Good hotel. Close to subway stop and a few eating options and convenience store. However the staff does not speak much English

This is truely a fantastic hotel. The entire staff were polite and very keen to ensure my comfort. I arrived at the hotel at about 2am after a 14 hour filght and was still able to get room service with a smile. The room was extremely clean, and comfortable. They had an extensive breakfast buffet with a wide variety of Chinese and western cuisine. Every evening I was able to use the most amazing indoor pool I have ever seen. There were two negatives for me, one was that a number of the staff did not speak english and the second was that due to the fact that it was April, the air conditioning in the hotel had not been turned on. I would definately stay there again and would recomend it highly. Great value at twice the price!

Hotel is reasonably located although one needs to walk some 15mins before gaining access to a big mall (China World). Staffs are extremely helpful and hotel is very well-kept. Definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel is excellent, well maintained and reasonable in terms of price. Unfortunately, within 15mins walk, there are not a lot of amenities unless one walks further to China World. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for pleasure and work.

The hotel was an incredible value. It had the biggest bed I have ever seen. The massage spa was iwonderful.

Good consierge Staff, tips pretty helpfull. Room is small taking into consideration others hotels in The same level.

Great hotel for the value. Room was very comfortable. Not all the employees spoke English which made communicating a little hard, but all employees were so nice and welcoming.

A new, comfortable and clean hotel with great service well situated at walking distance from Kerry Center and Silk Market. Some quarters around the hotel are currently rebuilt.

A quiet hotel close by to major attractions (not a walking distance). Good value for the money! Large and nicely furnished room, a very comfortable bed.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. One downside is that there is not really a good bar in the hotel that one can go and relax in the evening but otherwise a good hotel.

As many of you traveler's may know, air quality in China, especially major cities isn't the best. The Radegast Hotel CBD Bejing was a great respite from the air, which in my opinion is truly the only negative aspect of any trip I have made to China. It is well organized with a friendly and inviting staff. A young bellman outside, gave my fiance his lighter without question and with a smile. The attendants throughout all parts of the hotel were professional, friendly and hospitable. This hotel restaurants were not visited, but if they are anything like the hotel and it's staff, I would surely recommend them. The hotel is on par with American chains, such as the Ritz Carleton. The rates at the Radegast however, are 4x cheaper than the Ritz. 100 % recommended. C83R

It's my first time travelling abroad with my boyfriend and thank goodness he knows how to speak mandarin or else we wouldn't have known how to get around. We got to the hotel about three hours prior to normal check in time and so we decided to leave our luggage at the hotel and wander around the city for a bit. The staff were very welcoming and very kind. They're english was pretty basic but still understandable(my boyfriend did most of the talking in mandarin). Everyday when we got back to our hotel room it was very clean and neat and for myself i am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. The best part for my stay was the bathroom television; it was very relaxing being able to just have a bath with some bath salts which they provided, and watch tv. Overall i have no complaints about this hotel and it's byfar the best hotel i've ever stayed in, and if I ever go back to beijing, i will definetly book this hotel again.

I typically email hotels before I arrive regarding my requests and preferences. I got a confirmation from the hotel that they will put me on a higher floor as I requested, and it will be tagged on their system. When I arrived, I got a low floor but I didn't complain. On my second day at this hotel, I encountered a lousy room service. They didn't change our bathrobes and the coffee and tea were not refilled. This time I complained, and they gave me a free breakfast and they offered to upgrade my room to executive floor. I declined the room upgrade because I have no time to pack my things and unpack it again after I change room. Overall, I'm still satisfied with the hotel. Though the location is a bit off since it is in CBD, there are malls around, Starbucks, and subway.. The hotel is well maintained and buffet breakfast is good. The room is big and bed and pillow are soft.

The executive club floor room was excellent with such high ceiling. The club lounge was wonderful and very private and a good place to relax and unwind The bathrobes were the best we ever had in all our traveling experience Overall.....EXCELLENT

We loved the room when we got there as it was really nice but the air conditioning was not on at the hotel and it was really hot also the internet was slow and basically did not work at night , they also tried to charge us for breakfast when we clearly had it included and also tried to charge us for Coffee when we went down for another cup , we would never go back .

Great hotel, helpful staff, hotel was in better shape than a more expensive 5 star I stayed at the following day, highly recommended!

