I felt that the service I received from the staff was second to none. It was an amazing experience being in Vegas for the first time and the hotel staff made my trip even better. The hotel was clean, friendly, and just a great place to stay. The rates were very competitive as well, really good for what service I received. Well worth it and I would visit again!

Didn't have a fridge or a hair dryer. I didn't realize these things don't come standard in all rooms these days. Overall it was great. Nice pool, friendly staff, very clean and fun location.

The balcony does not even fit a chair so it's no difference then opening up a window.

Great last minute deal!

I was meeting up with three friends in Vegas and we wanted to try to find one hotel room to accommodate all of us. I decided on the Polo Towers. Great choice! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite which included a pull out sofa and full kitchen. The kitchen came in handy again and again, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The only drawback was that the mattress in the pull out sofa was horrendous. You could feel every single metal spring poking into your back. This was a great location, right in the center of the strip, for a great price. I would definitely consider staying here again. This would be a great place to stay with a family - they had several iPod docking stations as well as a dvd player with the television.

Checked in got to the room bed was dirty dirty dishes all over very small room location is great thou 1 block from the strip

Pro's - good location, middle of strip. Not too busy and more quiet than most hotels. Balcony. Con's - very small rooms. The fold out bed took up the WHOLE room. Ironing board is for a midget. Room service changed towels and didn't do anything else. Parking can be difficult.

loved it, will stay there again and again

The Polo Towers in LV is in a great location. If you are looking for an inepensive hotel right on the strip this is the place for you. Surrounding hotels that are walking distance are: MGM, Bellagio, Cosmopolitan, and Planet Hollywood. The rooms are not the lap of luxury but its not the worst. Overal, my stay was great and I would definitely reccommend anyone staying here! Staff was awesome as well!

Great Place to stay. On the strip easy walk to many casinos and restaurants. One of the best gyms I have seen compaired to other places I have stayed at.

I would recommend this hotel if it was cheaper in price but definitely NOT worth the money. I felt as if I substantally over paid. The bed was most uncomfortable in addition to the pillows. The location was very inconvenient where there was a lot of walking involved just to get to a nearby casino. Did not have the Las Vegas feel and it was NOT a pleasurable stay! I am so glad that I am NOT an owner of the timeshare.

I stayed at the Polo Towers for a recent business trip. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed and made me feel like I was home. I was almost disappointed I didn't have more free time to unwind in the room. The location on the Las Vegas strip is good with quick access to Aria, Monte Carlo, and Planet Hollywood. Since I was walking back to the hotel late at night, I found its placement (slightly off of Las Begas Blvd.) to be somewhat risky as there are "suspicious" individuals that hand around the street corners around the property. I would definitely stay at Polo Towers again. It was a great experience for the price.

Although I'm not a huge fan of Vegas, my recent trip there was much more enjoyable because of my lovely room at the Polo Towers. Service was good, room was pristine, and call me crazy but I'm glad there is not a casino in this hotel. Made for a quiet, relaxing stay. Was also great to have a full kitchen in my room, which I used. The only issue I had during the whole week was that there were some repairs going on in the room above me, so there was a sporadic noise issue when i was in my room working during the day. The hotel was responsive when I notified them of this, and the engineers actually stopped work early because they were disturbing me. Now that's customer service!! i would highly recommend this hotel.

The only flaws were a single straight chair and no other seating in a room for 2 people and no reading lights. Otherwise, very nice and pleasant stay, very clean and quiet.

The polo towers are in a great location on the strip. It was nice having a full kitchen and the room was spacious enough to share with multiple people and still maintain privacy.

I went there with the intentions of a comfortable room what I found in the studio was the livingroom/sleeping area not much larger than a walk in closet. They had a murphy bed and a couch but you removed the cushions on the couch and the bed folded out over the couch. I went down and upgraded to a 1 bedroom. Oh WHAT A DIFFERNCE. Wonderful.Kitchenette, 2 TVs and a dinning room table a couch and also an extra bed(Murphy type). A lot better for the money than I expected. Free parking and valet also a plus.

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The comfort of the one bedroom was nice. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I got one of the 2 bedroom suites and was very satisfied. As far as it being a timeshare, I was never asked to sit through a presentation. My plane was delayed coming in, but they were very nice about letting my other guests check in before I got there. They also called a cab to the airport for me the day I left. It's a nice quiet hotel if you want to be close to the strip, but don't want to have to deal with staying in a casino. The kitchenette had everything I needed - including pots and pans, and tools. Everything was clean, but the only thing is, I'd recommend bringing bottled water because water from the tap was very hard. That may just be Vegas tap water in general though. I would definitely stay here again if I went in a big group.

