Great value

Try not to stay on the ground floor, we were placed in a handicapped accessible room on the ground floor (not out of need, i guess because no other rooms were available?) which unfortunately meant we heard a lot of screaming and other noise from the pool until it closed, and then heard noise from the lobby and elevators. Not sure if all the bathrooms are designed this way, but there were two bathrooms (one for the toilet and small sink and the other for the vanity, sink and shower) and both were positioned exactly at the end of the bed, and the doors were not opaque, they had frosted glass. This meant light shone through the doors when one of us woke before the other and needed to use the bathroom, which in turn woke the other person up. I don't know why the designer wouldn't think of this. Usually the bathroom is around a corner and light cannot shine through the door. Shower (no tub, because it was a handicapped room) could also have been cleaner. All in all though, a fine place to stay.

I was only there for one night, I chose the hotel because I wasn't overly pleased with the hotel I stayed in last time I was in Cincinnati. The lobby is beautiful very retro modern. There is a small "store" to get small snacks and drinks. The breakfast was great, much better than the usual stale bagels you get at most hotels. I have 2 complaints- First, I had little to no cell phone service in my room. Second- The eggs and sausage at breakfast were warm at best.

It is a very nice hotel - comfortable and quick at night.

Nothing special, but it was adequate. I am constantly annoyed that designers don't seem to think women will be staying in their hotels or won't be wanting appropriate lighting to apply make-up. This bathroom lighting was worse than most. Regarding the hotel location: arriving at 10 pm, we were unable to find nearby restaurants that offered healthy eating options. The only thing open was a Waffle House. Yuck! If we hadn't made reservations via our phone app, we would have continued, hoping to find a location with better food choices.

Very clean, well maintained and friendly staff. Very good complimentary breakfast. Don't get me wrong, it's not the Ritz but, then again it didn't cost me an arm and a leg either. I would highly recommend this property!!!

My stay at the hotel was very relaxing. The staff is very nice and accomodating. I stayed three nights and never had a problem. The only thing that I would suggest would be to possibly upgrade television programming. If you don't watch news or sports, there wasn't really a variety of shows to watch. A basic dish or direct tv subscribtion would be better then just your basic cable. Other then that, no complaints.

This was a great place to stay. I loved the layout of the room. The reason I didn't give it a 5 overall was because one reason we picked it was for the pool for my little one. It was ice cold. Unbearable for her and me. But the hot/whirlpool tub was very nice.

Would stay here again. Kids enjoyed pool. Danbury movie theatre next door. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Rooms were nice and kids enjoyed breakfast. Reasonable rates.

Have stayed here twice now, it has been clean & the staff friendly both times!!

I loved almost everything about this hotel. The staff was friendly. Wireless internet worked well. Large and comfortable rooms and beds. One of the best and freshest free breakfasts I've had at a hotel this side of the pond. But... Our room had two separate bathrooms (one toilet + mini sink, one shower + full sink). The doors to both faced the bed, and were made of frosted glass. We didn't even think about it until my husband woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and when he turned on the bathroom light, it lit up the entire bedroom part of the suite. I never could get back to sleep after that. It was so bright that I could read in bed from the light coming through the closed bathroom door. It would also be a problem for anyone to shower if someone else was sleeping in the room. It's hard to believe that we're the only couple who would have this issue, and a sleepless night makes it hard to appreciate the rest of this hotel's qualities (of which there are many). The only other negative was that the walls were thin, and we could clearly hear conversations in the hallway, but not from neighboring rooms. I'd recommend this hotel only if you don't have to share the room with anyone else.

Great hotel & location if going to Perfect North Slopes! Comfortable beds, very sleek and modern decor. Ice machine located convientely near elevator, easy hook ups for all your electronic devices& I compatible clock radio for your I phone which allowed us to feel more like home! Overall great experience!

I have stayed at this hotel for business many times before. When my family decided to take a weekeend trip to the area to ski at Perfect North slopes nearby, I knew that this was the hotel for us. Since we were multiple families traveling with kids, the larger rooms and sectional/fold out bed are perfect for families. Everything was great except that the breakfast was pretty bad. The oatmeal was extrememly soupy. I could not even eat it. There was no meat on the buffet. When I asked about it, I was informed that they have sausage or bacon or some type of meat on the breakfast line during the week but not on the weekends! Since we were headed out for a day of snow skiing, we were quite disappointed in the breakfast there to get us started.

Excellant. Hotel is extremely modern and has so many extras.Breakfast was much better than the typical breakfast included with your hotel rate.

The rooms are very nice, and the service is excellent. The breakfast was one of the nicest I've ever had in a hotel, with fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, and other healthy options. Our only complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable. I'd have preferred a softer mattress.

I was very impressed by the state of this hotel. Stayed here Christmas Eve before going to family the next day and it was quiet, clean, the staff was great. Definitely stay here. You'll pay only $20 or so more than other hotels in the area but it's worth it for peace of mind knowing you'll get a great room.

Super comfy beds. The separate seating area was great for the work we had to do. Nice breakfast included. We flew in and out of CVG for work in Dayton and came back the night before we flew out because it was so comfy.

The hotel is in a very nice area, very clean and quiet. Nice bathrooms and linens.

We stayed at this hotel as we were driving home from Nashville. The hotel was newly renovated so the rooms were new and clean. The shower and toilet were in seperate rooms The hotel did not have a resturant so we had to order out. The overall decor was contemporary with a cheesy touch. It was quiet and clean.

Hotel was great... quiet, clean with comfortable beds. Room was the perfect size. Loved the seperate shower and couch. Will stay there again.

Very noisy hotel. I was woke up several times throughout the night by pizza delivery, neighbors coming in a ndout of rooms repeatedly, upstairs neighbors jumping up and down on floors.

Very nice employees, breakfast was delicious, very clean and comfortable, and surrounded by a lot of options to eat :)

This was a family outing. We had our grand daughter in the room with us. There was music blaring from a speaker under our room that was very disturbing when we were trying to sleep. A call was made to the front desk. Finally, my wife went down when it continued and they turned the speaker off.

Excellent value! Pleasant room with all the amentities, including a fabulous breakfast! We will definitely stay there again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean and spacious as well the outside was well kept. The staff was so friendly and professional. The location was excellent and close to the interstate, restaurants, and shops. It was nice and quiet. I've very picky about where I stay and this was perfect.

I was so happy with my stay at SpringHill Suites! It was a very quick stay, but I do wish that I was able to stay longer.

One of the most beautiful, clean, and modern hotels I have ever seen. What a treat that it is right next to Turfway Park!
