a pleasure to visit JAMAICA its like home with the mountains and the hotel made it super. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR.

this hotel is beautiful and huge. the staff was outstanding from maids to food servers to bartenders..... everyone was freindly, helpful, fun.

The best part of this trip was the crew that I went with. Service was pretty good, but I didn't ask for anything extra, since that was probably what they won't deliver on. Let's just say that sometimes I forgot that my vacation was their top priority. ;-) The rooms weren't great and the air conditioning is barely good enough. The beds were a little rough. Everything on the property LOOKS fantastic. Drinks were a bit on the small side, so you keep having to go back. I would suggest bringing a mug with you. The food was not great. The buffet is where it's at. And the jerk chicken spot on the beach. Overall, I had mostly because of the people I was with, not anything that the resort did.

I love this hotel. We had a great time. The food, pool, staff, shows at the theatre everything was great. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was my first visit to the Grand Palladium, Lucea but not to Jamaica. The facilities and food were excellent. They offered the best jerk chicken I have ever had. While most of the staff provided good service, some improvements in training could be instituted. We were happy to see management acting on our suggestions during our stay.

We went to Grand Palladium on recommendation for our honeymoon and while we we able to enjoy our experience it was more about our intent to have a great honeymoon rather than the level of service at Grand Palladium. The facilities were fine (not great but not bad), we enjoyed the flora. We read reviews before and so we knew about the fact that this resort did not have the best beaches so that did not bother us. The pool was large and lovely. Food and drink was okay (again not bad but by no means great). We did not read about the shuttle issues we had so this is hopefully a heads up to others. Our main problem came with the resort promising but not delivering on a simple but important service (shuttles). The resort is quite large and for some areas it was about at least a 15 - 20 minute stroll from our room. We were told on check in that we could just call the front desk and a shuttle would come get us. Suffice it to say we had to walk for most of our 4 day stay because the wait for shuttles (if they ever came at all) was at least as long as the walk. We called at least about 5 or 6 times for a shuttle from our room before we gave up (they never came to our room until it was time to check out- not even once). We did the spa a couple times and it was a very long way from our room (about 20mins walk) beside the fact that a walk was not our idea of ideal after a relaxing spa treatment. The spa called at least two times an no one came so we were forced to walk. At one point we were in the main lobby awaiting a shuttle and many came went taking new guests to their rooms and telling us that new guests get priority. After a 10-15 minute wait we had to walk again. The basic problem we think is that the property is huge, they promised shuttles but due to the seemingly limited number of shuttles and what seems to be a poorly devised system to cater for the movement of guests, they just could not deliver consistently. We walked when we were in the mood for it but sometimes

this was my third trip to grand palladium. took my daughter for the second time, her husband and their two children for the first time. everyone is ready to go back. had a wonderful time.

I travel extensively and I found the overall experience to be below par. I was there for a wedding which was lovely. My biggest complaint was the food. I thought it was terrible. This was my biggest fear of an all-Inclusive. The liquor selection was non-existent. No top shelf. I think I actually lost weight on vacation. The rooms were maybe a 3.5 but the beds were like sleeping on a board. The staff was very helpful really no complaints there. The overall grounds were nice and the location was great. I think food&drink are the most important components and based on that this resort misses the boat. After that give me a good night sleep and I am a happy camper. I would not go back to the Palladium.

Loved our stay! What a wonderful group of people. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is georgeous, beautiful pool and views. Staff was wonderful and professional, everyone smiled and catered completely to our rowdy children (1 yr old & 3 yr old). Waynesworth (buggy driver) was the best, he put up with our 3 year old constantly crying to "ride on the buggy" and made it fun for him. Would definitely go back for a second visit.

The grounds on the hotel were spectacular; all the beautiful flowers and plantswere gorgeous. The main pool was to die for, with built-in lounge chairs in the pool. With eleven different restaurants on the grounds, not to mention a spa, work-out room, steam room, a jaquzzi IN our room, full marble shower and bath, and big fluffy robes in our room, who would ever want to leave? Snorkelling, kayaking, paddleboating, scuba diving lessons, wind sailing, volleyball in and out of the pool, dance lessons and activities poolside, daycare, shows nightly, and all this onsight! There was a swim-up bar, and all the drinks you want at your fingertips. My only suggestion would be to bring boat shoes and your own insulated mugs, as the cups for the drinks were small. All in all, a trip to remember!!

The Palladium is a beautiful place. Much like posted photos. The maid service was awful! Trying to get face towels proved to be a major task! I have never experienced anything like this in my life, where it takes 2 days to receive face towels! I informed 3 different people, the maid, the front desk and the manager. Finally, I received towels along with a change of room only after the ceiling leaked and I had to be moved to another room! At that point my patience was surely shot! The manager intervened and made right with the situation. The remainder of my stay was well. The food was fair, the food service was awesome! The entertainement was fair. The pools, decor, rooms, and hotel was clean and beautiful like the pictures. i would give them another try. It was great for the money! Huge resort.

The Palladium was a wonderful place to stay. It was all extremely clean and comfortable. The pool and swim up bar were great! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Tours and side trips were easy to book at the tour office. There were a couple things that could be improved upon. The food was OK, it was nothing fabulous, but it was edible. The resort was built by a reef, so the beach was really sharp on the feet. We could hardly walk barefoot on it. You really couldn't swim in the ocean because of the rocks and reef, so that was disappointing, but the pool made up for that. Also, everytime I tried to order a mojito, the bars were out of mint! Overall, it was a good place to stay. The hotel and Jamaica were both beautiful!