Pros- hotel was right next to the strip and was only a hotel, so you didn't have to fight through a casino to get to your room. relatively inexpensive. Rooms were well furnished and corfortable. Cons- Maids stop by very late in the day, and don't do much other than change out the towels. the parking and access by car to the hotel was terrible. the wecome gifts were just about every cheap brochure you can find. overall you pay for what you get. A decent room next to the strip and few amenities.

i stayed 11nights at polo towers ,it is in the best part of vegas strip all shows where near us ,the wellcom was perfect i recomand this hotel ,i found every thing for the price i paid .tks to the staff at polo towers .now im back home but never to forgett my great holiday .

We booked a 2 bedroom which was a 1 bedroom condo with adjoining studio. Very secure property which required room key to use elevators. On-site store was a bit pricey but there's a Walgreen's half a block away with a full grocery and liquor department Great location in the center of the Strip

It was great! No qualms about recommending this hotel to anyone.

The check in was a hassle since a $250 deposit is needed, however the front desk clerk gave us our studio room on the highest floor becuase of the incoinvenience. The rooms are great, bathrooms are lovely and if you get a big patio it's well worth it.

i stayed over halloween for 3nights. i got the two bedroom villa because there were 6 of us going. 1king in master, 1 hidden pull out bed in living room, and then 1more pull out in the other room(that was a lot like a studio apartment) Online it says it comfortably sleeps 6, but i could picture 8. it was VERY inexpensive and felt like home right when we walked in. Small balconies off each room. FULL kitchen was great for our breakfast and mimosas. his/her sinks in bathroom were great for multiple girls getting ready. AWESOME jacuzzi tub (that was really hard to say goodbye to) LoL. and bring a movie=) there's a dvd/vhs player in each room. we walked to New York New York, the City Center, and Planet Hollywood with no problem. i would definitely stay here again over the winter, but probably not over the summer.. cuz i like a pool that's crackin! the rooftop pool/jacuzzi had a MUCH older crowd. i'd say it's definitely not a "party" hotel.. there's no casino downstairs.. but if you like a beautiful, quiet, spacious place to come home to and if you like not having to walk through a huge casino to get there.. then you would really like this place =)

Very friendly and accommodating staff, very quiet rooms; neat. Very little sales pressure. Close to casinos, buses, eating and pharmacy. Will definitely book again.

We had a greast experience with this hotel from check-in to check-out. The line to check-in moved quickly and efficently. Not once did we get asked to sit in on a presentation for the time share side of the hotel (it could be that we were there for a girls' weekend). We got a great packet of information for all local attractions and the staff was super friendly and helpful our entire stay. Our room was a one bedroom and more than adequately accomendated the three of us comfortably. The room was very clean and spacious. It was very nice to have our own kitchen in Vegas and to have a kitchen that provided all the basic necessities. The bed was comfortable and my friend said the fold out couch was pretty comfortable too. We were all very excited with our room and it helped make our weekend even better. The pool was nice on the roof as well and provided a spot to go relax in the sun. I would definatly stay here again. The location was great too. We were able to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to go and when we wanted to take the bus, we were close to bus stops as well.

Clean, quiet, relaxing.

i stayed there for 3 days....and they wont change the sheets. For them to do that i would have to pay 7.00 xtra. so i had to change them my self. ugh!

This is the 3rd time we stay here. The hotel gives a nice relaxed feeling. Very spacious and well equipt. The hotel has complimentary shuttle and computer/internet/printing and washing machine. You don´t need a car 1 minute walk to the strip. The shuttle takes you to grocery store, Freemont street and outlet. This time we had a Villa facing the childrens pool. If you are a light sleeper you will have problems. Every day we were woken up around six o´clock by the garbage been piked up (very noisy).

I and 6 of my girlfriends booked this timeshare for our 60th birthday celebration. It was perfect. We had a two bdrm and one bdrm suite on the 20th floor. Plenty of room!!! Their were 2 king beds and 1 queen and the couches rolled out into very comfortable queen beds. The kichenettes were well stocked with new appliances! The concierce' was very helpful in arranging travel for us and suggesting restaurants. Polo Towers is in the middle of the strip and not that far of a walk to any casino!! The pool is great (just wish it would stay open past 10) Will definitely go there again!!

