Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Oroville Lake - أوروفيل

Very nice, newer hotel. Very clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and courteous. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Oroville.

The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms were clean and quiet. We didn't have time to use the ppol/spa, but we passed by and could see it was also very well kept. The complimentary breakfast was better than most - complete with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, yogurt, cereal etc, etc, etc... the favorite was the pancake machine - just push a button and within a minute you have 2 pancakes on your plate! Staff was polite and cheerful and handled requests cheerfully. One of the best hotel stays I've had in quite a while.

Friendly front desk, knowledgable staff for dining out, nice breakfast served and again very friendly lady working the kitchen on Friday. She had a son playing in the Oroville H. S. basketball tournament also. She helped out with directions to the tangerine farms and sites around town. I would refer this hotel to others. If you are a lite sleeper ask for a room on the back side, lots of older cars/hot rods going down the the main drag, but, didn't bother me.

Pros:Extremely clean. Complete breakfast. Nice staff. Cons: Sunday morning must make sure to have pool towels ready by the pool, extra coffee. Coffee ran out around 10:00 on Sunday. Also no free tv channels to watch.

Very enjoyable. No problems. Close to several eateries. Pool is very good.

good location, very good accommodations

Everything was exceptionally clean, nice staff, especially in the breakfast room each morning.

Our 7 day stay was wonderful. Room A/C worked very well for the hot days, breakfast buffet was hot and fresh each day with a friendly gal acting as waitress to all of us. Close to restaurants and easy access to the main street. Very clean everywhere we looked & no smell of cigarette smoke anywhere. No road noise or adjacent room noise & front desk people were very friendly and helpful. We'll stay there again when we visit Oroville

My husband has stayed at this hotel before but I haven't. I really hate staying anywhere but home. I usually can't sleep because the beds aren't comfortable, it's noisy or just because it's a strange place. I slept really good all three nights! This was a first. The staff are all really nice. It seemed like they were cleaning and doing maintenance all the time. We kept joking with the maintenance guy because it seemed like he and his ladder were going up and down the elevator everytime we were. Really nice hotel..We really enjoyed ourselves.

You get what you pay

Room was ok. Beds were very hard. Pool temperature was very cold for an indoor pool, and the spa needed to be cleaned. Breakfast in the morning was excellent! Overall good hotel to stay at.

I had a good stay overall. However I did ask the mgr to make the FREE phone call to DirecTV to initiate the FREE baseball trial package but he woulld NOT even try. So much for customer satisfaction. :-(

Spacious, well-kept rooms with very courteous staff. Enjoyed the variety offered with the complimentary breakfast. Great location, too.

I requested the front desk for a quite room. But I got a noisiest room I have ever stayed. It is close to elevator, breakfast room, gym room. People talked loud and I can hear each work they said. Cannot sleep for the whole night in a noisiest room with high price I paid!

The hotel was clean and connveniently located to the places where we needed to visit. The personnel were pleasant and accommodating. This hotel should be a visitors choice when visiting this city.

I was pleasantly surprised from the great customer service at check in to cleanliness and decor of the room. BRAVO!! This is definately my hotel of choice should I need a room in Oroville in the future. Oh, I can't forget the staff that took care of the breakfast (and it wasn't continental) I thought I was in a high end restaurant. You guys deserve more than just these kind words. Fantastic job!!!

We have confirmed prior to booking if hotel provides vegetarian b'fast. However, in the morning, we realised that Vegetarian omlet was not available i.e. it had meat inside the omlet and hence we could not have the b'fast, except for bagels and juice.

I was in town on business, and of the options, this was clearly the best. The reviews are correct. It is clean, the folks are friendly. And I don't know what breakfast lady the prior person experienced, but ours was very friendly and cheerful. I would stay here again, and recommend it to anyone.

My first choice when staying in Oroville. I've never had any problems at this hotel, it has always been clean and the staff always friendly. I did miss having a "do not disturb" door hanger in my room, but that is something easily remedied.

The stay was ok.. however, we arrived one hour earlier than regular check in time at 3:00 and we tried to check in but the receptionist was totally unfriendly and told us that there is not a single room clean for us to check in in a very rude way and that the check in time is 3:00pm? Would you believe that at 2:00 pm no clean rooms are available? The next day we saw the housekeeper start cleaning at 8:00 am?

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It really made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely go back and have typically enjoyed stays at a Holiday Inn Express.

I have stay here before and was very pleases. My parent uses to live there and my little brother still live there , went to see him so my Mother could see him too. We alway had breakfast at the hotel. It is very good. And we use the pool and the hot tub to . And we went to the casino too. It was a good get away for us.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Very clean. Really comfortable beds! Great continental breakfast w/ lots of hot items, too! I would definitely stay there again!!

If you are going to be around Oroville and need somewhere to stay; I recomend Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites! I loved our room.... I wanted to stay there for good. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the little kitchenette was Awesome! For once my husband didn't have to go searching for coffee cus it was provided for him...Anyway we liked it a lot! Are all Holiday Inn hotels like this? :)

Stayed at the hotel on my way farther north. Easy access off freeway; rooms were in great condition. Breakfast was good with a wide variety to choose from. Sonic Burger in parking lot. Quiet stay and staff was accomodating.

We were very pleased with this accommendations. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Very, very clean facility. The only complaint we have is the employee that handles the morning meal. She is not very friendly and was very rude several times to us. The breakfast that is served is very nice. It offered almost anything you would order at a restaurant.

Everything was great until I asked the sheets to be changed before I left for work. When I returned the sheets were not changed. I had to go to the lobby and request fresh sheets and put them on the bed at 11:00 p.m. after a long day at work. Not something to look forward to.

Large gymnastics meet (less than 1/2 mile from hotel) full of kids, parents, coaches, etc. Still was very orderly and no problems noticed even with whole teams checking in at one time. Rooms were surprisingly large, very clean and pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Found "real" restaurants close by (it's fast food heaven in the area). Easy access to highways. All in all a very enjoyable stay. We'll be back.

Nothing elegant, but wouldn't expect that from a Holiday Inn Express. For what it is, great option. Rooms are nice. Staff is helpful.

It's right off the main drag of Oroville. If you need a super clean place to stay, plenty of restaurants close by. Decent breakfast in the morning. It's a nice place. Oroville is really a place to go in the summer, especially with lake. We were there for my daughters sports event and just needed a place to stay for one night. We had a wonderful time. The room was extremely clean. The indoor pool was great to let my daughter swim and burn off the energy from a long drive. Couldn't recommend this place more.

We didn't expect it to be this nice. Large modern room with comfortable bed and a great hot breakfast with lots of choices. Great cookies too.