There were several problems with staying at this hotel: 1-The Shower had a weak water pressure 2- The shower stand was malfunctioning 3- The room carpet was dirty and had stains 4- The bathroom smelled when I first entered the room. 5- The Concierge/Reception did not exchange a small amount of my dollars for Chinese money (RMB) when I had an emergency. They provide this service at many of top hotels around the world. The good part: -a nice indoor pool -Nice decoration -Free internet -Great location -Close to Sanlitun Bar Street

Our hotel room was BEAUTIFUL! We had great views and room amenities. Our hot tub had a built in television! We will definitely recommend to others.

Godt beliggende, dejligt hotel med skønne værelser af rigtig god standard

Et rigtig godt og velfulgerende hotel. Minus - ingen forstår og taler engelsk. Ligger ikke centralt, nødt til at tage metro/taxi ind til midt byen.

Hotellet ligger rett ved den karakteristiske CCTV bygningen (greit navigasjonspunkt), med gangavstand til tre T-banestasjoner. Fin beliggenhet også i forhold til motorveien til flyplassen. Rundt hotellet er det (pr desember 2011) endel byggaktivitet, uten at det innebar støy eller andre ulemper. Innvendig fremstår hotellet som meget godt vedlikelholdt. Gedigent svømmebasseng i SPA avdelingen i 6 etasje og gode hotellrom. Betjeningen var meget vennlige og de fleste kommuniserte rimelig godt på engelsk. Frokosten på hotellet anbefales, rikelig, variert og velsmakende, og ganske langt til alternative steder for frokost (Starbucks osv).

レビュー結果が良かったので期待していたのですが、特に水まわりが不満がありました。 シャワーを浴びると、浴室に水漏れ！ 写真では、もっと清潔感あるように見えたのですが。。。

마치 집에 온듯한 편안한 맘으로 여행내내 보냈다 주변 관광하기도 편했다 대중교통 이용하기가 불편한걸 제외하곤 아주 흡족했다 다음 여행때도 또 이용하고 싶다

朝食なしで三泊しました。食事のレベルは不明。ホテルはかなり清潔です。掃除も行き届いていて気持ちが良いです。5つ星にふさわしいレベルです。プール（宿泊者無料）も清潔で気持ち良かったです。 ロケーションもまあ良いでしょう。ホテルの目の前には特に何もありませんが、10分も歩けば新光天地などのも行けます。※　HOTEL.COMで案内されているマップと実際の位置は違っています。 日本語は使わなかったので、スタッフの日本語レベルは不明。英語は大丈夫です。

6月末と8月の２回滞在しましたが、ホテルの部屋は清潔 できれいで快適でした。またプールも広く、きれいです。ただし、ホテルの場所はホームページの地図とは場所が異なるので要注意です。また場所がわかりにくいところなので初めての北京の方には厳しいかもしれません。

Et veldig bra hotell til denne prisen, service er god og betjeningen snakker engelsk.Kunne vært nevnt at frokost ikke var inkludert, ognkostet på tidspunktet 100Yen pr person.God frokost med både vestlig og Kinesisk mat. -Plassering iforhold til severdigheter, kunne vært bedre. Ca 10-15 min gange fra subway, og når du har vært ute i stekende sol hele dagen så er det greit å slippe å gå.Å finne taxi i Beijing, spesielt fra område med Himmelske freds plass/Forbudte by, er veldig vanskelig,derfor er det like greit å ta subway`en tilbake.(kostet 2 rmb)

전체적으로 직원들의 서비스가 만족스러웠다. 그리고 룸안의 청결도도 좋았으며 분위기도 좋았다. 수영장과 스파가 특히 마음에 들었다. 한가지 아쉬웠다면 욕실의 블라인드가 너무 밝아 객실에서 욕실이 훤히 보인다는게 조금 아쉬웠다.

Estupendo hotel, muy buena relación precio/calidad. Su único problema es que no era conocido por los taxistas y eso lo hizo un poco complicado, porque no estaba cerca del centro.

- An Old but updated one - Good hotel but a bit off and difficult for Taxi driver to find it. - Very nice relax service center with free of charge pool and gym area - Nice hidden bathroom TV - Well planed bathroom with both shower area and shower tub. - Nice and friendly staff - Room Service was ok but the food (hamburger) not worth for a cent, - Absolutely not a 5 star hotel. Maybe it was 5 stars 15- 20 years ago :)

Great Hotel, staff very kind. The rooms are nice, clean and confortable. I will defenitively recommend this hotel to anybody, either for leasure or business.We went on our honeymoon to China and after all the visits to different parts we wanted to just laydown, relax and feel good and we were able to to do in this hotel.

Ok hotel med bra standard som ligger kun en kort taxi tur fra den himmelske freds plass, den forbudte by og silkemarkedet.

Ett hotell med god standard och ett trevligt bemötande.