Upon checking in, the clerks and manager were very rude & unattentive. I could not sleep throughout the night because of some type of knocking noise. Sounded like some plumbing pipes or something was banging, all night long. The Valet attendants were not very friendly or helpful. They did not even to offer with our bags. Terrible service and very uncomfortable and unaccomodable.

I love having the option of a kitchen in my room. Not much of a gambler so I love that there isn't a casino in the hotel. Parking was easily accessible and convenient. Hotel staff was very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Polo Towers. We got a beautiful suite for a very reasonable price, cheaper than any other quality lodging on the strip. The location was great, too- right in the center of the action, but behind a little shopping area so it was quiet. Also, we really enjoyed being able to get out to the street without having to go through a smoky casino every time. The rooftop pool and in-room two person jacuzzi was also really nice. The only drawback was the lack of any restaurants on the property, so it was a little bit of a hassle to get to the really good restaurants in the city (which was one of our main purposes in being there.).

Warning: Is a timeshare hotel, they will try to talk you into a attending a seminar for discounted, NOT free tickets to shows. Our room had a pull down Murphy Bed, was not aware of that until arriving. Wasn't even a blanket in room, sheets on bed only. Only two ice machines in a twenty something floor tower. One of them not working. Earlier than normal check out at 10am, instead of 11am. When expressed our concerns with staff didn't seem to care much at all.

It is not beautiful or glamorous next to all the flashy casinos but if u took those casinos away u would see nice hotel. I loved it. I walked to MGM easily, across from NYNY, close to shopping. The more active side of the strip by coke and m&m store, lucid, planet Hollywood. Nice thing is u can park your car and not need it. MGM is a main stop for many ground transportation and is also housing main monorail stop... Which quickly looms u down the strip, save your time and feet. The polo hotel uses nice linens and down pillows & blankets. The regular room was a small apartment with kitchen. I will be back.... I get amenities of near it all, easy access transport, nice room, close stores, restaurants, casinos, all for price the nearby hotels charge more than double.

Polo towers is in an excellant location along the strip easy to walk to the main casinos . Provided me with everything I needed from a pool to good rooms and gym with a convienient shop. Nice to return to peace & quite at the end of the night as you dont have to walk through slot machines or poker tables just gave you what it says on card good location comfortable rooms thanks

Great Value for the location and comfort.

This hotel is older but kept up well despite it's outer appearance. It is located right in the middle of the strip. closest to MGM which is nice because it does not have a casino in it. Our room was very clean but very tiny. We had the studio which only had a murphy bed although it was comfortable. I would not put more than 2 people in it because it was cramped with just my husband and I as it was. Our bedroom at home was bigger than this room including the kitchen space and bathroom. We never made it to the 22 floor to check out the pool. If your main purpose in Vegas is to gamble then this is probably not the place to stay. We picked the polo towers because we got a 50% off deal and so I was comfortable with the room for the price. I would NEVER pay the regular asking price for a room there. It's just not worth it for what you get.

If you want to be thoroughly at home in Las Vegas, without the constant noise of a casino hotel, then you must stay at Polo Tower. The front check-in staff are very helpful and soon had us heading to a spacious suite of rooms that make you feel comfortable from minute one. The roof top swimming pool is great and with the on-site shop, you have all the conveniences you could want. When you walk out onto the Strip, MGM is to your left, Plant Hollywood to your right and Monte Carlo and Cosmopolitan are opposite. Everything is close by and within easy walking distance. The Concierge staff arranged show tickets and were a font of knowledge. When you arrive at Las Vegas airport, take the shared shuttle bus for $9 single or the $14 round trip and they will pick you up as you leave. Just give them 24hr notice. Having spent time in other Strip hotels, I would recommend Polo Tower, just for the peace and quiet, as you can slip away from the hustle and bustle of the casinos. Diamond Resorts should rightly be proud of their staff at this location.

you have to check in super late after 4, you must check out super early 10am, hot tub was not in service, you have to pay for internet, you have to pay to use the spa/gym. missing the things I enjoy for free.

there were 11 of us with 2 two bedroom suites the rooms were the perfect size to hold all of us we cooked dinner together and had enough room for everyone. Was centrally located on the stip and easy to get everywhere. We would def stay here again

We were very pleased with the location and condition of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We only had two complaints, there were no blankets for our bed, nor were there any in the room. Also, the shower was clogged and ended up being a bath. Overall, we would reccomend this hotel.

A restaurant on the premises would be a plus. You have a shop but not a restaurant, that I don't understand. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and facility.
